Cozy holiday home in quiet location – perfect for families & trips to the sea

Update: The bathroom and toilet have been newly and modernly renovated!

Our fully equipped holiday home is located in Oudesluis, North Holland, in the quiet holiday park t‘Zjiper Eilant. The park is surrounded by small canals – perfect for water sports or fishing (a fishing license with permit is available in the house).

The detached house, built in traditional Frisian style, offers a spacious, well-maintained private garden. Just 100 meters away, you’ll find a free outdoor pool (open from May to September) with three different depths and daily water quality checks. A playground with new equipment is also within sight – ideal for families with children. There’s even a small harbor for boats within the park.

You’ll find a variety of shops and supermarkets in the nearby town of Anna Paulowna (4 km), easily reachable by car or bike on safe cycle paths. There’s also a lovely zoo that’s perfect for a family outing.

Some of the most beautiful North Sea beaches – including Callantsoog, Groote Keeten, and Sint Maartenszee – are only about 8 km away. Our personal favorite is the natural beach at Petten. The Ijsselmeer is only 14 km away – a great spot for surfing or learning how to surf.

You can also explore cities like Den Helder and Alkmaar within 30 minutes by car. The ferry to Texel departs hourly from Den Helder – an ideal day trip!

After a full day of beach fun or exploring, it’s wonderful to come back and enjoy the sunset in the peaceful garden of our cozy holiday retreat.
Booking Information:

Rentals during school holidays are only possible weekly (min. 7 nights)

Arrival and departure day is always Saturday

Shorter stays outside of school holidays are available upon request

Please bring your own towels and bed linen

Final cleaning: €60 (to be paid on site to the park manager)

Tourist tax: €2.00 per person/night (as of 2024 = €14.00 per person/week)

Important: Charging electric cars is not possible at the house
