A fully stocked kitchen, with a separate breakfast area is the perfect setting to enjoy home cooked meals. The second living area adjacent to the kitchen is the perfect location to sit back, relax and enjoy family time. The reclining comfy sectional is sure to make the perfect location for afternoon naps. The master bedroom is conveniently located off of the second family room, with a comfortable king bed, attached bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet. This split plan home includes two additional bedrooms with twin beds and bath with tub.
The outside pool area includes a brand new 6 person dining set, grill and convenient access door to bathroom. Everything you need for the beachis in our freshly painted and organized garage.a fun ping pong table can be enjoyed in the pool area while you bask in the Florida sunshine! Noise Ordinance 20-05 Summary
On October 5, 2020 the City Council approved an updated noise ordinance for the City of Marco Island. The entire ordinance is available at: https://www.cityofmarcoisland.com/sites/default/files/fileattachments/ordinance/66651/20- 05.pdf. This document is a summary of the key points of the new ordinance.
General noise prohibitions:
1. Between 8:00pm – 7:00am, the sound may not be plainly audible from fifty (50) feet from the property line or within a fully enclosed structure of a residence; or
2. The sound when measured at the receiving property may not exceed 66 dBA between 7:00am – 8:00pm or 60 dBA between 8:00pm - 7:00am in residential zones; or
3. The sound may not exceed 72 dBA between 7:00am – 9:00pm or 65 dBA between 9:00pm – 7:00am in commercial zones; or
4. In multifamily dwellings or duplexes, the sound may not exceed 50 dBA between 7:00am – 9:00pm or 45 dBA between 9:00pm – 7:00am, measured from the neighbor’s dwelling unit.
5. Construction noise is prohibited between 7:00pm - 7:00am and on Sundays and holidays.
6. Landscaping maintenance noise is prohibited between the hours of 9:00pm – 7:00am.
Enforcement and Penalties:
1. Any person responsible for a violation of the noise ordinance will be given a warning and must comply within five (5) minutes. No warnings will be given after 11:00pm.
2. If a police officer or community service officer has to return and there is a violation at the home/dwelling unit within 48 hours, a citation or Notice of Violation will be issued.
3. The person responsible for a violation, as well as the property owner, may be issued a Notice of Violation for each individual violation.
4. Any person violating the ordinance, including the property owner and/or the tenant may be subject to a civil penalty of $250.00 for the first violation, $500.00 for the second violation, and $1,000.00 for the third violation. The fourth violation will escalate to $2,000.00, the fifth violation is $4,000.00 and the sixth violation is $5,000.00.
