Enter this 4-bedroom house through the foyer next to the garage, and step through to the the back yard or bear left into a brand new kitchen. This home has been renovated extensively, so light and bright is the name of the game. A large kitchen island holds seating for 7, while the dining area is off the kitchen to the left seats the same. (Ice maker not hooked up per H.O.) Beyond the dining area is the living room, with an electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, and AC, with the front door in between.
Off the left edge of the kitchen is a short hallway leading to 2 bedrooms and a 3/4 bath (with shower). One bedroom has a king bed and the other 2 sets of bunk beds. Off the right corner of the kitchen, find the stairs up to a queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and another 3/4 bath. Each bedroom and the kitchen have AC as well.

Enjoy your membership in The Nordic Inn Club. Indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, co-ed dry sauna, and fitness room.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local water park), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

The house is in a good location near to the Alpine adventures at Lincoln. The host was easy to contact and nicely supporting our needs. The house is clean an neat. Good for family stay.

This property was a perfect size for five longtime friends to get together and explore the area. The location was central to all of our planned excursions and was a very comfortable base. We loved the large dining table. We could eat at one end and have a jigsaw puzzle set up on the other end for evening entertainment. The rental procedure was very easy and we received excellent and timely updates right up until we arrived. I would recommend this property to anyone planning a group vacation in the White Mountains.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed here in July 2026. This was the second time we stayed at this property and i would definitely stay here again. The house was clean, has a nice private back yard, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook a nice meal. It is centrally located with many attractions close by. The pool that you are given access to is also very nice and clean. I highly recommend this property.

A great place to stay to explore the White Mountains - the house was very clean and comfortable - the beds were great and the showers good. There is plenty of space and it’s in a good location to walk to local restaurants and the town’s supermarket for supplies.

Close to Mountain

Yearly New Hampshire Ski Trip

Property was clean and as described. Plenty of room for a big group. Loved how close to town and skiing we were. We even walked to get pizza with the kids one day! Loved having access to the club, great amenity!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having eight boys isn't so bad when you have a house like this. It took care of us wonderfully with a large kitchen and dining area. It also has a breeze way that doubles as a terrific mud room where we could leave our boots and snowy hats. The kitchen was terrific for preparing meals for chit chats late in the evening. A home away from home.

Family reunion

This was a great find. There were 6 adults and 2 children(3 and 5) in our group. There was plenty of room in the home and a small backyard for the kids to run around.The location of this property is perfect. Clark's Trading post was a 4 minute drive and The Lost River 10 miles away.One could easily walk to restaurants and stores.I would recommend this listing.

Very clean

This house was very cute. They did a nice job updating an older house. It was very very clean, spacious, and minimalistic. The mud room was very helpful in the winter with all the hooks to hang up the winter gear. The bunk room was great for all the kiddos they had a blast having a big sleepover. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely be back in the future!

Great location

Stayed here with 3 adults, 3 children. Place was roomy and clean! Had everything we needed. Location is great. We walked to local restaurants and grocery store only 0.5 miles away. Hiking places all over! The only hiccup was the pool - had a rainy day with the kids, we could not access the indoor pool. The problem was fixed, but never got to go… Maybe my next time! Highly recommend!

It was an overall decent property. Dated in some spots but updated in others. Upstairs shower is tiny. A lot of light switches, some that didn't do anything and some lights that didn't come on. Was great having a garage as we had motorcycles. Linens were clean and that's the most important part.

Ladies weekend

Very clean!!! Nice light decor, bright kitchen and living room. Lots of AC's which was great! Some thought beds were comfy, some didn't... guess it depends on your taste. Great location. Accurate description. Has a Keurig. Big TV in living room. All said we would rent again. Cleanliness was best part!

Perfect White Mountain Location

We were in the area for Laconia Bike Week and wanted to stay in Lincoln. This was the perfect spot. Right in town but also in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable and exactly as described. It was extra nice being able to park the motorcycles in the garage at night. Our group was five adults and there was more than enough space. Would definitely stay here again. One thing - if you like to cook, be sure to bring your own spices, condiments, EVOO, etc. because the kitchen had salt & pepper only.

Overall, it was pretty good. We had 2 families (3 adults 3 kids) sharing this home and never once did we feel crunched. That is the BEST! The kitchen and living / dining area are spacious for sure, and the bedroom setup was just right. If you are going to Loon, well, you're right there! I could not have asked for a better location.Also, the property management company was wonderfully nice and responsive.Couple of things... all fixable.There was only 1 TV. If you're not a TV person, this isn't an issue, but if you are, it's not so great.The internet was not reliable. It kept dropping (showing a status of no internet connection) and we were prompted to reenter its password more than once.The cleaning crew could use a retraining. The bathrooms, notably the showers and their drains, were not very clean.

A breaker blew the first morning and they were quick to come flip it back on within 15 mins since we didn’t have basement access. The location of this house couldn’t be more perfect, we were walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. Another perk was having pool access at the Nordic Club around the corner.

Overall we had a lovely long weekend here! If you're a pillow snob like myself I'd suggest bringing your own as they aren't very comfortable and the larger bed upstairs is also not as comfortable as the other beds. The wifi is spotty but we were told that's the mountains... But in the end the house itself is very cozy and suited is well.
