This 6700 square foot remodeled country home on 113 glorious acres is everything youā€™ve ever dreamed of. From the secluded forest views to the two-acre pond with a wood-plank dock, itā€™s the ultimate vacation home for family gatherings, wedding parties, or corporate retreats. Located just 15 minutes from downtown Brenham and 35 minutes to Round Top. For weddings at Deep in the Heart Farms, we are only a 5-minute drive away!

The space
Accommodations include four luxurious bedrooms and four full baths + loft. Browse the gallery as you plan your next adventure.

Upstairs offers the following bedroom arrangements:

-The Master: A king bed with en suite shower & claw-foot tub plus enclosed patio.
-Queen bed with en suite shower/tub combo.
-Two queen beds with shower/tub combo.
-The Loft: An open concept with one twin bed and full bed, half bath, and closet space.
-Downstairs features a queen bed and en suite bath with a claw-foot tub ONLY- no shower.

The kitchen is a place of serenity and home-cooked meals, with sage-colored cabinetry, custom chef-grade appliances, and everything you need to prepare a feast. Dine family-style at the country table, or elegantly in the formal dining room. Show off your culinary skills on the gas grill located on the porch near the fire pit. When it comes to coffee, provided are 2 coffee makers for your use. A drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. Coffee filters are provided for the drip coffee maker but please provide your own ground coffee and Nespresso pods.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the front or back patio - the perfect way to start your day. It is likely the deer will come right up to the house, not another property or person in view! We have the most beautiful sunrises on the front porch. Show off your culinary skills on the gas grill found on the porch then enjoy your dessert with s'mores by the fire pit in the yard. Enjoy sunsets at our new 2-acre pond on the dock.

ā€¢ Minimum age requirement for primary renter is 25 years old
ā€¢ Maximum occupancy 12; larger gatherings are not permitted (see fees below)

ā€¢ No smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use (see fees below)
ā€¢ The following fines may be deducted from your security deposit when the House Rules have been broken:
* $50 per hour for any early check-in or late check-out (unless previously approved by management); late check-outs after 1 pm will be charged for an additional night's stay
* $50 per person, per night for over 12 guests
* $350 per unauthorized pet
* $999 for odor removal (from smoking, vaping, etc.)
* $50 per hour for excessive cleaning
* Guest agrees to forfeit their damage deposit in its entirety in the event of a party
*Feel free to enjoy our children's toys and games, but handle them with care. Notify us promptly if anything happens to break before they discover it themselves.

- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front, sides, and back of the house. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.

Beautiful property - comfortable stay

We loved our stay at the Lucky Sunrise! Everything was just as the pictures showed, but the scenery was even more serene. Property was quiet and private. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of room for a large family gathering. We would definitely come back!

Christmas Family Time

We had our family gather together for Christmas and had a great time together in this home. We played pickleball and took walks to the small pond. The house is very roomy with nice sized bedrooms and a large living/gathering area.

Gorgeous getaway!

We booked this house for a family wedding at Deep in the Heart Farms. The property was stunning and the house was perfect for the two families that stayed. Plenty of space and everything you could ask for. So peaceful and the house is just gorgeous! The property manager Lindsey answered all of my questions very quickly and the instructions provided for the house made check in and check out very easy. We enjoyed every bit of our stay

Amazing well appointed home

We were planning a trip for our daughterā€™s graduation from TAMU and wanted to have a place for all of our family to stay together outside of College Station. This house was perfect! Beautiful and spacious with everything you could possibly need. The house manager Lindsey was very quick to respond with all my questions and even helped decorate for graduation as well. Highly recommend this house for a family gathering.

Girls Spring Round Top Trip

From the moment you enter the gates, peace and serenity surround you!This property was perfect for our girls trip. Spacious rooms, well appointed home, large kitchen fully supplied, with two islands for cooking, serving, and mingling around for girl chats! The wrap around porches made a perfect setting for morning coffee, and evening sun sets! I canā€™t praise this beautiful property enough. Communication with owner was excellent.Property was pristine clean.All the beds were very comfortable, had newer sheets with extra pillows.Fluffy absorbent towels, hand towels and washcloths! Beautiful property with thought of details...

We booked this property with no review up yet since the owners newly renovated the property. But what a surprise! In this case, the pictures could only tell part of the story... this place is a perfect example of heart put into a renovation project, it is luxuries in discreet, best of choices and attention to detail, it is super clean, part of the house kept the original floor that enhances the character of the Texan ranch property, the extension of the all-around porch deck and beautiful outdoor furnishing are most suitable to the climate, we didn't want to miss any sunrise and sunset from the horizon. And watching deer pass by and chasing and playing, seeing the cattle grazing through the fence that is further to the main house... Our kids enjoyed playing with balls on the grass and the owners have some excellent choices of in-room games. And we all enjoyed walking around, playing remote motorboats in the beautiful pond, and watching pelicans getting lunch. We will book this ranch again. THANK YOU.

Magnificent Stay

The entire home was stunning, yet very peaceful and welcoming. All of the amenities were exceptional. The beds and bedding were so fabulous that everyone wanted to sleep in and arrive late for shopping in Round Top - who would have thought!! Lindsey was delightful and did a superb job! We cannot wait to come back!!
