Family Gathering

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our immediate family of 6 adults had an awesome time in Kauai. Luckily we were there between the 2 hurricanes that hit the islands. We lacked for nothing, house was well appointed & the swimming pool was a hit, especially after we purchased some floats. The only reason I gave the house 4 stars was for the lack of air conditioning throughout the whole house.

Beautiful house and great location! The house that was rented for our stay on Kauai was everything we needed and more. The house was very spacious that allowed us to stay together and not feel like we were in each other’s way. Having a private pool was great for the grandchildren and beaches were a short drive away. The management staff were very accommodating with everything including our special requests. None of us really wanted to leave, the time we spent at the house in Kauai was extremely special. Would definitely rent this location again.

The house was beautiful and very spacious for the 10 of us. Having the private pool was great after a long day sight seeing. The management company was great with communication, easy check in and so helpful with all they provided and provided immediate response when we needed anything. The three car parking was perfect since we had three cars. Highly recommend this house. The neighborhood was beautiful and felt safe. We highly enjoyed our time celebrating my family’s birthdays.

Slight problem with the AC, not resolved by maintenance. Ice maker had a problem that was not resolved. Maintenance response was excellent. Had to extend stay due to hurricane and we’re able to extend our stay. Excellent job by office

This house is great. The layout is perfect and so smart in design inside and out. We loved it and would stay here again for sure. It was nice and clean too. Well done owners and property managers.

Plenty of space and a great property for the 8 of us!! We all had our own rooms and bathrooms and plenty of indoor and outdoor space. It is a beautiful home and having a pool and hot tub was great. Really liked that we didn't have to purchase laundry detergent or extra paper towels/toilet paper as that is all provided. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner and we used the concierge service to set up multiple excursions for our group. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again!!

Upon arrival, there was welcome bag waiting for us which was a nice touch. House is absolutely beautiful and accommodated our party of 10.

Beautiful spacious home throughout, loved that every room has its own full bathroom! The home is very comfortable and clean. Having a pool helped keep my grandkids busy allowing the adults to sit back and enjoy the outdoor area. Location is conveniently close to shopping and the beach. We had a wonderful stay!!!

The entire home was perfect! We had a beautiful bouquet and champagne and wine to greet us. All the rooms were as we expected and better than the photos. The kitchen had every thing we needed. The pool was awesome!! The water was just the right temperature and there were plenty of towels and beach equipment. I would try to stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful house. The pool is awesome and the bedrooms were really great and all had their own bathroom. Very spacious place and we really enjoyed staying here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is a beautiful house, in a great location. We were a group of adult siblings and spouses traveling together and it was great that each large bedroom also had its own bathroom. Everything was well appointed. We used the pool nearly everyday, but we did suggest to the owners that adding a railing at the pools entrance steps would be useful as the steps are very higher than normal.

Fantastic location and property in Poipu Beach.

Loved everything about the house and the location here in Sunny Poipu Beach on the island of Kauai. We loved having access to the Poipu Club as well!

Had a great stay with our family. The pool was awesome for everyone to relax in post activities. Close to a great turtle beach with snorkeling and shopping. Had a private chef night which went well even without the main house being air conditioned. Separate bathrooms for each couple and comfortable king beds meant no one felt like they got the kid room! Beautiful neighborhood and very quiet (if you don’t mind the roosters). We saw lots of beautiful birds in the backyard.

Family vacation

Found the property well maintained, clean, organized, some extras included were thoughtful. We enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi hot tub, kitchen had everything needed to cook breakfast, lunch & dinner. Bedrooms comfortable, all with ensuites.
