Best vacation spot in NH

Been coming here every year for over thirty years with my family and hope one day I have kids and grandkids that do too. The family that own and maintain the property are incredible and the location in relation to parks, hiking/skiing is unbeatable. I’ve stayed almost everywhere else off exit 32 and in Conway- this will always be my hands down favorite

Great cabin to stay for vacation.

Nice place to stay. Heated pool if you want to swim.Comfortable bed and chairs. Very clean. Central to multiple attractions.Will book this unit again.

Great spot!

I have been coming here since I was maybe 10 years old, it’s always been amazing! Quiet spot by the river with a pool, close to the center of town and the kancamagus. I will continue to stay here every time I come to Lincoln :)

A pleasant stay

Great accommodations, owners were very kind and helpful. The room itself was comfortable and very clean. Kitchenette was fully functional, and included was a full dining set too. 4 stars because A/C unit was not adjustable, and only went down to 72. Some hot nights trying to sleep

I have been here many times over the last 10 - 15 years. It is what it is, a comfortable place to stay when I go skiing or sight seeing. It has all the necessities. However it is not as reasonable as it use to be ( just like everything else ) they updated the bathroom some, but that’s about it. Now you have to book through Vacasa and it cost more. Overall I like the River Bank Motel and will stay there again - Cheers !!

Only place I stay in Lincoln NH

I have stayed several times at Riverbank Motel & cabins. This was 1st time in Motel room. I love the cabins but decided for a 1 nighter, (a business not pleasure visit) I would try the motel. I found everything to be good. Nice firm mattress, lots of pillows, powerful shower with hot water, tons of towels. TV bigger than mine at home. Would love to have visited off sight amenities, which sound great, but I was on a tight schedule.

As a first time visitor, I was pleased with the accommodations. The room was clean, comfortable, close to restaurants, felt secure, tv worked perfectly, shower was excellent with plenty of warm water and reasonably priced.
