We had a great stay here in Hilton Head for the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament. The condo was awesome and so convenient to everything. We will definitely be coming back here again.

Very clean and beautiful decorated unit. Beds were comfortable, beach towels were provided, lots of kitchen supplies provided. Steps from the beach. We loved our stay.

We will be back!

Excellent location, tastefully decorated and very clean. The South Beach location is quiet and easy to navigate to beaches, restaurants, and biking trails. We are already planning our return trip.

Great location, walking distance to a great beach and the marina. Place was very clean with all the kitchen utensils you need. Very good communication with property manager.

Will return soon

I have visited HHI for over 30 years and this was my favorite property yet! We especially enjoyed the proximity to South Beach Marina and all of the restaurants, shops, etc. Also, the beach access was ideal and we liked the privacy. Looking forward to returning soon!

Bluff Villa beauty

Bluff Villas never disappoints especially this upstairs unit has been renovated. We walked everywhere.- pickle ball, tennis, the beach, salty dog - around the corner as well picked up bikes

Lovely villa in a great location

My mother in law died suddenly and was being buried in Hilton Head Island so I had to find accommodations. My daughter had two requirements, a residence near a beach and she found this gem. Been going to HHI for decades, staying in Sea Pines, but never in the South Beach area. Highly recommend and will stay again!

Wonderful Place. Comfortable.Was not happy concerning the extra money needed to use the pool. this was unexpected.

Amazing Week In HHI

We had an amazing week in South Beach! This villa was absolutely gorgeous and a perfect location to great food, music and the beach. We’re regulars of South Beach so we just felt at home. I will say, this villa was very kid friendly between board games, children’s books and a high chair. The attention to detail is fantastic. Would highly recommend for a small 4 person family. Thanks again for making us feel at home and for the family memories!

Absolutely fantastic property

I’m always leery of property’s that say “short walk to the beach”. But, this was very true! The property was immaculate . 5 minute (probably less) to Salty Dog. Walk to the beach was max 5 minutes. The welcome bag inside the condo was such a nice thoughtful touch. This property made it to our favorites list!

The unit's decor and cleanliness were commendable, but some minor upgrades would be beneficial. The rain showers were a pleasant feature, yet beach homes necessitate removable shower heads in both bathrooms for efficient sand removal. The second bedroom, tailored for children with bunk beds, could be reconfigured to accommodate two full beds, thereby catering to adults as well. Regrettably, the beach across the street was uninviting, lacking a beach view and the soothing sound of ocean waves. Seaweed was prevalent near the boardwalk, and the area was congested. We chose to utilize the private beach on the other side of the street, up from marina. Unfortunately, construction on new units at the rear of the property generated noise from nailing and hammering. Upon completion, the harbor view will be obscured. This disruption led to a rating reduction from 4 stars to 3.5 rating.With all this being said, life is what you make, we still had a great time!

Updated and Spacious Sea Pines Retreat

My wife and mother-in-law took pictures of the main living areas for future decorating ideas. It was a peaceful and relaxing condo and location. We enjoyed the direct access to the Sea Pines walking paths and beaches. The property description was accurate. The unit was clean. The property management group was professional and responsive.

We loved the easy, short walk to what I believe is the loveliest stretch of beach on the island . The condo was spotless, and the beds comfortable. We did find it awkward being on the third floor with no elevator...moving in and moving out was a bit of a chore. The location was quiet, albeit without a view to speak of. We enjoyed our 4 nights completely
