This house made for a perfect vacation. Property is spotless. The kitchen as well stocked with everything you would need. Judy was fantastic. I would strongly advise having your groceries. Delivered ahead of time so that just makes things easier. The pool and beach access were spectacular. We will definitely be staying there again in the future!!

This was absolutely a premier property! Actually better than the photos. I’ve never experienced that. Will definitely be back. Judy, the house manager, and her entire family were amazing!

Paradise

Loved the house and location. Our third stay at Tropic of Cancer beach and one of the best! Enjoyed two catered meals, very responsive property manager and great amenities.

Tropic of Cancer beach house

House was perfect for our needs and had a lot of stocked items. We spent most of our time at the beach and pool...everything was great!

Another amazing Exuma trip

This house is beautiful, in a great location, and has all the comforts of home. It was perfect for our annual girls trip. This was our first stay at this house and it was a wonderful trip. Would recommend and will return.

Amazing views and house

Pictures do not do it justice. Beautiful place. Secluded beach with little traffic. Home owner is a class act and wonderful to deal with.

Super!

Beautiful house on a beautiful beach! The owners were quick to answer our questions and Judy was helpful and friendly when we were there. Would definitely return! Theo, the boat captain, was amazing and gave us a wonderful day on the water.

Gorgeous beach

This lovely villa has breathtaking views of the crystal blue water. You can walk the beach for miles. This spacious villa comes with everything you need for the kitchen, beach, pool and more! Judy is very accommodating and willing to help out with anything you need. We loved our stay on Tropic of Cancer Beach.

Perfect

We had a wonderful visit. The home was gorgeous, spacious and had everything you could ever hope for. The kids loved the pool. The beach was breathtaking. The house manager was super responsive and kind. This was our second visit to Exuma. We love the island, the people, the beaches! This home is a gem!

Paradise!

We had a wonderful week at this gorgeous spacious house right on the sugar sand beach. Although it was quite remote we loved having the privacy and peace and quiet. We did have a chef twice during the week which was wonderful. Also had jet ski's for a couple days which was a fun way to explore. We had 7 adults which ended up being a perfect number for the rooms and bathrooms provided. Such a beautiful paradise spot!

Easter week

We had 11 family members ages 5-67, Blue Point Villa is a beautiful home with probably the best beach on the island. Everything you need is right there, pool, hot tub and 3 washers and dryers. Large rooms and lots of privacy even with large crowd. The layout works! Host is super easy to communicate with and very prompt with responses. Judy the house manager and her family were great for info and car rentals.

Wonderful

We spent a little over a week here and it was everything we hoped it would it would be. The house is perfectly situated right on the beach with beautiful views. Our family enjoyed haveing the pool as well which was nice to cool off in at night. Judy and her team kept us well stocked and cooked for us several nights. Both meals were wonderful and it was nice to just rest and relax. We most enjoyed the kayaks and spend many hours paddling about the area exploring and snorkeling. We had a great time and are looking forward to returning!

Amazing!

This was our 4th time to Exuma and our first outside of the resort on the island. You can’t choose a better house on the most perfect beach. We enjoyed everything about the house. It was incredible. The views are breathtaking! Our group enjoyed taking the kayaks out! We also loved the beach bar (drinks/food) a short 2 minute walk down the beach! It was the best trip we have ever been on. We will be back! 🌴☀️❤️ Thanks for an amazing time!

Magical

We stayed here with a group of 10 adults and the house was a perfect size for all of us. Judy is amazing, she was great at communicating before abs during our stay.We rented a van and used the chef services for a birthday dinner. The chefs were very sweet and the food was delicious. The Key like pie was a hit! The view from the house is just breathtaking and might be one of the best view on the island. I highly recommend you staying here in your in Exuma! We can’t wait to return!
