New leather sofa with beautiful comfy washable covers, professionally designed drapes and interior furnishings, freshly painted, fully loaded coffee bar, upgraded 400 speed internet, supremely comfortable mattresses, new spread, 1000 count linens and new towels. For an added health measure,
to protect our guests and our community, we are using an ozone machine at Endless Summer before our guests arrive. This additional disinfection and sanitation measure produces a highly effective oxidation agent which in known for its bacteria, fungi, virus and mold killing properties. Endless Summer is cleaned and sanitized by professionals before each of our guests arrive. We use a dehumidifier and Hotel Collection air freshener. Our sheets, spreads and linens are washed and sanitized as recommended by CDC Covid practices. Stair rails, all countertops, surface areas and floors are cleaned with a sanitizing disinfectant and alcohol. We do not have carpet in Endless Summer so you won't have to worry about bacteria and other germs, lingering in carpet.

With a DIRECT unblocked view, NO corner view, of the beach, our three bedroom and three bath townhouse in Indialantic/Melbourne Beach, Florida is prefect for a family or romantic getaway. With finishes like granite counter tops, beautiful wood grain tile throughout, gorgeous hand painted wood ceilings, brand new central AC and heat system (including new duct work), pavers on the private beach back lanai and trek deck on the private second floor beach
front balcony, this unit is gorgeous, and nothing has been left out. Endless Summer has a full view of the beach, unlike some corner units that don't view the beach directly. Beach umbrellas, toys, high chair, pack-n-play, baby swing, and beach towels are all available at Endless Summer. If there is something you think we forgot, please let us know and we will be happy to get it for you during your stay.

Endless Summer features three bedrooms and three baths. Designed with two master suites (one upstairs and one downstairs), including new, high end, king size pillow top mattresses, all new pillows, luxurious 1000 thread count linens, and new LED TV's. The third bedroom upstairs, featuring a sea turtle motif, is furnished with two twin beds, accented with bead board and hooks, just high enough, and fun enough, to motivate children to keep their clothes off the floor.

The master suite upstairs has a private ocean front balcony, and a small secluded reading nook, next to a built-in book case. We have provided some of our favorite reading materials, games, cards and poker chips, and hope you will enjoy them as much as we do.

The kitchen/dining area will easily accommodate seating for six people in comfortable custom upholstered rattan chairs. From the KEURIG 2.0 K475 Plus coffee maker, to the Cuisinart 16 Cup EasyPop popcorn maker, our kitchen is furnished for those that enjoy cooking and EATING, as much as we do. As a side note, our family owns and operates a local, beyond organic private farm in the area called Florida Fields to Forks. Once you have booked your vacation, and if you are interested, we will tell you how we can provide you foods from our farm during your stay with us. The private back lanai, with beautiful pavers, features an outdoor dining table with seating for six, and an umbrella to shade the sun. The gas grill is perfect for cooking some of our local grassfed/grass-finished Angus burgers from the farm. We have a rain head shower to wash off your sandy toes, as the beach is less than 15 steps from our back lanai, it is hard to beat the view and the convenience. Because this part of Indialantic beach is so private, we find our guests love it!

Florida is perfect to enjoy year round outdoor activities. With over 140 space launches scheduled for 2024, you are sure to have the best view for watching one of our amazing launches. Nothing in the world compares to the unbelievable view and dynamic sounds of watching a live launch directly from the beach. It is a once in a lifetime experience for sure!

Walk on the beach, rent E-Bikes, beach cruisers or a golf cart. Golf, pickleball, tennis and numerous public parks are close by. Book sailing and charter cruises to view the dolphin, manatee and other wildlife. Sport fishing charters are available out of Sebastian, just a 30 minute drive from Endless Summer, and Air Boat Rides are available through the everglades at Camp Holly Airboat Rides also about 30 minutes away. Sea turtles are seen on a regular basis laying their eggs and babies hatching during the season. Another once in a life time event you won't want to miss.

The town of Indialantic sits east of the city of Melbourne, and just north of Melbourne Beach. This quaint little Town features what some call the most pristine beach on the east coast of Florida. With lots of shells and sea glass, and beautiful white sand, the beach is wide and perfect for long romantic walks, sand castle building and beach cycling. During turtle season, May through October, sea turtles nest right outside our back door. The Sea Turtle Preservation Society is just a mile away from Endless Summer. Within close distance of Endless Summer you will find restaurants and shopping of all kinds. Whether you are looking for fine dining like Scott's of Fifth, Djon's Steak and Lobster House, Cafe Coconut Cove (German restaurant on the river), Islands Fish Grill (fresh local fish), the Chart House, a local rooftop bar and restaurant at the Village Market, or the best breakfast in town from the Beachside Cafe, it is all close by. Starbucks, Moo's Soft Serve ice cream, Oceanside Pizza and Bizzaros Pizza are all local favorites that you can walk to as well. Spessard Holland is a public golf course just 3 miles south of our unit. E-Bike rentals are available at Tedsebikes.com, paddle board and bicycle rentals are available just a few blocks north at Bob's Beach Bicycle Works and golf cart rentals are available in Indian Harbour Beach at Gorilla Rides. For those of you who want to try your hand at fishing off the beach shoreline, there are inexpensive bait stores close by.

For your traveling convenience, the local Melbourne airport is approximately 5 miles from Endless Summer. If you can get lower airfares flying in and out of Orlando, the Orlando International Airport is about a one hour drive, with very little traffic.

The Brevard Zoo is a wonderful experience for both children and adults, and you will also want to visit the public piers in Melbourne Beach, and Indialantic, to check out the Indian River. If you are lucky you may see some manatee or dolphins during your visit there. The Sebastian Inlet is also a great place to visit, it is about 18 miles south on A1A, and is a gorgeous, relaxing drive. You won't want to miss the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, about 35 miles away from Endless Summer.

For those of you who would like to visit Disney and the many theme parks in Orlando, or do some shopping at the fabulous Mall of Millennia, or the numerous outlet stores, it is a short drive, just about an hour and a half.

Also on the barrier island in Indialantic, Shoreview is a 2700 square foot, beautifully designed and totally renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a private heated salt water pool, hammock swings, large fenced in tropical back yard and grill area, private inside bar, fireplace, fire pit, and much more. All our vacation homes are professionally decorated with everything you could possibly need. We also have two other 3 bedroom homes with 2 baths, one with a heated pool and one with a fabulous private tropical backyard with large hammocks covered by coconut palm trees. They all have game rooms and large backyard and grill areas in downtown Melbourne. All our five star locations, as we work very hard to make sure our guest have the best experience possible.
