Villa Son Simo Vell is a former country hotel for family and friends, perfect for a luxury vacation! The finca can accommodate up to 16 adults +2 extra beds at € 50 extra per night + 2 small children (the owner will be happy to provide you with 2 extra beds free of charge, but only for children and also for 2 children's travel beds). There are 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. All bathrooms are en-suite. Each bedroom has 2 single mattresses that are pushed together, after consultation with the owner it would be possible to pull them apart. There are 3 full baths with shower and bath, all others have either bath or shower. Each bedroom has satellite TV and a small mini bar.
The house has central heating and central air conditioning, so that it is always pleasantly fresh or warm wherever you prefer. The high-quality, restaurant-like kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your vacation, such as an oven, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, toaster, kettle, etc. The kitchen and terraces are cleaned (morning) by the owner two hours a day.
If you wish, the owner will be happy to make a purchase for you for a small surcharge (and purchase price), as well as a breakfast buffet, please inquire. The owners also offer you other services such as high quality massages, babysitting, boat rental, a chef, wine tasting, please ask for the prices. The outdoor area has a sports field with over 600 meters of racetrack. The entire facilities are for the sole use of finca guests, as is the pool.
