The space
It is the middle cottage in a gated community of 3 separate cottages – each with their own patio and BBQ - all 3 share the Jacuzzi.

A favorite spot with locals to stroll just a few minutes to the end of the Street with their cocktail glass to report on their day as the sun goes down.

Living Room features a Queen size Futon, Flat Screen TV and lots of Rustic Charm.

Attached to the living room is the Dining Room with ample seating for the whole family.

There are 2 bedrooms in the home, the master bedroom has a Queen bed with TV and the second bedroom - that is connected to the Master - as a Jack and Jill bedroom - has 2 twin beds. You have to walk through the Master Bedroom to reach the guest bedroom.

The Ocean Beach Tropics has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer onsite, internet, WiFi and Cable TV.

We are pet friendly but it is important to remember that the yard is shared and so your dog may not run free in the yard without supervision at all times.

Tire your pet out with a visit to dog beach just a short drive down the street.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:
No Smoking is allowed inside any of our properties. You are welcome to smoke in outside areas of the home.

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes unattended. If you plan to spend time away from your pet please find a doggy daycare. You can call our office for recommendations.

Ocean Beach lies in the San Diego International Airport flight path for some departing flights. No planes can depart after 11:30 pm or before 6:30 am.

Guest access

All guests will receive an email with check-in instructions prior to their arrival. These will include access instructions and a keypad code to gain access to the keys to enter the home.
