Take a seat in this authentic country house for 4-6 people for a relaxing stay.
In a quiet hamlet, halfway between the wines of Bergerac, the caves of Lascaux and the town of Sarlat, capital of the Perigord. 5 minutes from the town centre of Lalinde with all shops.
At the start of many hiking trails to admire nature.
Enjoy the terrace with a stone barbecue, the shaded park at the front and the lawn at the back.

On the first floor you will find:
- A large air-conditioned living room, dining-living room,
- A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker,...),
- A parents' bedroom,
- A children's bedroom (two bunk beds),
- A toilet,
- A bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, washing machine.

On request: a cot and a high chair.

Namely: Heating by heat pump and radiators, insert in the dining room (wood provided).

Outdoor terrace with table, chairs and parasol. Stone barbecue.

Tarmac area in front of the house to park vehicles.

Recommendations: Non-smoking house.

For our animal friends, they are not allowed inside but there is a possibility with a closed park and niche.
Other remarks
In the house, you will have flyers of various activities (sports, cultural, gourmet) available for your stay.

Rental only by the week during the high season (from Saturday to Saturday).
