Three decks overlook the water and when you are ready, take the Ocean Kayak for a spin on the bay. Water is everywhere! Check your emails via the high-speed internet and then make dinner in the kitchen or watch a movie on the large flat screen TV.
The main level includes a powder room and a fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy water views from several of the windows. The dining table seats six and the adjoining living area has attractive furnishings and a nice TV. This level leads out to a waterfront deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee, dine outside or relax over cocktails while watching the gorgeous sunset.
The lower level has its own entrance and indoor access to garage storage. There is a full bath, bunk bed bedroom and family room with comfortable mustard furnishings and a TV with DVD player. You can walk-out to the deck where you can sunbathe or walk to your boat.
The upper level has three bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed, large closet, and a full bath. There is an adjoining balcony to relax on and enjoy the views. There is a garage used for storage where you can store your bicycles, beach gear, surf boards, water skis, etc. The public beaches, Bethany Beach boardwalk, shopping and restaurants are a short drive away. Big Fish Restaurant and the G&E grocery store is less than a half mile walk.
