The owner of unit 1406 provides a 2 person cabana chair and umbrella you get to use with your rental (Available from March-October). This beautiful beachfront unit features a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico that will keep you coming back for vacations to come. Bedroom 1 features a King size bed and private bathroom while the unit also hosts twin bunks in the hallway with a sleeper sofa in the common area to sleep 6 total. The unit also features a second full bathroom adjacent to the hallway bunks. Enjoy the beachside amenities of Seychelles Beach Resort features a beachside pool, fitness center, great gathering space, and much more!

Seychelles is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 8 minutes away and the Marina is 4 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Sweet Home Alabama Ice Cream shop is located only 3 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge. You get one parking pass and 6 resort bands with this Thomas Drive area beach front vacation rental condo.

Guest must be at least 19 years of age to gain access to this resort property and will be denied access upon arrival (if under 19) to the resort by the Security Gate.

The owners provide guest with a FREE 2 person cabana chair and umbrella on the beach for guest to use during their stay (Mid March - Late October only).

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
