We really enjoyed our stay, the beach access if directly across the street. The house was clean and prepared for our arrival. The house is located close to multiple places to eat. I wish we could have been able to stay longer and enjoyed it more but this was a work trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location to the beach. Just like we wanted. Cute little house with lots of charm. Great if you have older kids or other adults. Beach is close by so if someone wanted to go back they could. Would definitely stay there again

A long weekend at the beach!

The house is a great size for a family of 5 or less. Just steps from the beach and about 10 mins drive from shops and restaurants the experience was great! We will be back.

Wonderful beach house!

This house fit our needs for our stay perfectly! The location was wonderful, despite some construction going on in the area. Our trip was mostly over the weekend while they weren’t working, and honestly it made the house feel more private since there wasn’t a lot of traffic going through. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable and adorable. Would definitely recommend!

My family really enjoyed their time inside this beachouse. It has a nice layout and in great condition. Very easy to relax on the couches after a long day at the beach or catch a movie on the Big TV. Our cocker spaniel, Tobi loved it also. The fenced in yard was awesome and walks around the block were met with other friendly dog owners. We will definitely be coming back. Kevin is a real nice guy to book with too. He did a great job making is feel right at home.

Convenient & comfortable

We required to stay in or near Mayo following surgery for five weeks. The location was convenient for multiple follow-up appointments at Mayo & also for shopping & dining. Being next to the beach was very relaxing & having our Golden Retriever made it even more so.
