Fantastic home in the very nice Judithā€™s Fancy neighborhood. Everything about the home is exactly as described. Located near Christiansted but also not that far away from Fredricksted. Our host David was the most accommodating host weā€™ve ever stayed with! Had an absolutely great stay and will definitely book here again when we come back to St Croix.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, spacious, and exactly as pictured on VRBO. It had everything we needed ā€” beach towels, Bluetooth speaker, games, laundry room with supplies and well-stocked kitchen with spices, pots and pans, etc. We loved walking around the neighborhood each day ā€” the hilltop views were amazing. The pool was a great spot to relax, and the beach was fun to explore. Itā€™s a bit rocky, so weā€™d recommend bringing water shoes. The host was very responsive ā€” when we ran out of gas for the stove, he had it delivered that afternoon. Highly recommend!

Nice Thanksgiving Visit

It was a great stay over thanksgiving week. The neighborhood was secluded, quiet and clean. Would definitely visit and rent again. I would be sure to bring water shoes as the beaches are rocky in places. There were also plenty of additional kitchen and household items either provided by the host or left behind by previous guests which was a pleasant surprise.

Wave Away July 2025

Very nice villa!! Roomy with plenty of space to visit. Whole back wall of the villa and the swimming pool in the back yard all with stunning views of the Caribbean. Everything indoors you could need so all you have to do is pick up your favorite snacks. And beverages. You can fix your entire meals if you wish. Tastefully decorated inside. Wonderful place to relax and get to know St Croix being so centrally located between the east and west ends of the island. Would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful week

House is beautiful, location is perfect, enjoyed 7 days of a perfectly relaxing vacation. We had plenty of room for 4 adults, pool was warm and crystal clear. Awesome place

Third time to St. Croix and I would book this house again if the dates are available. We stayed for 9 days and wished we would have booked for 2 weeks. Neighborhood is gated, very quiet, clean and safe to take long walks. Ocean is right off the patio, bring water shoes shoreline is rocky, view is unbelievable. Kitchen is well stock, even a pan to boil fresh lobsters. Very easy short drive into Christiansted to go shopping and eat at your favorite restaurants. Great house.

Immediately upon opening the front door you gaze through the beautifully appointed living room out the rear wall of windows to see the spectacular vista of the pool and Caribbean sea. Every aspect of the house lived up to that initial impression.The kitchen was stocked with all utensils and cookware necessary to create nearly any meal. Granite counters and a gas stove were appreciated. You also have the choice of keurig or drip coffee makers.Everything was exactly as pictured. My family thought it was the best vacation ever.

Beautiful property

We loved our stay at Waves Away! Itā€™s in a perfect and safe location. Our family was very comfortable sleeping in the 3 beautiful master bedrooms. The air conditioning was incredible to have in the hot month of July. If we had any issues or questions, David was very quick to respond. The house was stocked with basic needs which was much appreciated after a long travel day. We canā€™t wait to go back!

Wonderful property!

We spent a wonderful week at Wave Away in Judith's Fancy. The property was every bit as beautiful and well kept as advertised with a very well equipped kitchen. The pool was beautiful and clean, and temperature cool but swimmable. Access to the beach was steps away. The beach in that area is littered with coral fragments and rocks but there is enough sand for a walk by the water. The water views were amazing from the house and beach! The property owner promptly responded to any needs or questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, amazing view, well appointed and stocked with everything to ensure a wonderful stay. We all would definitely return again. Two suggestions...A hand rail to exit and enter the pool would be beneficial and provide a safer way to access and leave the beautiful pool. Not everyone is streaming savvy for the televisions, perhaps a short cheat cheat could be available for guests review / use.

Excellent week

Our family of 4 had a fabulous week at Wave Away! As others have stated the beds were comfy, the location was superb and it was the best "stocked" rental we have ever enjoyed. By that I mean there was great cookware, lots of seasonings/spices, sunscreen (leftover from previous guests I am thinking), bug spray and a terrific blue tooth speaker to use by the pool. We had 2 minor issues occur and the property management company could not have been more responsive. Morning coffee to the sounds of the surf got our days off to an amazing start. The beach a few steps away is mostly for sitting and listening as it isn't easily swimmable, at least we didn't think so, but it was still terrific to get the ocean vibe. We would definitely stay here again.

Beyond What We Expected!!

Home is super clean, bright and oceanfront! Bedrooms are very clean, comfortable and baths updated and impressive. One tradition that appears to be rolling on is familyā€™s leave extra liquor and additional drinks that perhaps that canā€™t bring home!! We contributed happily as well w Makers Mark, Titoā€™s and supporting beverages. Also, very safe and if you love walking on streets it is fully pavedā€¦and seems to be very popular form of exercise for residents and guests. BTW nieghbors say this is a celebrity get away (not saying names for privacy reasons). Great vacationā€¦.and beautiful home and supporting features!!

Awesome!!

This property is awesome - 3 bedrooms each with separate bathrooms made it perfect for our family vacation with teenage boys. The house is beautiful - spacious and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. Having a washer & dryer was super handy for pool/beach towels. Pool in backyard is fantastic!! Beach off back of house is not really swimmable but views are great & sunrise/sunsets are pretty special. House is in gated/guarded community but a vehicle is needed to easily move around island for activities, market shopping, restaurants etc. Host David made everything easy - he is available for questions & had great local dinner suggestions too. We all highly recommend this property and hope to return!!

The place is absolutely amazing..!!!

I donā€™t want to give this hidden gem away as I plan on staying here again in the near future and want it available, but I cannot possibly describe the beauty and location of this property. We woke up every morning to the most beautiful sunrises and if you're lucky a rainbow or two.. this property is definitely worth the expense- very private and the neighbors who are around were very friendly. the pool is very relaxing (water not too warm).. my adult children spent most of their days at the beach. As for the house - breath taking- it is equipped for practically any type of home cooked meals you may want to throw together. It has all the amenities you would need. Rooms were very spacious and accommodating... the worst part of our week was leaving. Everything you need is here and then some- absolute PARADISE.. We will be back. The Petti Family.

LOVE!

This home was so great! We were traveling as a family (kiddos 7 and 9) and felt very at home and safe here. This was the perfect setup for our family of four - we loved the pool and spent a lot of time relaxing there. The beach was rocky, so as other have said water shoes are important - but we LOVED wave jumping, playing in the sand and exploring the beach area. I enjoyed a beautiful sunrise each morning. The house has lots of pool floats and sand toys. The house itself was very well stocked with more towels, dishes, etc than you could need. The property manager was responsive, but honestly everything went so great we really didn't have a need to reach out much at all!We take an annual family April trip each year, exploring somewhere new to us. This was our first time in St Croix and we loved it. We chartered a boat for a day to snorkel and visit Buck Island. We also enjoyed a sunset and dinner on Rainbow Beach. Christiansted was a cute town - we got ice cream and went to a few shops - had we had more time, we would have spent more time exploring there, but we enjoyed spending most of our days at the house. Visit the eastern most point of the US - Point Udall - while in St Croix!Would recommend and return ;)

The property was as indicated as the other reviews as it being well stocked. We had some major issues with the water the first three days, the plumbers did come out on day one. Day two no water pressure to take showers, The plumbers came out again Day three we ran out of water and the plumbers came again. They were ordered more water in which took a half the day I just felt like everything shouldā€™ve been checked out the day before we got there, so we didnā€™t have these issues when we arrived. All the power went out the next day, and it would be nice if I wouldā€™ve have received a text or email explaining that it was island wide instead of me having to contact them I felt like the communication was lacking. After everything was fixed, we did have a wonderful trip and the property is beautiful

Grand Princess review

The property lived up to all of its listing. The location was excellent provided you had a car. The facility was clean and everything worked well. We had some surprise setbacks including a refrigerator that had to be replaced and a burst pipe that flooded the kitchen. The property manager sent a plumber immediately who stopped the leak and also repaired the pipe to the dishwasher.The barbecue was non-functional and needs to be replaced. The electric bikes require a deposit and we were unable to use them for the first five days before they were unlocked. We enjoyed them. There was a sudden problem with two bedroom fans that lit up unexpectedly and they were not able to be shut off. They were brand new fans and somehow malfunctioned. We were able to remove the bulbs to solve the problem. The water pressure in the kitchen is marginal. The air conditioning in one bedroom is borderline. Overall, the house served us well as a rental. We would return to the house again.
