The owner, property manager, and workers will have access to a garage. They do not have access to any area where the guests will reside.

Hollywood Bowl is close to our property, but the entrance to the Hollywood Bowl is on the other side of the hill, so you would need to get down the hill and enter on the other side. It's only a short 5-minute drive or a 25-minute walk, but since our property is in the hills, coming back, you would have to walk uphill.

• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, the property is for quiet residential use only. The owner lives next door.

• Total number of guests must be disclosed to the host when requesting booking.
