Palms at Wailea #803 has all the comforts of home in a beautiful tropical setting. This unit features a fully equipped kitchen as well as an in-unit washer and dryer. You can keep cool with the split-system A/C, and complimentary wifi is included. There is a king bed in the master and the 2nd bedroom features twin beds that can be converted to a king. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room as well as a large television in case you want to relax and watch some TV after a busy day of outdoor adventure. Speaking of outdoor activities, Palms at Wailea #803 supplies beach chairs and beach towels and a boogie board for your trips to one of the nearby beaches. This unit is equipped with grab bars in the bathroom and there are no stairs in the unit. Palms at Wailea #803 can sleep 6.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long stretch of beach. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk to the beach with stunning views right from the property. One of our favorite things to do was relax on the lanai, which was spacious, peaceful, and perfect for evening drinks and games.The pool area had stunning views, and was clean, well-maintained, and a great size for both kids and adults to enjoy.Inside, the living space was just as impressive. Beautifully decorated with a coastal feel with all the comforts of home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic, and memorable beach getaway! Already looking ahead to a stay again next year!

10 rating is false advertising. Very disappointing.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bitten by Ants and gnats. Even after pest control visit, problem remained. One closet was filled with indoor and outdoor cleaning equipment. Almost no room for clothes and very unpleasant to look at. Kitchen: pots and pans dirty, dishwasher open so hard that it hit me and caused bruises. The outdoor light to our unit was broken so we needed a flashlight to get to condo safely. This was repaired near the end of our stay. Everything except the TV done as cheaply as possible. Bedroom furniture looked like it cane from a thrift shop and drawers were hard to open. Because of this miserable experience we cancelled our VRBO in Dana Point for August. Cannot trust your ratings. We would have left Maui condo but had no place to go. We have stayed in other VRBO units across the Islands and were shocked by this negative experience. I hope you will change this 10 rating to 7 or lower. We feel a partial refund is appropriate and well deserved. Please respond.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The condo was immaculate, beds we super comfortable, location was great. Air conditioning worked well. Kitchen was great. Common pool area worked out well. Nothing bad to say.

Beautiful!

Perfectly located, super clean and we loved having access to the pool- this was a terrific place to stay for my two young kids, my husband and I. It was stocked with everything we needed to have wonderful beach days and lounge in comfort.

Family Vacation in Maui

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, two teenagers and I had a wonderful time in #803 Palms at Wailea. We chose the unit in part as we thought it was nicely furnished and decorated and we were not disappointed. The unit was very clean, tastefully furnished, and well equipped with kitchen supplies and just enough beach supplies - two chairs and an umbrella that we made good use of. The unit was on the ground floor and easy to access the beautiful grounds. The only disappointment was that the hot tub was broken all week and the workmen were a bit rude to my son when he was in the pool, but that was minor as we were at the beautiful nearby beaches all week. We loved all of the small local beaches along the west side within a 10 minute drive. The property management, check-in etc. was all professional, straight forward and we had no problems. I would definitely stay again.

The AC runs off a 6hr max timer switch. Would be better if it went 8-10 hrs. We did have an issue with AC not set low enough and they were quick to come and provide the remote so we could lower it to 71 when running.

Fantastic property and location

Beautiful unit, very clean with everything you need. Our family had a great time in Maui and loved that this property was so close to the beaches, dining and shopping. We will definitely stay here again. If you have more than one couple, the second bedroom does not provide privacy but worked fine for our family of teens and adult children. The kitchen is nicely equipped and the patio is really spacious. We loved that there were beach chairs, umbrella and other gear provided too!

Exceeded Expectations

Can't really find any faults really. The apartment is bigger than what we expected and it's just perfect. The swimming pool is perfect and the neighborhood is amazing. Loved every minute of our stay. Aso it's so conveniently located for the beaches. Thanks

Amazing Stay!`

The unit itself is spacious and well designed. We had plenty of room for our family of four. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and we cooked most meals in the unit. The Lanai was spacious and had stunning views of the property, ocean and mountain. We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat. The property was beautiful and immaculately maintained. The pool was amazing and we spent a lot of time at the pool when the beach got too windy or too hot. Wailea is a GREAT location. It is quiet, beautiful, and doesn't feel like a tourist town. It has a luxurious and serene feeling. Lastly, location is a 10 minute walk to the beach and 1 minute drive. Highly recommend this location and unit!

During the booking process the management company was quick to answer questions and easy to work with when our dates changed. This condo is perfect! It’s in a great location and we enjoyed being so close the the wailea walking trail. We often drove to the beach because it is a long walk with gear, but beach parking was never a problem. This condo is charming, clean, quiet, well equipped, and spacious enough for a family of 5. The pool is beautiful and we spent many hours on the large lanai. The price point for the area is a bargain. No regrets....We’d stay here again!
