We are sorry to hear that the guest chose not to stay; however, several statements in this review do not accurately reflect the circumstances. The individual using the leaf blower was our maintenance employee performing routine grounds maintenance. He was scheduled to work on the property that day, and his presence was entirely legitimate. At no time was there any safety concern for guests. The property is located within a well-established condominium community that is regularly occupied by residents and visitors. We have not received reports from other guests indicating that the community is unsafe or that they felt threatened during their stay. Regarding the maintenance items mentioned, the bedroom ceiling fan was operating upon arrival because it had been left on by the housekeeping staff during the final inspection. The fan and its remote were in proper working order. The television remote only required replacement batteries, and as soon as the guest notified us, we immediately offered to bring new batteries to the unit. Unfortunately, the guest chose to leave before allowing us the opportunity to resolve this minor issue. We take guest comfort and safety very seriously and respond promptly to any concerns. While we respect that every guest has different comfort levels, we believe this review reflects a personal perception rather than the actual condition or safety of the property.
