It offers a combined living area with open kitchen and dining, a queen ocean view bedroom, another queen bedroom, and a full bath . A separate two story structure off the pool deck has 2 king bedrooms and private baths. The lower level has a king en-suite and a queen en-suite, full kitchen, hot tub. There is plenty of space to gather as a group or find a private deck to relax. Discounts offered for 5 bed/4 bath rental.

Everything was wonderful for my 50th birthday trip with 8 dear friends. Excellent location near Cane Bay Beach. The many thoughtful extras (coolers, beach towels and chairs) were much appreciated. There was a snafu with the main house deadbolt, but the host responded immediately with a very quick solution. The drive up the hill to the home is not for the faint of heart at first, but we got accustomed to it quickly. We loved watching the humming birds and iguanas in the flowering trees, and you cannot beat the view. The beds were comfy, showers were hot, and kitchen had everything. Would definitely stay again. I recommend going to the home before you go to the grocery store to see what unopened items (pancake syrup, bottled water, wine, etc.) have been left by others for the next guests.

Breathtaking Views at Cane Bay Area

Great stay and would definitely come back here. For 14 adults friends this is the perfect spot and area to relax, have good food and drinks, snorkel, beach, and yet get to Frederiksted and Christiansted in good time.

This property is gorgeous. We had a group of 10 adults and it had the perfect amount of space for everyone to spread out. The outdoor area with the pool and grill was well used and one of our favorite parts. A nice short drive to Cane Bay which has a beautiful beach and great lunch. Stunning views and great communication with the property manager. Would love to stay here again in the future, highly recommend!!

KINGS ON TOP OF THE WORLD FAMILY TRIP

Property is top notch. Everything you need to have a great stay. The support from the host was excellent. We definitely felt at home the moment we walked in the door. The view is breathtaking. Each part of the house has its privacy. Be ready to drive. Definitely a 4 wheel drive.

Family vacation/70th birthday

We stayed here for a family vacation and to celebrate our mothers 70th birthday. The home has everything you need and the view is amazing. Its a great property for large groups with plenty of space to spread out. We really enjoyed the outdoor areas of the home. Playing in the pool while watching football on the outdoor tv. I would recommend this home and we hope to return in the future.

Paradise

We went with our 3 adult children, spouses, and 6 grandkids so we used the entire place. It is literally laid out so well that even with 14 people, we never felt crowded and everyone was able to have private time as well. The kids loved the pool. Laurie is an excellent host. She answered my questions in a timely manner. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped. We loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

45th Vow Renewal Family Trip

The property has breath taking views, high-end furnishings, abundance of space and loaded with extras that the listing doesn’t even mention. Its central location made it easy for us to beach hop around the entire island. The hosts were amazing to work with and offered local suggestions for our family getaway. The outdoor spaces are furnished with intentional relaxation views with a luxurious thought in mind. You will need to rent a vehicle and I highly recommend a 4x4 or jeep. A smaller car will be sufficient but a higher sitting vehicle is ideal for the mountain road conditions. We can’t wait for our next stay at La Valle!

Girls trip

The property was beautiful, exactly what we expected from the pictures. We had all amenities needed provided by the host. We had a few issues with the electricity and Lauren was always easy to get in contact with and was very accommodating with making sure we were properly compensated the time we lost. The view was absolutely amazing. The only downside to our trip was the driving, at night the roads were definitely difficult to see and you had to drive very carefully to not miss signs because you can easily get lost. If you have a larger group I would not recommend trying to get a van because it was very hard to maneuver or very narrow roads with very few places to turn around on the hills.

Cane Bay Gem

Our family of 11, ages 18 to 85, had a wonderful stay over Christmas. We were pleasantly surprised at the close location to Cane Bay Beach as well as several restaurants!The house and property were clean and well equipped. Thoughtful amenities, such as the numerous quick drying beach towels, coolers, and beach chairs, are provided. The kitchen has nearly everything you might need! Because we are a large group, we cook dinner in most nights. We loved having a table that seated all of us together. The views are beautiful and the island breezes offset some humid evenings. Lots of comfortable outdoor seating. We easily parked three Jeeps in the drive. There is a ramp with rails plus a short set of stairs from the parking to the house. My MIL who is 85 was able to navigate with her cane and an arm. We had a couple of issues that needed resolution, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. I am thankful to Laurie and Chuck for sharing their home with us.

Absolutely Incredible Vacation Home!!!!

My family of 8 adults had the most amazing 6 night stay at Estate La Vallee! We utilized the main house (three bedrooms+kitchen+living room) and the two story structure off the pool (two king bedrooms) - with the exception of one bedroom, all had great views of the Caribbean and all had air conditioning. The infinity pool was where we spend almost all of our time when we weren't exploring the island and it was wonderful! The house had every amenity you could imagine. The location of the house was perfect - 5 blocks down the hill to Cane Bay (wonderful restaurants and beach) and just 20 minutes to the airport, Frederiksted (for sunset cruise and restaurants) and Christiansted (snorkeling excursion, restaurants and shopping). The hosts, Laurie and Chuck, were the best - very responsive and helpful. They occupied the bottom two units but we never heard a peep from them (outside of a surprise visit from an adorable rescue pup that they were bringing to the US for a family). We will definitely be making Estate La Vallee a regular vacation destination for our family in the future!

A beautiful place

It was exactly as pictured. There was a lovely loaf of banana bread and bottle of local rum upon our arrival. Kitchen had everything the 5 of us needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and plenty of towels. Lots of indoor and outdoor living space, 2 different outdoor dining spaces, lots of shady places (for people who need to avoid the sun) + places to sun. Nice infinity pool to soak in. Outdoor grill and fridge. The view was amazing looking down onto the Caribbean Sea. Laurie and Chuck were very easy to communicate with before, during, and after our visit. They allowed us to stay a bit later on our checkout day since we had a mid afternoon flight. Be aware that there are 2 long ramps and several stairs to get down to the house itself. Also you need to turn the lights on from inside the house (located in the kitchen) for the lights near the driveway. It can be a bit dark there if not. A lovely place to just relax and enjoy yourself.

Amazing View and GreatHost

Once we arrived at the home, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Looking out on the north coast of St Croix, you could see St Thomas in the distance. There were 14 of us and a house large enough to contain that many friends is so nice. The common areas, such as the large covered porch and grilling station, the family room, and the large dining table kept us all together to share our special times together. Accessibility to Cane Bay is easy by car or by walking. The host was a great communicator and answered the numerous questions and provided suggestions as posed. The kitchen was stocked with the equipment needed to cook, as well as the extras, such as foil, spices, and such.There were a few things that the crowd did not like so much. The biggest was the drive up the hill, particularly when the road was wet. The folks in the two pool house rooms ran out of hot water. We were fine down below. The oven kept blowing out but the host corrected that while we were there. We all would suggest a handrail down the staircase to the lower level. The lights on that staircase worked sporadically. The last comment. We had a large 12 passenger van that we could not get down the driveway very easily. When we did, we could not get turned around but if the curb were cut at the stairway, that would have been possible. There was ample parking at the bottom of the driveway.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Roads were challenging to get to property and driveway was difficult to back down, but the house was wonderful for 13 people with a great view and was well supplied for dining in and comfort. Everyone had their own space although the main floor bathroom seemed small to be the community bathroom. Getting to the downstairs was a bit difficult to maneuver in the dark and the pool wasn’t heated as somehwere advertised.. the property has beautiful plants and the outdoor space was very nice and even has somewhat private areas which was also nice, overall a very nice place for a large group!

We have always dreamed of an island home and 2020 that dream became a reality with the purchase of a small condo on the island of St Croix, USVI. With 4 adult children the space was not ideal and in 2022 our true dream vacation home came to be! It has space for everyone to get away or be together, the view amazing, and the setting private and serene! We can’t wait to share it with you.

Privacy is key here to La Vallee View Villa, we have no neighbors. The environment is quiet, and the view of LaVallee and the sea are vast and sometimes you can see St Thomas, St. John, and Tortolla. We have furnished our vacation home as if it were our own space, so you will find every household amenity. With 7 TVs you can enjoy your own space or gather and watch a movie or sports at the pool deck. Come and enjoy and live the St Croix life.
