Enjoy a true Mystic retreat! This single level cozy cape has been completely renovated with comfort in mind. Located only 3.4 miles, just over 5 minutes from Downtown Mystic. Close to the action yet over .5 acre of woods and privacy to recharge. A perfect blend of both worlds! This home is located next to our families Christmas Tree Farm, Yetter Road Tree Farm. Whittle's Farm is walking distance, where in the summer you'll find fresh produce, fall pick your own apples and pumpkins.

Welcome to your home away from home! We designed this home with style and serenity in mind. Peaceful and calming paint colors to decor pieces were handpicked to create a true retreat feel. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the sun porch, take a deep breath, and soak in the beauty of nature with nothing but woods in your background.

This 1100 sq foot cozy cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a large bathtub, renovated and fully stocked kitchen, and screened in sunporch.

Looking to work remotely? Designated office space in the third bedroom with tastefully positioned desk and chair under the window to allow plenty of natural light.

Have a larger party? Looking for more space. We also have the home directly across the street - search "Cozy Mystic Retreat" which sleeps 9 guests.

It was perfect

The house was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, cheerful and had everything we could possibly want. The location was also great, and an easy quick drive to downtown Mystic. Would come back again and highly recommend.

Secret Hideaway

The house was beautiful decorated. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. The location was lovely - private, large wooded back area, with ample parking spaces. Host very responsive to all our questions and needs. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to everyone!

The best VRBO

This is the best VRBO I have stayed at. Spotlessly clean, no clutter, plenty of space, great communication. The location is wooded, quiet and a short 10 minute drive to Mystic, GLP beach and Starbucks. Perfect for us. Highly recommend!

Cozy cottage

Awesome place! Has everything you need. Very spacious, comfortable and clean. Bring bug spray if you want to be outside. The bugs were relentless.

Quiet cozy retreat

The decor was lovely (kids called it Instagram worthy). The kitchen was well appointed. There were many nice touches to welcome us. We appreciated the foil, garbage bags, linens, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, dishwasher tablets, etc. certainly makes packing easier! The neighborhood and inside the house was very quiet. We were rural enough to see quite a show of stars at night, while still being a quick drive to mystic.

Beautiful and nicely stocked and d created.

The house was clean, smelled beautifully and check in and check out instructions were accurate,clear and complete. The online description does not fully represent how lovely this property is. the finishes are lovely and it was well stocked with anything that we needed. Brought some grocery staples, and the house provided absolutely everything else that we needed. Will def come back. It is much larger Than I expected and we could have easily fit double the number of our group. Thanks for a great weekend♥️. My dog was very comfy here and loved it too!! It was very sweet that the house was stocked for her human as well as canine guests.

Beautiful and cozy

Beautifully-decorated house with so many thoughtful touches. My toddler even noted that "this house has everything I need"! Pantea was easy to get ahold of when I had a question and she was very sweet and accommodating. We had a great weekend :)

Perfect getaway

We decided to take a last minute trip to Mystic and found this lovely property to stay at. The main area of Mystic was only 10 minutes away. The Seaport Museum is a must as well as Olde Mystick Village. We went to Tree Trails for a new type of activity and it was soo much fun and only 2 minutes from the property. The home was very warm and inviting with great decor and amenities. We felt very comfortable and safe. Will hopefully be back in the near future!

Ezquisite house for rent

Well-appointed one story 3 bedroom rental. Comfortable and airy. Owners were responsive to messages and very cooperative. A great stay for the four of us and a small dog.

3 Days in Mystic

We loved our stay at this beautiful home (seriously, beautifully decorated)! It was perfect for our family of 5 (4 Y, 2 Y and 2 months - and our dachshund). The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you needed for a meal at home, the rooms were spacious, the yard was big and wooded (perfect for playing) and the location was a quick drive to Mystic but in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the farmers market down the street and got some wonderful fruits and veggies for our stay (and the kids loved feeding the baby pigs!). Pantea and Tom were great communicators and left some farm fresh eggs to welcome us which we enjoyed for breakfast! Highly recommend!

Mystic Gem

The house was lovely, just as the pictures portrayed. Ideal location on a quiet street, backing up to woods yet a short ride to downtown Mystic and the Seaport. And, we could get out for a walk every morning and feel we were really away from it all. The hosts were wonderful and responded to us immediately.

Incredible House With Everything You Could Ask For!

This house is impeccably decorated and very well appointed. It is equipped with everything and anything you could ever want and need. The modern kitchen is especially well stocked for cooking and cleaning up. It’s a perfect house for preparing and serving family get together meals since the area restaurants are busy. The house’s layout is open, spacious and very comfortable. We particularly liked and utilized the bar/counter between the kitchen and dining table. The glass/screen porch is a welcome addition with additional seating and the yard is huge. Even the bathroom is beautiful! We really liked the location, which is away from busy Mystic in a quiet neighborhood. But Mystic, Noank, Groton and Stonington are easily accessible by car. Parking is no problem in the large driveway. We thoroughly enjoyed our four night visit and highly recommend this beautiful home if you’re visiting the Mystic area with family or friends.

In the neighborhood

Hidden Gem

From searching for a property to checking out, I would recommend this property. We had a few hiccups while staying however, the prompt attention and communication was exceptional. The house was exactly as described, clean and most of all cozy! The dog treats were an added bonus for our furry friend. Even our dog felt right at home. Should our travels bring us in that direction again, I would not hesitate for one moment to rent the same home without even looking for another. Highly recommended!

Comfy beautiful home on Yetter Road

Perfect quiet getaway

Excellent location, close to downtown and at the same time in a quiet secluded neighborhood. We loved staying at this house - it was impeccably clean, organized and well equipped with everything we needed! The host is really pleasant, communication was prompt and they even provided recommendations for restaurants + activities. We had a great time! This was a getaway trip with girfriends.

Beautiful home

We just stayed for a long weekend in Mystic and this house was a lovely home base for us. It was decorated so nicely. The hosts were very easy to work with and even left us a bottle of wine from a local company :) the only complaint I would have is that we never seemed to figure out the thermometer to get a comfortable sleeping temp but that was more user error as it was a smart device and I am not well versed in those. Would definitely stay here if ever traveling to the area again :)
