A short walk downstairs to ground level accesses the two oceanside pools and beautiful Sugar Beach. Sugar Beach is well known for its miles of unspoiled beach, perfect for morning and sunset strolls.

Ma’alaea Surf Resort is an exceptional beachfront property located in North Kihei offering spectacular ocean views from all buildings. C-7 is a second floor, two-story floor plan with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom and bathroom are in a loft accessed by a spiral staircase. Access to the second-floor units is provided by two exterior flights of stairs which serve two units. There are no elevators. The Resort provides two oceanfront pools, gas barbecues, free parking, one tennis court, and two pickle ball courts.

As the owners of C-7 we are proud to be managed by Ali’i Resorts. Ali’i Resorts provides excellent housekeeping, maintenance, and booking services. Ali’i furnishes C-7 with luxury linens, bath towels, toiletries, and beach towels. We hope you will consider C-7 for your Maui plans. If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific greet times are set on your day of arrival.
