Seychelles Beach Resort with incredible views of dolphin and sunsets on the 20th floor will exceed your expectations with a perfect location for a fun-filled vacation. This one-bedroom two-bath condo offers beach front views of white sand and emerald green waters. Master Suite has a king size bed, large closet and Master bath with tube/shower. 9 foot ceilings, ceramic tile and carpeted Master Bedroom provides a spacious and comfortable living area. Flat screen TVs and DVRs are in the living room and Master Bedroom.

Spacious living room with full and half sofas face a huge window/sliding glass door with magnificent gulf view. Living room includes sofa bed and Murphy Bed, as you can see this unit sleeps 6 very comfortably. Hallway bunk beds in an enclave accommodates both adults and children.

Large balcony with four chairs including a lounge chair and large eat-on table.

In unit amenities include High Speed Internet, large TV channel lineup, washer and dryer, kitchen is fully furnished with modern appliances, full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, and all the cookware needed. One-site property amenities include very nice fitness center, game room, two pools, hot tub, outdoor showers for use after returning from a full day on the beach.

You are conveniently located within walking distance to multiple marinas, St. Andrew's State Park, the best local seafood restaurants including Schooners right next door and world famous Captain Anderson's just minutes away, and numerous shops including Alvin's. You are minutes away from paddle board rentals, snorkeling (see real tropical fish at the jetty), deep sea fishing rentals at Lower Grand Lagoon, parasailing, boat and Sea-Doo rentals, ferry to private Shell Island, and the area is filled with youth activities including Ship Wreck Island water park, go-carts, putt putt and much more. Publix and Winn-Dixie grocery stores are literally a 5 minute drive. Take a walk down the the excluded beaches just east of Seychelles.

We loved the location (much quieter than other areas of Panama City Beach) and being on the 20th floor. We even saw dolphins one morning. Communication with the host was great!

The view makes the stay!

Exactly what we needed. It was just me and my husband but had the kids came there would have been three bed options for them as well. There was even two beach chairs to use. The view off that 20th story balcony was amazing and plenty of balcony furniture where we spent half our time. I also loved that there was two bathrooms. Only drawback if you come with a family is that there is only one closet in the whole unit. Would definitely stay again!

This was an awesome stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and felt it was very clean and comfortable. We prefer this location on PCB as it is quieter and less crowded. Richard was a wonderful host and great to work with. We hope to be back! Thank you!

Incredible View!!

We really enjoyed our escape from reality here and the views are absolutely breathtaking from the 20th floor! My hubs was scared at first, but we enjoyed 2 of our 5 nights watching the sun sink into the ocean from the balcony. Heavenly!!!

Breathtaking views.

Overall this condo did everything we needed it too. It was comfortable for the most part. Close to the beach and the view from the 20th floor was the best we have ever had. Some cleaning issues but nothing to concerning. Would definitely stay here again simply for the balcony views.

Wonderful vacation spot

Wonderful place for our family vacation. Had a great 9 days in Panama city beach. The condo was great, very clean, had everything we needed plus more. Beautiful onec view from the 20th floor balcony. Mr Richard was very quick with responding and answering any question I had. All the information provided from parking, to getting in and out of building, ect was exactly as provided. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Weā€™ve stayed at Seychelles a few times in the past this room was very clean & decorated cute & a great view from the 20th floor of the Ocean! The property manager was great to work with and replied quickly to any of my messages we would definitely stay here again , my only minor complaint would be the beds are a little firm to our liking but we adjusted šŸ˜Š Overall very well satisfied with the unit and owner!

Loved this condo!

My husband and I went to celebrate our 15h wedding anniversary on a trip without our children but decided on a condo that had space for them if something changed and we had to bring them. Loved being up high in the condo and had terrific views. The only thing that might be to be upgraded soon is the couch. We will be coming back again!

Perfect for a family vacation

We had an excellent stay at this property. The space was very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking (even awesome stainless steel pans), and had breathtaking views from the 20th floor. We spotted sting rays, manatees, and many dolphins from the balcony. Bring binoculars if you stay here! We also loved having our morning coffee with a view and the general living room was so comfy to hang out in. This place promotes relaxation. Pool and beach were just an elevator ride and short walk away and Publix was a few minutes drive away for groceries so location was perfect for our family and our toddler. Richard was an excellent host and very communicative and helpful throughout. It was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. Our other family members stayed at different units in this building which were hosted by a larger company and their units were not very clean so we highly recommended this place if you are looking for a clean place to relax and feel comfortable in.

I had a great stay at the condo in! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing trip. The view was beautiful, and the beach was just steps away. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Iā€™d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

Eastside is the very best beach the forgotten coast offers. You can walk to St. Andrew's Park to enjoy the jetties and watch the boats go in and out of the pass. Walk to locally owned shops and eat at the BEST restaurants on the beach Captain Anderson's, Schooners is next door and Michaels are extremely close. But don't tell anybody because crowds are on the westside and we don't want them coming our way. Not too mention Treasure Island Marina is walking distance for all you boat lovers.

Location Location Location. Small crowds, the best swimming or "soaking" in the emerald green waters. Sandbars are close in making it so fun to find sand dollars. Choose to walk on the beach, to the marina to see all the boats, or to St. Andrews Park with it's miniature deer.
