We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Bethany Beach home! The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home.The location was fantastic—so close to the beach and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it especially nice for preparing meals during our stay.Our host was excellent and communicated with us throughout the entire process. Everything was easy and seamless from booking to checkout.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, comfortable place to stay near Bethany Beach!

The house was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. We had everything we needed, including kitchen and cooking necessities, bath and pool towels, beach equipment such as an umbrella and multiple beach chairs. The owner Lorna was very responsive with any questions or needs we had. The neighborhood is beautiful! We enjoyed the pool and facilities in the resort-style development. Bethany beach and boardwalk are easily accessible and a short drive away. Under 30 minutes to Rehoboth and very close to Ocean City too! Great location!

Wonderful place to stay!

We just recently stayed at Coastal Charm and had such a wonderful time. The house is new and very nice and clean. It is also nicely stocked with basically all the necessities (and good quality ones too)! We had initially thought it was closer to the beach, but it still did not ruin our time. The pool and clubhouse were very nice as well. I would stay here again for sure!

Family Getaway

Went there with kids and there spouses. Definitely plenty of room for everybody to have some privacy. Lot's of things to do around the area. Were able to ride bikes to beach. Very nice vacation for us. Thanks so much.

Great time had by all

We had the best time from beginning to end! The house was amazing and we had constant communication with the owners. The house was in a very convenient location and we loved the community that it was in. I can definitely see us coming back in the future.

Welcoming Home

This is a beautifully decorated and stocked rental home. My family was very comfortable here and appreciated all the extras from soft sheets, towels (shower and pool) chairs, umbrellas, bikes, spices, laundry detergent and the list goes on. Thank you for your thoughtfullness Lorna!

Truly Charming

Coastal Charm is the perfect name for this charming, well-equipped vacation home within a few miles of the beach. It was clean, spacious, and afforded privacy when needed. Grandchildren loved ‘gaming’ on the big screen in the loft. We appreciated the many amenities offered. The clubhouse and pool are an added bonus. Definitely recommend!

Great Stay

This was a wonderful property for our family getaway complete with 5 teens. The property is spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is fully stocked and we had everything we needed to make some wonderful meal at the property. Tons of small touches like beach accessories, starter toiletries, and superb cleanliness makes this a great choice. We loved the primary being on the main level and a secondary living room in the loft where the kids hung out. The clubhouse with a gym and billiards was a life saver since the weather was not in our favor for the beach. Our host was amazing and so responsive and accommodating, she was truly amazing.

Annual beach trip

Our trip was wonderful. The home was very clean spacious and perfect for the 9 family members staying. Kitchen was stocked better than any other place we’ve stayed at in the past. The pool is less than 4’ deep so that was a bummer and the indoor pool wasn’t available to renters which was also a bummer as that was a driver in booking here- not the owners fault at all. Drive to the beach wasn’t bad either. Overall it was a wonderful week making memories with the family! I would stay here again!

Amazing property!

We come to Bethany for three weeks each summer and this was by far our favorite place to stay. The house is brand new, stocked with everything you could possibly think of and more, and the host was incredible in terms of communication and making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. As a family of seven, so you can imagine we need a lot of space and this house was perfect. The entire second floor was fantastic for all the kids to be upstairs and hang in the bonus room while we were on the first floor. The community is awesome and safe and we loved having so many little kids running around during our stay. We will definitely be looking to come back soon and hoping that we might be able to book all three weeks at this property, we loved it so much! Thank you, Lorna and Drew for making us feel so welcome!

Beyond Charming!

Coastal Charm was beyond charming! My family (4 adults + 4 boys) stayed for a week. The check in process was easy & we appreciated the welcome note. The home is as pictured, has tasteful decor and is comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed for the handful of meals we made versus going out. The patio was perfect for post dinner dessert and a few games. We used the bikes, played poker and some of other games available. We only went to the pool a few times and were disappointed that there was only 1 court for basketball/tennis & pickleball and unless you signed up to use it in advance, it wasn't available. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler on wheels were perfect for our beach days. The linens and bath/beach towels were super soft and convenient. The sofas were inviting and nap inducing after a long day. Thanks for offering (2) King bedrooms as they are rare. The location is close to everything - making it an ideal place to stay. Keep up the Charm!

The property was beautiful. It was more well stocked than any place I’ve ever stayed. We didn’t have to bring beach towels or beach chairs. The boardwalk and the beach were a five minute drive. The community center boasted a wonderful pool and a well equipped gym. The vacation was an absolute pleasure and our hostess was accessible and accommodating in every way. Thank you.

All the comforts of home!

We loved our stay at Coastal Charm! The house is beautifully appointed with everything we could've needed for a great week at the beach. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glassware, cookware and appliances to prepare meals for a large group. The beds were so comfy and even the towels were big and thick. Loved that there were two bikes, beach chairs and beach umbrella in the garage that we could use. The pool and clubhouse were lovely and felt very much like a resort. And Lorna was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay at Coastal Charm again.
