This is a beautiful property on Marco Island with a responsive host and fabulous amenities. It is great for families and I can’t say enough good things about it. Beautiful location, decor, pool, lanai and dock.

Wonderful!!

We had a great stay in this wonderful home! It had all the amenities and more! The host was also very responsive! This is our favorite home so far out of many vacation rentals on Marco Island!

We absolutely loved this beautifully updated home on the water. My husband and sons pretty much lived by the pool and on the dock kayaking, fishing and paddle boarding! Close to everything. We walked and biked to the beach, restaurants. We rented a golf cart so that was fun too. They’re allowed on all of the island roads. We caught 2 baby sharks and a GIGANTIC grouper on fishing tours. The house had every amenity you’ll need! Plus it’s decorated very stylishly! Matt texted back immediately if we needed anything. We enjoyed the little Marco Movies on a colder evening. We liked Sunset Grill amongst many other restaurants. We’ve rented many homes in Naples/Marco. This was our favorite and we’ll be back!

Perfect family getaway

Thank you Matt for a fun and relaxing week. Your home had everything we needed. We all enjoyed fishing and kayaking off the dock. The house was very clean and the pool was great too. We would definitely rent again

Fabulous rental!

Best rental we've ever had! It was clean, beautiful, and perfect for our family of 6. Loved stepping right on the water on the paddleboards in the morning, riding bikes to the beach, and playing ping pong while making dinner. Thanks for a fabulous week!

Beautiful property, great for families

We stayed at this property in late Jan 2023. We had two adults and four children and everyone had a great time. Right on the water with a beautiful dock, plus a perfect heated pool meant a lot of fun time in the water. The home is newly renovated and decor was very nice and everything worked well. Location is also nice, being a short drive to restaurants or bike to the beach with all of the included bicycles (which are expensive to rent otherwise!). Highly recommend this great property.

Incredible in every way!

This was the best VRBO rental we’ve ever had for our multi-generational family. It was immaculate, and had so many extras.. kayaks, paddle boards, life vests, fishing poles, pool toys, ping pong, Wii! We had an incredible week in every way and are so grateful. Check-in and Checkout a breeze. We can’t thank you enough! Wonderful memories made in beautiful Marco!

Loved our month long stay

This home has absolutely everything you can want and need in a vacation home. The kitchen had all the right equipment. The pool was spotless and and fun things to do outside even when not swimming. It is the perfect home. Can’t say anything negative! Thanks so much for sharing it with us

Simply amazing!

This is what a vacation rental is supposed to be. Great communication with the owner, surgically clean home, feels brand new (it was recently renovated), completely equipped with everything you would ever want and need! Show up and get to having fun without the worry of anything related to the home, its condition, or anything else. Matt is a wonderful host and I look forward to booking this property again soon!

Excellent Rental!

This rental was more than we could have imagined! The location was just a short drive to downtown Marco and a short bike ride too. The pool and dock provided countless hours of entertainment. All of the extra touches were more than we could ask for. Matt was very easy to communicate with and answers all our questions very quickly. We would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful winter break

I can’t say enough good things about this property. The home is comfortable, modern and very clean. The amenities including pool, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, ping pong table and games made it such an enjoyable place for the entire family to hang out. We loved getting up every morning and having breakfast by the pool or just sitting on the dock. It really felt like we had escaped for the week. The owner was very responsive for the few questions we had (which weren’t many because the house was well equipped and in perfect order). We will definitely try to stay here again if we return to Marco Island.

Recent stay in Marco

We just spent a week at this property and couldn't have been more impressed. Everything appears to have been recently renovated, the design is beautiful, the house is full of everything you'll need both indoors and out including tons of games and even a ping pong table. Jump on one of the 10 or so bikes for a quick ride to the beach or to explore the island. We didn't even use the 3rd bedroom as our 3 kids all wanted to stay in the bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds. Matt was great and incredibly responsive. We will absolutely be booking this property again on our next trip to Marco and would highly recommend.

Great house!

Our family had a wonderful stay in Marco Island. We have been coming to Marco for years, and this was the best rental that we have had. The house is clean, stylishly decorated, and well stocked. Everything is fresh, updated, and comfortable. The island offers plenty of entertainment options, but we didn’t even have to leave the house as there was plenty to do just there! We all loved the use of the pool, ping pong, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing rods, and games. Plus we were well equipped with everything we needed for beach days. We especially appreciated the extra touches available like basic pantry staples, soap, dishwasher tabs, sunscreen, laundry items, etc. The thoughtfulness put into design and presentation of the home created a space that allowed all ages to truly relax and enjoy their vacation! Thank you!

Best house ever!

If I could give this house ten stars I would! What a wonderful place! First, it’s CLEAN and beautiful! Professionally decorated and everything is new! The beds are SO comfortable and the showers are amazing! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more! Again, everything is new, excellent quality and beautiful! Absolutely love the lanai - the indoor/outdoor space carries the high end yet comfortable decor. There are two seating areas, sun lounge area plus dining area within the screened pool enclosure. No bugs - amazing! There us also a new dock with more seating that has a covered boat hoist! It was great having our boat right there - plus we caught fish! Thank you Matt for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Great Getaway

The house and pool had everything we needed for our stay. We biked to the beach using the trailer for chairs & gear. Windy days turned into pool days. Used the kayaks & paddleboards to explore the canals. Well stocked kitchen and gas grill provided everything we needed to cook some meals at home for relaxing days/nights. Pack your groceries, swimsuits & sunscreen to start your getaway. We spent most of our time outdoors around the pool. Desk area provided place to work. Enjoyed some of our favorite restaurants and tried some new ones too. Comfortable beds. We hated to leave and return to the cold. Thank you for a great getaway!

Love to travel with my family when able. We have enjoyed many wonderful experiences in vacation rentals throughout the years. This inspired us to start looking for a home that we could extend to others to create their own memories with friends and family.

Great location in very safe and quiet neighborhood in Marco Island. Has boat lift that is available to use if bringing your own boat.

We made sure to provide plenty of activity related toys. There are several bikes, beach chairs, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing rods, and other toys at the house. No additional charge to use any of these things. Most houses on the island do not provide these, they are available to rent from an outside outfit. This is more time and money to coordinate. There is a grille on the property, heated pool, ring toss game out on back lanai, pool floats, etc.
