Vaulted ceilings and rich tropical décor complement the atmosphere surrounding you on The Palms at Wailea grounds and beautiful Wailea Maui Resort area. Your family of six will have room to spread out and relax. This Maui condo has plenty of space for the boogie boards, beach chairs, and snorkeling gear in the large laundry and utility room just off the entrance hall to make your Maui vacation free of clutter in the living areas.

Walk out through the lush gardens by the tranquil waterfall to take a break from the beach and enjoy the whale shaped pool surrounded by palms and spectacular views of the ocean, Molokini, and Kahoolawe Island. This Hawaii vacation rental is truly unique. The home is furnished for the owners use and affords our guests amenities too numerous to mention. If you reservation is made prior to that date, the 2% increase will be added to your reservation.

This was a well cared for townhouse - great lanai, well stocked kitchen and full beach gear. The beds were comfy and Mike was super helpful with any questions we had. About a 5 min walk to a great beach. Easy walk to coffee and the shopping nearby.

This was our second time staying at this property and once again we had a fabulous time. The villa is walking distance to Keawakapu Beach and the Wailea Shops. The pool at the property was an excellent way to wind down in the afternoon. The property is spacious with two large bedrooms and a fantastic lanai. We had a minor hiccup when checking in, but Mike woke up in the middle of the night to help us out. We hope to come back a third time in the future.

Clean unit, fully equiped kitchen, several beach towels, chairs, etc. Great location between Kihea and Wailua. Road noise, but thats not the owners/units issue to fix.

Birthday vacation

Beautiful property, clean, spacious, well decorated. There were lots of things for a day at the beach or pool. Kitchen had a lot of gadgets as well as china and silverware. The daily morning on the lanai was relaxing with a beautiful view.

This is a big 2 bedroom condo. Great kitchen, big rooms, awesome lania's, and every amenity you need! Great location minus the traffic noise in the morning. Owner was great to work with; communication excellent.

Hawaii 5-0 best friends birthday getaway

It was perfect place to stay in Hawaii for 4 best friends all celebrating their 50th birthdays. The villa was fully equipped with everything we needed for snorkeling adventures, hanging out at the beach, drinking morning coffee on the lanoi and enjoying sunsets at the villa pool/spa area.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay here, the layout of this property is excellent, especially with the bedroom located on the lower level, and the location was very good. The kitchen had everything we needed and the lanai is big and shaded with wonderful views. Bedroom was very comfortable (excellent king bed) and the room set up was ideal. I would give 10/10 but the road noise is excessive and if you aren’t okay with the noise it will bother you a lot.

Nice condo in Wailea

Enjoyed the location. Short walk to the Wailea walking path that goes for miles and a long sandy swimming beach. We adjusted to the traffic noise during the day and really liked the unit. The kitchen is very well supplied and there is a lot of beach gear. We also liked the generous supplies of dishwashing and laundry soap for a 6 day stay. Close to many wonderful island adventures.

Villa at the Palms

This was our third time staying at this property. Great location with very nice accommodations. A lot of swim related items at the property to use. You can walk down to the beach. Highly recommend this villa in the Wailea area.
