Step out on the Boardwalk to enjoy magnificent sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean. Tons of great restaurants are just steps away . For your convenience Acme and CVS are located within walking distance. Condo is a cozy clean family friendly space - comes equipped with an elevator, two car garage ,smart TV, high speed internet. High end washing machine and dryer are in-unit. Our home has been equipped with a keyless entry system to make access simple and hassle free upon your arrival.
All furniture and appliances are new. And free wifi .Condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with toaster oven, Keurig coffee pot , pots ,dishes , utensils for working and eating, cups ,glasses and serving platter.
We provide linens, bath and beach towels in the apartment.
ALSO included are 4 beach passes , 4 beach chairs , a beach umbrella and a beach wagon for your use at the beaches. It’s a perfect getaway at the Jersey shore. A home away from home.

To rent the apartment you must be 25 years or older and no additional guests are allowed other than those registered in the rental agreement . Our apartment is a smoke free zone so no smoking and no vaping or cannabis inside our apartment or marked areas in the building. No pets allowed please. Our neighbors are nice and like us and we would like to keep it that way so we ask that please be respectful of all other tenants.
