Fantastic & comfortable place to stay while we were celebrating a wedding in the area. We were able to use the house as a gathering point and refuge as needed. Owners were easy to contact & quick to respond. Highly recommend!!!

This home is outstanding!

The pictures of this property do not do it justice! It’s beautiful and feels so comfortable. The hosts made everything super easy and the house was immaculate. We were in town for a wedding and would definitely recommend this property!

The property was amazing! We had a great and wonderful stay. My family enjoyed it all! Very clean, and peaceful. The only thing I didn’t like was we had to leave. I totally recommend staying there!

Daughter's Wedding Weekend

The farmhouse was perfect! Clean, lovely furnishings, ample space for our whole family to spread out and relax We had coffee on the porch and went out to see the cows:) My only regret was our stay was too short!

This is a perfect place to stay. We went down for Round Top Antique week.

Renting a house is way better than renting hotel rooms. We can all sit and relax in the evening and talk. House was well kept, beds were comfortable, and they left goodies in fridge for us. Would definitely rent this house again.

Loved this farm house. Great location, only 10-15 minutes from anything you’d need. Home was terrific, very clean, tons of amenities! Owners very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We were in town for our youngest son’s wedding. We had all our other children, their spouses and grandchildren. The house was perfect and exactly as described. Also very close to the wedding venue.

Wonderful weekend

We had a wonderful time in Brenham over the weekend and we'll definitely be back. Our families were there to play in a softball tournament and the house allowed all the kids and adults to have a good, comfortable, relaxing time in between games. The hosts were so thoughtful and kind. Thank you!

A cozy home with so many fascinating amenities!

This home feels like home! Lovely country property with views of cattle in the back pasture and deer that pass by. It provided first class comfort for 8 of us with games to play and memories made. Will always remember our weekend spent in Brenham!!

More beautiful and peaceful than I imagined. The house was perfect for my family. Check in seamless and easy. Instructions for how to use everything, lights were clearly marked, and recommendations for nearby restaurants and cafes. My only complaint is that we couldn’t spend more time here! Thank you, Bill. The Best location around Brenham.

Such a warm and welcoming home. Minutes from Deep in the Heart Wedding venue. Super clean house, gorgeous surroundings. House is well stocked with pretty much everything you need. Table with things to do around Washington county a nice touch. Will definitely come back as it is a gear place to chill and get away from the city.

Beautiful home in the country

This home was the perfect place for our family to stay while attending a wedding nearby. We loved sitting on the back porch watching the cows eat their breakfast and there were an abundance of things on the property to keep our 2 year old entertained. The home is spacious and we loved the layout. Communication with the homeowner was wonderful and he was very quick to respond to messages. The home is close to a lot of Brenham attractions as well. We would love to come back to this property and highly recommend it.

Stayed near wedding venue! Great house!

My daughter got married at Deep in the Heart Farms and the house is about as close as you can get to the venue. Less than 5 mins. I highly recommend staying there. The owner is very prompt with any questions and very thorough in instructions. I wish we had more time to enjoy the property - as it is beautiful. House very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

Best rental property we've ever stayed in!

This home is absolutely beautiful. It was so clean, well stocked, and very comfortable for my family of four and another family of four. We had plenty of room to relax, made use of the smoker, well appointed kitchen, and all the outdoor games. If we're ever needing to stay in the Brenham area again this will be our first choice! Bill and Elizabeth also provided a great document with everything you need to know about the home and left dinner sweet treats and drinks for us. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful home!

5 Acre Retreat

We Really enjoyed our stay it was quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room for the family to get around in. Porches were nice to gather and sit under while it was raining. Beds were very comfortable, place inside and out was very clean and well kept. Had a wedding to attend down the road was very close the wedding we attended. Would like to come back when have more time to just chill and relax there. Would highly recommend this property. The owner was very detailed about the stay and quick to respond to my emails. Great Place

Well appointed and clean house. Property owner is very good at responding. We highly recommend the house. It's 15 minutes from Brenham, therefore, if you are looking for places walking distance to food, bar, etc. this is not for you. However, if you are looking for a beautiful and relaxing place, and are willing to drive/uber for food, this is perfect.

Family Wedding Weekend

The home was beautiful inside and out. It looks exactly like it does in the photos online. It was 3 minutes from the wedding venue (Deep in the Heart Farms) and my niece loved greeting the cows at the back fence line. The home is fully stocked with everything you can imagine in the kitchen, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, even black face towels for make-up removal and there were plenty of bath towels for all of us. We didn't have time to play any of the outdoor games that were stored in the shed, but we did play BINGO for a bit before and after the wedding that we were there for. We would love to go back and stay for a nice quiet, relaxing weekend with nothing to do!

Exceeded expectations!

Fabulous property with amazing hospitality! Eight family members and I flew in from Canada or Virginia Beach for wedding venue. We wanted to stay at a place that was elegant and comfortable and gave us the space and time to really visit versus running from hotel rooms to restaurants to get together and catch up. Property gave us the quality time to enjoy the country atmosphere-fire pit; cooking and eating together; playing games, and watching movies. House was very close to the wedding venue (Deep in the Heart Farms) and home had all the extra amenities to include bed and linen of a high end hotel. Chandlier over soaker tub with window view of the countryside was unbelievable. Morning coffee and evening glass of wine on the porch overlooking the water fountain was so tranquil. Short drive to grocery store, restaurants, etc. in town. We travel around the world-usually stay in very nice hotels-and this was our first VRBO experience. Highly recommend this property! Exceeded our expectations! Thank you for an incredible stay!

The home is tucked away at the top of a hill and overlooks a beautiful spring fed pond with running water. Wake up to deer at the feeder, and cows roaming the adjacent ranch. Camp fires at night and a glass of wine on the porch. Wonderful restaurants and bars all over the area, shopping, antiquing, and a trip to Bluebell is a must.
