Cozy and Clean

Overall, this location was perfect for our stay. It is beautifully renovated and very clean. Just remember, this is a studio, not an apartment. If you plan on spending a lot of time in the unit, you probably want something larger. We were in town for a two day music festival so spent very little time there, mostly just a place to sleep. But it is very comfortable for that use, nice kitchen nice bath, washer and dryer. The exterior and immediate area are a little off-putting but not really a problem. Our only problem with the check in process was we couldn't get the access information until after we had started our 5 1/2 hour drive. That made us a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, the owner was nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

Nice but…

I’d like to start by saying that the property interior is beautifully remodeled. However, the immediate surrounding area is pretty rough. It’s difficult to tell by the listing what the exterior / surrounding area looks like and I’m confident that is intentional. Abandoned house and an SUV filled with flat tires in the back yard are just some of the properties exterior/neighborhood cons. In addition, this is a duplex so you share a small house with someone else divided by an interior wall. The listing does call that out but I overlooked that text and had no exterior picture that would have indicated a “shared” property. We ended up not staying and getting hotel for the night. The property owner was responsive and helpful but, I just could not overlook the carefully omitted negatives about the property and it wasn’t up to par for our visit or expectations. If you’re going to stay here be prepared for the area to not match the remodel. Once the area catches up and the junk SUV is hauled off or relocated in the back, this property will be fine to visit. We did not stay at the property and we were not issued/offered a refund.

Clearwater Condo / Duplex

The interior of this place is excellent. The location is okay. It's next to an empty house and empty lots, but nothing bad. It is half of a small house that is split into two rentals. For the price, it's close to Clearwater, Dunedin and beaches. It's also a block from the bike trail.

Nice place but...

Unit is decorated very nice but could use a few things like a place to unpack your suitcase (dresser instead of desk) and another comfortable chair for reading and watching TV. The agent Jana is very responsive to questions/needs/problems. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Jana was an exceptional host! This was probably the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. The decorations and styling of the studio are top notch! We didn’t want to leave! Will definitely visit again!

On a scale from 1-10 I give it a 100!!!!!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. I can’t stress that enough … IT IS BEAUTIFUL inside. There are so many pretty details that were put into this property inside. It was a vacation for us but I always end up working a little : ) … I LOVED that she has a desk that the height adjusts for you to be able to stand while you are working. Yet it’s still completely fits in with the light decor. To be honest … we came for the beach but found it so relaxing here we spent a large majority of our time here just spending time together talking because it’s so peaceful inside. I’ll also add I feel like this is a very safe area if you are a personal who travels alone or just a mother/daughter/girls trip. It is in a really convenient location. I feel like the host was a great communicator and extremely thoughtful. We usually like to try a lot of different places while traveling but this location is definitely a place we will book again.

This property has been remodeled from top to bottom! While from the outside it might not seem like that once you open that front door you will immediately fall in love with it! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood that’s in the process of being rebuild! In the front of the property is an empty lot as well as next to the property.

You can walk to Seminole Boat Ramp where it was completely remodeled. It’s only a 2-3 min walk! You can catch a boat ride from there or simply enjoy overlooking the Clearwater Bridge.
