Please note: the studio has no exterior windows, ensuring complete darkness and peace and quiet.

For a hassle-free stay, you’ll also have access to a TV, a washing machine, an iron, and a hair dryer. Professional cleaning is provided before and after each reservation.

## Emplacement
The 7th neighbourhood is a quiet place, perfect for families. There is the Eiffel Tower, one of the most famous buildings in the world, as well as administrative buildings, and government departments such as the Assemblée Nationale, Ministeries, Foreign embassies… Then, it is where the wealthiest inhabitants live. The Faubourg Saint Germain has been created in the 18th century, and still has a remarkable architecture. In addition, you will be able to reach easily the Latin district, but also the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysées and Alexander the Third bridge.
