Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertaining! This fully renovated home (2022) home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for guests with an opening Kitchen/Dinning/Living space! The backyard is fenced and includes a heated pool**!

Barefoot Beach is right down the street, Vanderbilt Beach is only 15 minutes away, and Fort Myers Beach is only 30 minutes away. Southwest Florida Airport (RSW) is only 25 minutes from the house. Downtown Naples is only 30 Minutes away.

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet, and en-suite bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom as well. The third bedroom includes a double bed and a closet.

**Pool can be heated for $35/day. Pool will be heated to no more than 88 degrees F.

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The house was clean, well- appointed, welcoming, and had everything we wanted, such as a warm, screened-in pool, a quiet neighborhood, 2 master bathrooms, and more. The host was very responsive, as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, walkable to Bonita Springs

This was a great house to stay in. However, the third bedroom does not have access to a bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are ensuites, which are really nice but people in the third bedroom have to walk through one of the bedrooms to access a bathroom.

Family Friendly Property!

Fantastic place to stay with 2 adults and 2 kids ages 3 and 6. Home is clean and open but cozy — with all the essentials. Kids loved the saltwater pool and all the fun toys. Owner was incredibly responsive! Would recommend/stay again.

Our family had a wonderful experience at Kentucky Blue! Great house, close to restaurants, shopping and only a short hop to the beach. Having the pool was an added plus. The owner was great, very responsive and committed to his guests!

Kentucky Blue

Very nice open kitchen and living space. Pool and deck area along with the patio furniture was spacious too. No common bathroom. Bathrooms are in the two bedrooms which was annoying. Bonita beach is just down the road and is very nice. Great area to stay in southwest Florida. Host was very helpful when needed.

Great house… great location

I was nervous about the house due to hurricane damage a few months before arrival. Joseph was prompt to respond and reassure that the house was in great shape. It was in a perfect location to go to restaurants or to the beach. It was also relaxing just sitting by the pool. Joseph was always prompt to answer questions about our stay. I highly recommend anything Joseph manages especially this home!

Great house, well equipped!

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and unexpectedly had to watch our grandson. The house surprisingly had a pack and play with premium mattress and the toilet had a built in kid seat which was so cool! The house was so clean and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. Due to weather we did not get the chance to enjoy the pool, but it was clean and very inviting. The mattress in the master bedroom was comfortable too.

Winter Break in Bonita Springs

This home was the perfect winter escape for our family. Newly renovated, clean, and well-appointed, we were able to settle in and feel at home right away. We enjoyed the heated pool throughout our visit. The kitchen was fully equipped for eating-in when we desired, and bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels for our family of 5. The location is in close proximity to Bonita Beach and the beautiful Barefoot Beach Preserve, and within walking distance of downtown Bonita Springs. We also took short drives to explore to Fort Myers Beach and Naples. Joe responded immediately to any inquiries we had and was very pleasant to interact with. Thank you for a great visit!

Just okay

Floors were filthy, stains on outdoor furniture, stains on couch, cigarette butts on patio floor. Owner was super easy to contact & attended to any issues we had immediately. The cleaner did come the next morning after we checked in and attended any issues we had but it would’ve been nice to have everything cleaned prior to our arrival. Check in process was smooth. I ended up losing my phone on vacation so I had no way of contacting the owner, we went off the “welcome binder” as reference for check out process. The binder in the house is misleading, the binder states check out is at 11am but cleaners came in at 10am and began cleaning while we were still there.

Very nice

Spent two weeks at Blue Kentucky and the only disappointment was the weather! Unusually cool. Of course this was not the fault of the host. The house was clean and clearly recently upgraded. I contacted the host regarding the small number of plates and few glasses (no wine glasses!) and he said he would work on that. We did not use the pool due to the cool weather and the lack of a pool step railing would have made exiting difficult for us “seniors”. Location is great, neighborhood is quiet and appears to be very safe.

Great place and the owner is very responsive, but…

I booked the place 2 days before arrival. Upon arrival I hadn’t received an email with the code, so I had to contact the owner. He instantly replied with the code. The place was pretty dirty with spiders and webs in the bathrooms and other obvious signs that the place either was not fully cleaned between stays or sat a long time without a vacationer. The garage is not usable because there is a car in there (not mentioned in the listing). I intended to park my car in the garage. Owner is very responsive to requests to turn up the pool temperature. Listing claims to be kid friendly but there is glass decor throughout. I put all the glass stuff on a shelf in the garage. The neighbors smoke pot every day. The owner also gave us a couple hours extra to check out which we appreciate. About 3 weeks later the owner charges an extra cleaning fee without contacting me. I asked him why and he said the place was dirty and he also claimed that he had to file an insurance claim. We did not break anything. I ask for pictures and he sent a broken soap dispenser, the glass stuff I move to the garage but none of it was broken, a picture of two apples on the floor behind a piece of furniture (sorry missed that), what looked like chocolate on two barstools (they make cleaners for this), and what did look like a lot of crumbs in the sofa that might take 2 minutes to vacuum. I contacted VRBO and they didn’t seem to concerned about looking into it.

James, not only did you leave the place in the worst shape we have saw yet (including leaving food on the floor such as apples), but you destroyed linens and furniture. We take our 5 year old son to this home often with zero issues, so we believe this to be kid friendly. You broke many small items in the house and ruined 2 chairs and a table, plus you decided to install a child-proof lock on the patio door without asking. You were by far the worst guest we have ever had, I would not recommend anyone to host you or your family again.

The owner was incredibly responsive to any questions; from my inquiries prior to booking to check out. The house was very clean and had what we needed. The pool was very nice - heated, clean, and the screened covering helped keep the area free of debris. The location was good. The local Publix is very close. We used the beach in the north part of Naples.
