Located in the heart of the Aspres region, Trouillas, a wine-growing village, enjoys a privileged location near Le Boulou, renowned for its thermal spa and wellness treatments. The village offers an ideal setting for hiking, cycling, and exploring the surrounding vineyards. A short distance away, Perpignan and Collioure charm visitors with their heritage and Mediterranean allure. The beaches of the Côte Vermeille and the Canigou massif offer numerous outdoor activities. Finally, the proximity to Spain makes it easy to enjoy a variety of getaways. Near the village street, a semi-detached house adjoining the owner's residence includes a self-catering cottage, and two additional self-catering cottages are located nearby. Only the living room is air-conditioned.
