Features a fully equipped kitchen, family-friendly amenities, and a dedicated parking spot. Perfectly located just steps from Downtown Mystic and the Seaport Museum, offering a unique and walkable New England experience. Ideal for families and groups looking to explore the best of Mystic on foot.

The Space
Welcome to the Coates Townhome, a lovingly preserved 1847 historic gem that offers a unique and welcoming stay for up to six guests.

LIVING AREA:
* Bright, airy living room with beautiful hardwood floors and ample natural light.
* Comfortable seating and a unique rope chandelier.
* 55-inch HDTV with Netflix for movie nights.
* Sonos sound system for music.

KITCHEN & DINING:
* Fully equipped kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances.
* Everything you need to prepare meals, from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
* Bedroom 1: Serene room with a Queen bed.
* Bedroom 2: Serene room with a Queen bed.
* Bedroom 3: Bunk beds, ideal for families.
* Two full, modern bathrooms located on the second floor.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES:
* Pack ‘n Play/travel crib

Access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire townhome. Your stay includes:

* A private entrance for complete privacy.
* Seamless self check-in with a smart lock.
* Full access to all three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area, and kitchen.
* A charming outdoor seating area, perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.

Details to Note
As a historic property built in 1847, this townhome retains much of its original character and layout. We want to ensure it`s the right fit for your stay, so please be aware of the following:

* Stairs Required: All three bedrooms and both full bathrooms are located on the second floor and are accessible only by a flight of stairs.
* Mobility Concerns: Due to the historic layout and required use of stairs, this property may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
The most important House Rule is, respect our neighbors and community. Mystic is a quaint, coastal New England town. As hosts, and guests, we share in the responsibility of keeping Mystic a great place to visit, and to LIVE. Honor the noise ordinance. Be the guest that you would want staying in a vacation rental near your home.

If you park on Church Street, please do not block our neighbor`s driveway.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed this home. It was perfect for our family of four and exactly as advertised. The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, with all of the amenities we needed to feel right at home. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, including the welcome basket, which was such a nice touch and made us feel immediately welcomed.Working with Gerard was a pleasure. He is a great communicator and was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. We have stayed at another one of his properties in the past and had a great experience, and this stay was just as positive.The location was ideal, with an easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops, and a CVS right up the street for any essentials you may have forgotten. Some of our favorite nearby spots were Sift Bakery, Bravo Bravo, Taquerio, Engine Room, and the Mystic Drawbridge Ice Cream shop, which our kids absolutely loved. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to others!

Beautiful home in a great location close to downtown Mystic. The hosts were very helpful, the house was perfectly clean and well supplied with everything you might need. We had a fantastic visit and would highly recommend this home to others.

Townhouse Downtown Mystic

Our stay at the property in Mystic was fantastic. The property listing is just as you see. It's a charming and historic townhouse within a short walk to downtown Mystic. We walked every day. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk as well. The townhouse was exceptionally clean and lovely. Gerard, the property owner, reached out daily to make sure everything was going well. He also made the check-in and check-out process convenient. I would stay again!

Fabulous Friends Getaway

We had a perfect stay at this lovely Mystic home. It had absolutely everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. It is just a short walk into Mystic town center so we never had to drive anywhere except for a quick trip to the grocery store. We enjoyed coffee on the covered porch in the morning and cocktails on the patio in the evening. Our host Gerard was accommodating, kind and considerate. It was the perfect place for a small group of teacher friends to relax and unwind at the end of a long school year. We will definitely return here to enjoy Mystic again one day.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. We had 6 people staying and it was perfect. The house had everything you could need and it was just a short walk to downtown Mystic. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Mystic Weekend

Perfectly located within walking distance of shops and restaurants in downtown Mystic, this charming historical house was a gem. There was plenty of room for 2 couples and 2 grown kids with ample space in the living room/kitchen and great space on the front porch and patio. The house was nicely decorated and the owner thought of every amenity his guests would need. We definitely would come back again!

Perfect Location!

We had a lovely girls' weekend away! We were close to everything and walkable to town and restaurants for dinner. Gerard got back to us immediately when I asked a quick question and the house was very clean and comfortable.

Great Place

Our family of five had a great stay at this clean and comfortable townhouse. Communication with Gerard, the property manager, was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the showers worked well. Perfect location - less than a 5 minute walk to downtown. We would stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

A lovely spot on a quiet street but close to the action!

This was a beautiful home with character and charm, comfortable beds, and walkable to downtown Mystic. We enjoyed our stay very much and the communications with Gerard was exceptional. The staff is great. Would love to be back again!

Great spot while visiting Mystic!

This place is very nice, comfortable, CLEAN, and the location is a short walk to restaurants the water and everything downtown Mystic. Gerard (owner) was super nice and responsive. Loved our stay here and will do it again!!

Mystic vacation

The house is in an excellent location, just a short walk into town and had every amenity you could need. As a first time house renter in USA it was great to find everything you need for washing and cleaning and all the things we would normally bring with us. We also loved the porch which was a real sun trap and a great place to spend sn evening.

Unbeatable location

Property inside & out was as advertised. Location was perfect. Mystic traffic is no joke, especially when the bridge goes up, but we could park the car & walk just about anywhere we needed. Would rent again & will recommend to friends & family.

Amazing Experience!!!

Everything about our trip was perfection! Mystic is such a beautiful and amazing little town! Gerard’s home was in the perfect location! Walking distance to so many things including Main Street and the Maritime museum! The aquarium and old Towne village were a short drive away! The home was decorated beautifully and so clean! Gerad makes the check in and check out process so simple! We will definitely be back!
