Pier4 Suites - The Sea Star in the center of Downtown

These vacation rental units are located in the center of downtown directly across from Berth 4 and Ketchikan’s beautiful waterfront promenade. Restaurants, the docks, pubs, cafes’ and tours are all close walking distance. This is a commercial building and the condos are located on the upper floor. The entrance is behind the building where you can walk straight in from the city parking lot without any stairs. There are two vacation rental units side by side in the building that share a laundry room.

The Sea Star Suite is a completely equipped 650 sq. ft. one-bedroom suite with a fully equipped modern kitchen. The bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a smart TV in both the bedroom and the living room. The bathroom has large walk-in shower. This unit has a view of the downtown harbor and the waterfront promenade. There are no stairs to this suite.

This is a great place to stay if you prefer not to rent a car. Everything is close walking distance and the city bus stops directly across the street. Most parking downtown is either permit parking or timed parking. You need to be careful of areas and time periods where you might get a parking ticket.

You will receive a rental agreement that must be signed before you will receive the check-in directions and the door code. The rental agreement will be email to you from Alaska Travelers.

This suite is limited to a single person or a couple. There is only one queen bed and the sofa is not suitable for sleeping.
