It was a very convenient place for us to sleep at. We were busy running around with family members that were in the neighborhood so we only slept there.

Had a great stay

We stayed here for 10 nights, 6 just my wife and I and another 4 with our 16 year old son. The property was clean and super comfortable. The property owners were super accommodating and helpful and very friendly. We would stay here again if we are in the area again.

Excellent hosts! Everything was accommodating and complete. From the efficient kitchen to the comfortable bed and couch to the Chromecast TV. Very nice! We would gladly have stayed longer! Very nice folks!

Our hosts were very welcoming; it was so fun to be greeted by a colorful board welcoming us by name as we walked through the door! Amenities were great, very nice kitchenette that was well stocked. The bed was amazingly comfortable! The only thing that took us adayor two to get used to was not having a sink in the bathroom.

Cozy Stay

My sister and I needed a place to stay for a weekend wedding in Mesa. We couldn’t have found a better place. It was perfect for us two. Cozy and had everything we could need. Susan and Jason and their family are very gracious hosts and are very attentive. Would definitely recommend staying at their lovely place.

Lovely Cozy Studio

This studio is so modern, warm and inviting! It is decorated so nicely and very appealing! The hosts are very lovely people and we would definitely stay here again. The price was very reasonable.

Mesa stay

The property was clean, located in a safe neighborhood. There was a nearby grocery and restaurant. Everything we needed for our stay in Mesa was provided. The host was easily contacted for any questions. We would stay at this location when visiting Mesa again.

We were in Mesa to see my Parents in assisted living. This place was close to them and cheaper than most. Nice inside, clean, decorated cute studio. Only downfall was no sink in bathroom and shower is very small.

Clean. Quiet. We’ll-stocked.

We had a wonderful stay in this little spot. Was curious about not having a bathroom sink but using the kitchen was fine for us. Everything we needed. A park with running and walking paths about a mile away.

Quick get away

Very clean. A sink in the bathroom would have been nice. Shower was VERY small. A regular coffee pot was needed. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Golf Weekend

This was a perfect fit for our extended golf weekend in Mesa. Very convenient check-in, clear instructions and info. Very clean and well furnished. Layout just as advertised and expected. Had a chance to chat with owners and very nice people. Close to courses and restaurants in nice quiet neighborhood. Will definitely book again next year!

A Qwaint Suite

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place. I have allergies so I appreciated no air fresheners or strong laundry detergents. Two of our friends stopped by and liked the place. One wanted the listing, so she could rent for extra guests. We also liked the safe neighborhood.

David, this is for rating the overall trip, not just the space, which, by the way is exactly the size as described in our listing and specifically so and which you attested reading and understanding in entirety upon booking. Next time you give a review, please keep in mind that this affects peoples’ livelihood so try and be aware and sensitive to that instead of hurting hard working families just trying to survive.

Great Stay

Comfortable, clean and well stocked with linens, towels, dishes, extra blankets, plenty of window day light and room lights after dark.. Nice and homey! Bed was very comfortable! Hosts were so kind and responded quickly to questions. Enjoyed meeting them! Nice outdoor private seating area which we didn’t have the opportunity to use because we were out and about with friends every day. Neighborhood felt very safe and VRBO was easy to find. If we have a chance, we will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing 10-day stay at this property in Mesa while in town for baseball, and it truly exceeded our expectations.The neighborhood was extremely safe and very clean, which made traveling with my two boys feel comfortable and stress-free. The location was incredibly convenient—we were just a minute from Safeway, two minutes from Target, and very close to the Red Mountain baseball diamonds. There were also plenty of fast food and dining options nearby, which made busy tournament days much easier.The home itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well maintained. It felt welcoming the moment we walked in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept great throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, which was a huge bonus during a longer trip.Parking was also a breeze, with our own dedicated spot in the driveway, which made coming and going super easy.What really stood out was the hospitality. The hosts consistently checked in with us via text and the VRBO app to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.We would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Mesa—especially families in town for sports.

Mesa Studio

Susan and Jason were very gracious. When I was looking for a place to stay I used "one bedroom-one bath" for my criteria search and their place came up listed as "one bedroom apartment". It is my fault that I did not read the rest of the listing more carefully to discover it is a studio and that the bathroom does not contain a sink. We just felt uncomfortable washing our hands after using the bathroom in the same sink as we prepared food. As I said, Jason and Susan were lovely. I just wish the listing had been more accurate up front.
