For your entertainment, we provide a Smart Tv with Spectrum Cable and WIFI. Feel free to bring your log-in and passwords to enjoy your favorite apps like Netflix, Hulu, and more.
Start your mornings with breathtaking sunrises, just a short 4 min walk from the front door to the sandy beach. Grab one of the provided beach towels and load up the pull-behind beach wagon with beach essentials like chairs, boogie boards, small cooler, and an umbrella, all ready for your convenience.
Indialantic Beach offers a designated crosswalk at A1A to the beach access, providing easy and safe access to the shore. Our home’s 4-minute walk to the beach is the closest option, giving you a sense of having your private beach space.
If you're up for more adventure, explore the nearby Indian River for kayaking opportunities. Additionally, the Kennedy Space Center is just a 30-minute drive away, adding another dimension to your stay. Port Canaveral offers some great restaurants on the water.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We understand travel schedules, so we do our best to accommodate your needs. If you arrive early, feel free to drop off your luggage and start exploring the town and the beach.
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we have a few house rules:
• ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or Vaping allowed.
• We do not refund for factors beyond our control, such as weather, red tide, hurricanes (unless under mandatory evacuation orders), or other causes (e.g., COVID-19). Please consider purchasing travel insurance if needed.
• Any unaccounted-for towels, washcloths, or beach towels will incur an additional charge of $25.00.
• The grill can be used in the back yard.

We expect all guests to respect the property and neighborhood:
• Don’t burn down the house
• Don’t Kick the neighbors cat (LOL)
• Refrain from causing damage or disturbance.
• No eating drippy food on the sofa.
• Dispose of trash in the designated wastebaskets, not in the toilet.
Please be mindful of the hot, humid climate in Florida, which attracts wildlife and pests. Bring mosquito repellent, and rest assured that we provide monthly pest control services year-round. Although we take measures to keep the home pest-free, occasional encounters may occur. If needed, we can arrange additional pest services, but no refunds will be offered for such encounters.
Florida's humidity can cause the ambient temperature to feel warmer, especially during the summer. The AC unit is brand new as of 2022, and we have provided a dehumidifier in the closet for your comfort. Running all ceiling fans can also help maintain a pleasant indoor climate.
