Sanddollar Villa, our home away from home. This spectacular property on Tropic of Cancer Beach in Exuma, is truly one of a kind.

Experience 4000 ft2 of air-conditioned space, complemented by another 4000+ of outdoor covered patio and living.

You will be steps away from the pristine white-sand beach and the clearest turquoise water.

This Villa has 5 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths with 2 free standing soaking tubs and a bidet. Sleeps 12 people comfortably.

Both Master Ocean side bedrooms have full en-suite bathrooms with King size beds and additional seating. Blackout drapes in both let you enjoy your morning sleep with maximum privacy.

Two additional bedrooms are appointed with 2 queen beds each. The "Bunk Room" has 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds.

The ocean side of the house has been designed to provide maximum exposure to the incredible crystalline waters.

If relaxing is what you desire, we have a Great Room which is quite expansive with 22 ft tall ceilings. It has several seating areas that will accommodate the whole family.

If cooking is your pleasure, we have a full gourmet kitchen with a 14-foot center island for informal seating. Formal dining is just steps away from the kitchen area with a 10-place dining table. The option of a Chef to your liking is also available.

The expansive covered patio has multiple seating spaces as well as a dining and grilling area. Relax in the turquoise water of our heated infinity pool or at the Beach-side Gazebo, full sun or shaded space will be your choice. Evenings can also be enjoyed gathered around our lower patio fire pit, close to the sound of the surf.

If you are a water adventurer, we have kayaks and Paddleboards to navigate the tranquil waters or explore nearby islands and reefs. Snorkeling gear is available.

Our beach is over a mile long, but you can walk much farther and explore adjacent beach areas. It’s not uncommon for our sands to be completely deserted

You will find that our support Team will make sure that your experience will surpass your expectations. They will greet you at the Airport, pick you up and/or arrange for a car rental so you can start your Exuma experience right away. If you wish, they will stock your fridge, wine fridge or pantry. In addition, they can assist you in securing an adventure away from the property. Swimming Pigs, Iguanas, Starfish, Turtles, Sharks, fishing, snorkeling or just cruising and enjoying the beautiful coastline are just a call away.

We have appointed this house for our family use; thus, you will most likely find anything you would expect to find in your home.

This house and location was absolutely gorgeous. Best house we have ever stayed in. Had everything we needed . The view was amazing. My family had the best time ever. Would definitely recommend staying here. We would definitely come back again. Thank you Vincent and Beth.

Amazing property

This was our third time to Exuma and third house on TOB. Sand Dollar is by far the nicest property and the views were incredible. The House has everything you could ever want and Judy (the property mgr) is always first rate. She is the only mgr we have used and intentionally stay at her properties every time. We wil be back!

Perfect house on Perfect Beach

I cannot say enough amazing things about this house! Definitely the most well appointed/well stocked home we have ever rented. You can tell how much the owners love this property by the way it was designed, furnished and outfitted. The location on Tropic of Cancer beach was AMAZING! We are already trying to figure out when we can go back next time!

House is absolutely stunning and has almost everything you could imagine or want on vacation. If it doesn't have it, the house manager can likely get it for you. Very high end finishes and furnishings, gorgeous view, wonderful pool, all on a practically private beach. We did have a minor problem with the air conditioning in one bedroom, but overall I cannot recommend the house enough. Just do a lot of research and know what you're getting into when staying on Little Exuma. Most conveniences are pretty far away, and the "restaurants" have very limited hours. We ended up cooking way more than I anticipatedon, and made several long treks to the grocery market for food. Thankfully, this kitchen is a cook's dream. We took advantage of the private chef the first day and that worked out really well. We loved the water storage room full of floats, life jackets, toys, cornhole, etc., and we used the kayaks and paddleboards every day. The 6 kayaks were a big hit with our family of 8. Did I mention the crystal clear water? Amazing!

Amazing location; First Class Property

We have stayed in VRBO properties in many beautiful locations -- Como, Turks, Breckenridge, Manhattan Beach, Rivera Maya. Beth's and Vincent's home was the nicest, best appointed home we have had the pleasure of staying in. The location on Tropic of Cancer beach was perfect. All the amenities are available in the home for guest use. Judy, the property manager was wonderful and and incredibly helpful when our party was split during travel and arrived at different times. Great stay, great activities. First Class experience.

Absolutely Stunning Property

This is the best VRBO I've ever stayed in from the mountains to the ocean, hands down. The property owner has everything organized and labeled. The ocean view from this property is amazing. Their is a large beach room that has been organized and labeled that includes sea kayaks, paddleboards, goggles, swim fins, beach toys, rafts and more. We talked to a few of the neighbors that said this is the most beautiful property on Tropic of Cancer Beach. Every detail in the home has been thought out from art to furniture. It is truly a stunning place. We were terribly sad to leave!

Family Fun in Paradise.

Vincent and Beth were gracious and welcoming hosts. Sand Dollar Villa is a beautiful, well-appointed home. Everything from its location to its decor sings of a tropical island paradise. Every necessity, from household utensils to recreational items are top-line and available. The semi-private (mostly deserted) beach is stellar, with powder white sand and water that’s every shade of green and blue imaginable. A six star rating would be an understatement. Our time at Sand Dollar Villa wasn’t just a stay, but an experience our family will never forget.

Magical stay

This is our second year in a row visiting Exuma for spring break. Everything about the island is amazing from the beaches to the food to the people. We were beyond pleased with our decision to stay at the Sand Dollar Villa which is situated right on the famous Tropic of Cancer Beach. The owners have left no stone unturned in their quest to create the ultimate experience for their guests. The Villa is beautifully appointed with lovely furniture, comfortable beds, a fully equipped/stocked kitchen, and stunning bathrooms. The heated pool, outdoor fireplace, and unobstructed view of the ocean is incredible! I’ve stayed in numerous VRBO homes and this one is absolutely at the top of the list.

The perfect vacation rental

The property is absolutely stunning. High end finishes and attention to detail. We had 8 adults and never felt crowded in any of the spaces. The kitchen was more than equipped and the provisioning was seamless. Judy, the property manager, was responsive and accommodating. She went out of her way to fulfill our requests. The owners of this property have gone to great lengths to provide everything you would expect from a 5 star property. The organization, the water toys, the quality of furnishings and kitchen wares were outstanding. The views and the sand were sublime.

A Great House!

We stayed at the Sand Dollar Villa for 10 days and the house was great, stocked with everything a family / group would need! From cooking to Sand fun they have it all!Its a bit out of town (30-45 Minuets on pot hole filled roads) but the house itself was Great!we had a few slight issues with the heated pool but Judy did send people over to address issues as they came up, not instant / fast response but its an island! Beaches were beautiful and we picked up plastic every day as we walked the Beach since it seems to be on every beach regardless of where you are. They do have bugs / no see ums so plan for that! Been to many Islands in the Caribbean and I would go back to this island and this home again! The Owners were kind and were correct when they said "Everything you will need at the house is there". Rocking stars at night by the fire pit was also a great feature! Thanks for having us!

Absolutely Amazing

This vacation exceeded our expectations in so many ways! We have travelled extensively and I give this property 10 stars! It has everything you could possibly need and the water toys are a huge bonus. The property manager was super responsive and went over and above for us. She set up a private chef for a night and did all of our grocery shopping. We rented a van for the week and explored the local beach bars and restaurants. The locals are extremely nice and we felt very safe here . We chartered a boat and captain through Island Boys and swam with the pigs and nurse sharks. Great way to see the outlying islands! The Tropic of Cancer beach is truly spectacular! Thank you to the owners for sharing your home with us and creating memories that will last a lifetime!

Beach paradise

This home is the best. Brand new with everything your could want. The closet if filled with life vests, mask/fins, floats, wakeboards, kayaks, paddle boards. You don't need to bring a thing/. It's all here for you. Vincent designed the perfect house and Beth decorated it perfectly. Its impossible not to have a great time. The Tropic of Cancer Beach is beyond beautiful with white powder sand beach and perfect turquoise water. Its 45 minutes from Airport and 30minutes from Georgetown by car, but just perfect for family and groups of friends. Exuma has tons of outdoor activities to do and Judy the manager will help set them up for you. This is the perfect place.

Blew our expectations away. Simply stunning!!!!

Cannot say enough great things about this property!!! It was a real privilege to be one of the first to experience this brand new stunning estate. The owners Vincent and Beth, have spared no expense in building a simply stunning beachfront oasis. When you walk through the front door, the setting is breathtaking. A massive great room with a wall of glass overlooking the most gorgeous water in the world. Massive patio, infiniti pool, dream kitchen, lots of beach equipment, top of the line everything...it is beyond what we had hoped for. Everything is top quality from the kitchen to the beds and decor. Perfect spot for an extended family, two family to share or just perfect privacy for a getaway. Thanks Juan family for sharing your piece of paradise. We cant wait to get back there and hope to rebook again shortly. Happy New Year! Dean

Sand Dollar Villa Paradise Vacation

Arriving at the property you quickly realize you are not at the average beautiful beach house. The house placed perfectly in the center of Tropic of Cancer Beach. Walking through the front door you are blown away with the entire back of house being glass and a post card view of the ocean and beach. I can’t say enough of how beautiful the views are from the living room, bedrooms, pool, outdoor sitting areas, and the gazebo by the ocean. There is always a breeze allowing for great evenings on the 80’ covered back patio, and the kids getting a last minute dip in the pool while the sun sets. The bedrooms are large and provided perfect sleeping arrangements for twelve family members. The TVs are set up already with streaming tv, and the wifi was excellent. On the fourth day a transformer blew down the beach but at Sand Dollar your whole home generator kicks on instantly and you don’t miss a beat. There were plenty of bathrooms, showers and tubs for everyone, making it easy to clean up and start our next adventure. There is a stocked house and then there is a Sand Dollar Villa stocked house. The nicest appliances and cookware makes things very convenient for a large family. Paddle boards, kayaks, a family favorite large Lilly pad to float in the ocean and relax. From snorkel gear, to any float you can think of, The Sand Dollar Villa has it. I want to thank Judy for being the best concierge ever, your are the best. Best Vacation Ever!!

Truly "in a class of it's own"!

We just returned from a week long stay at this gorgeous home. This was our second visit to Tropic of Cancer Beach, and we will certainly be back and plan to stay at this incredible home again. The accommodations are just as pictured in the listing, AND BETTER! This is the most well thought out vacation home we have ever been in. The kitchen is completely stocked with anything you'll need for meals (appliances, pots, pans, silverware, plates, bakeware, etc). Furniture and decor is top notch along with cozy blankets and nice linens, towels and soaps. The pool and beach toys were plentiful, and if that isn't enough the house manager, Ms. Judy, will take care of anything else you need. We spent time with her son TJ on a boat for a day, and Judy arranged jet skis to be delivered to our beach any day we wanted them for us to do some exploring on our own. If you do this, do yourself a favor and zip up to what the locals call the "lazy river". We had a few rainy days during our stay, but were not bothered one bit spending time relaxing in this gorgeous home and enjoying the rainy view with puzzles and games the homeowners so graciously provide. To Vincent and Beth, THANK YOU for sharing your slice of paradise with us. We love everything about your home and feel so fortunate we were able to experience staying there for a week! Beth, your cleanliness and organization is top notch! I felt so at home knowing where everything goes- marvelous! Memories we will never forget! Cheers!

Trip of a lifetime!

What a week! This home is exactly as pictured, except better! Vincent and Beth, you have mastered the beachfront vacation home and made it welcoming and inviting. We are so grateful you built this home and allowed us to stay. I vacationed with 8 adults and 3 kids and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves! What was a once-in-a-lifetime vacation, turned into a "we'll be back in 5 years!" The views were breathtaking, it never got old staring out the huge windows/doors. The definition of paradise! The pool was SUCH a hit. The shallow area was perfect for the kids and the infinity aspect made it extra special. The cabana and the fire pit were very nice touches. We enjoyed many fires together and massages under the cabana (Nitza, the masseuse, was amazing!) I loved the palm trees planted by the pool they were so nice! Back to the house. Everything you could ever imagine needing is there. And the organization! WOW! Everything is so neatly labeled and clean. Bathrooms were all beachy and designed beautifully. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen island, oh my! It's huge and was perfect for family pizza night! The attention to detail in designing this home was incredible. When I say you won't find a nicer home, I mean it! I have so much to say - but am getting cut short! The sporting equipment is awesome! JUDY is amazing! 5 stars? maybe 50! SO helpful. personal chef, amazing! We were so sad to leave. Home away from home! Can't wait to return if you'll have us!

This house is beyond amazing and so well thought out for large families or groups. They literally have anything you could ever want! Snorkels, paddle boards, life vests and kayaks. And this amazing pool mat! That was my kids favorite! House is so wonderfully decorated and clean. The bunk room was a huge hit!! The owners are amazing at communicating and Judy the house angel helped with anything we needed super quick! The views are unmatched and we will definitely be back soon!!!

Breathtaking

This property is everything the listing promises. Fully stocked home with every appliance you can imagine! Beautifully decorated. The view from the house is incredible and is a slice of heaven to wake up to. The beach is white, soft sand and calm waters. We enjoyed 6 nights in this very comfortable, spacious home. We highly recommend it!

This home is appointed with almost every amenity you would expect at your home back in the US. My wife has spared no cost in selecting the interior design, comfort and functionality of the property. We have a very resourceful local team just a call away to solve any problem or procure a need. Our home has been structurally designed above the usual Island specifications with plenty of backup systems for power and water purification needs.

Not to say we are biased, but we have the most beautiful beach in the Bahamas, our beach is far from the beaten path and our home is even in a very quiet area of the Tropic of Cancer Beach. Out kitchen is a Chef's dream, high end appliances and all kind of other gadgets will be for you to prepare your favorite meals. we have a large number of Kayaks and paddleboards, pool and beach toys, table tennis, corn hole toss game and board family games.
