My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful long weekend in Sedona and thoroughly enjoyed Neilā€™s place! Everything was exactly as described in the listing and found the home to be well appointed, clean and cozy - and of course the views are incredible.

Fantastic Stay

We had a great time at this property. It had beautiful views and plenty of space for our group. The owners were great at communicating with us and made check-in and check-out very easy! The neighborhood is tranquil. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone!

A terrific property nestled in the heart of uptown Sedona. Neil was a fantastic host and could not have been more accommodating. This property was super clean, comfortable and within walking distance to Uptown restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sedona.

Perfectly appointed, perfectly located

My family and I loved our stay at this charming home in Sedona. The house was super clean and had everything to ensure a comfortable stay. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us, and the location is super close to the center of town. I loved having access to the washer and dryer as our days full of adventure created lots of dirty laundry. I am so glad we chose to stay in a home vs hotel.

Perfect house for our family trip to Sedona

This house is beautiful and in a great location for exploring Sedona. The home has picturesque views of the landscape. I would recommend enjoying the outside patio for a sunrise coffee or sunset dinner. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a hassle-free stay. Even better, Neil was responsive and helpful at every point of contact.

Beautiful home, super clean and very well stocked. It was a little further from restaurants than we anticipated as we hoped to walk into town, but with the cold weather and incline we drove. Not a problem as the house and the view was 10 The fireplace was great as it snowed two of the days we were there. Very safe and quiet neighborhood too!

Winter visit to Sedona

We thoroughly enjoyed the home. It was convenient to uptown Sedona. The walk up and down the steep streets is not bad at all, if you are in decent shape. The home is very comfortable and has all you need to make a great stay. Finally, Neil is great in terms of response time, flexibility and providing great advise on what to do during your stay. He gave us some great tips on restaurants and hiking trails.

Awesome home

We and another couple spent 4 nights at this home. Everything was outstanding and better than described. Beautiful red rocks view from the back porch. Modern, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Cozy fireplace. Very spacious and comfortable. Hiking was right outside the back door. Neil made the check-in and out process smooth and easy.

Beautiful home, and absolutely perfect getaway! Everything was clean, and the view from the deck is unbeatable. The kitchen had little extras like tinfoil and plastic bags that rentals donā€™t always have. Neal was very communicative and responsive. Thank you!

Fabulous Stay in Red Rock Country

This Sedona property is in a fabulous Uptown location with stunning views of the red rocks from the back deck. Communication was quick and easy and we found everything spotless when we arrived. The home has been recently renovated and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we wanted or needed. We didn't cook but did use the fireplace one evening when it got a little chilly. If you are considering this home don't hesitate!

Beautiful home and views!

The completely updated home and furnishings were beautiful! Floor to ceiling, the place was immaculately clean and modernized. The cozy back deck was perfect for our three couples to soak in the views before and after our daily adventures. With the extensive amount of travel that we do annually, I sure appreciate it when a property owner makes the additional investment in their property to make it a first class accommodation and provides prompt, professional service. Terrific Home Away From Home

Neilā€™s house did not disappoint. The listing is accurate - a wonderful renovated home that was very comfortable for our family of 5. It was clean, well-maintained and the back deck is even better than you think! A big thanks to Neil for all of his hospitality and prompt communication throughout. We would absolutely book his home again for our next Sedona trip. Made a great base for the Grand Canyon, and Neilā€™s tips on where to hike and eat where spot on. Our only wish was that the beds were softer, but recognize thatā€™s personal preference! Thanks Neil!

Weā€™ve called Scottsdale home since 2007 and absolutely love everything Arizona has to offer. Iā€™m originally from Houston, TX, and Beth is from Los Angeles. We met in the Bay Area, completed graduate school in Southern California, and eventually settled in Scottsdale, where weā€™ve built our life together.

Over the years, weā€™ve been self-employed and recently began investing in real estate with a focus on creating high-end short-term rental homes. Hosting is something we genuinely enjoyā€”whether itā€™s friends, family, or guests from around the world, we love helping people experience Sedona in style and comfort.

At home, we donā€™t have kids but happily spoil our two dogs, two cats, and a few horses. I spend free time playing golf, while Beth enjoys the outdoors and riding horses.
