Private home with open floor plan and one of the largest pools in the area. Have your coffee (or wine!) on the lanai over looking the pool with a private fenced landscaped back yard. Wood deck on the outside of the screened in pool for more direct sun bathing! Home is approximately 1/2 mile to Vanderbilt Beach, Public Parks, such as Wiggins Pass (with boat docks, boat and jet ski rentals, etc), and Tennis. Bonita Beach is only 10 minutes away and Ft. Myers Beach is about 20-30 minutes away. Mercato shopping center, with Whole Foods, Silverspot Movie Theatre, Blue Martini, a pub and lots of shopping., is just across the street from the neighborhood. Located in the neighborhood are several local restaurants, a second movie theatre, LA Fitness and public tennis courts. There is a Publix at each end of the neighborhood (less than a mile either way) and a WalMart less than half a mile away. Waterside Shopping (with Neiman Marcus, Saks, Louis Vuitton, Ann Taylor, Talbots, etc) is 5-10 minutes away and Naples 5th Avenue shops and dining are about 15-20 minutes away. Naples Zoo is only 10 minutes away and is an awesome zoo. Naples waterpark is about 10 minutes away. The dog beach is about 10 minutes away. The property has bikes for your use and all the beach gear you will need.....or lay out by the pool and order pizza from one of our local pizza places..... or grill out on the private pool deck with seating/ceiling fans/etc. There are lots of festivals and things to do all year round. Golf courses are all over Naples, with a public golf course only 10 minutes away (call us about access to private golf courses). Both bedrooms have private bathroom access. Sleeps up to 6. There are TV's and DVD players in both bedrooms as well as the main living area. All kitchen staples provided for those nights you want to stay in! Includes Cable and hi-speed internet.

The Perfect Pool for Me!

The house was so comfortable and well-stocked with kitchen amenities, beach supplies, bicycles, pool supplies and all was nice and clean. The pool was wonderfully warm and inviting. Great location too. The hosts were very responsive.

Great place to stay in Naples

This house was great; my family and I enjoyed our stay here very much. We were very impressed with the home furnishings and the pool; great location as well. I would highly recommend renting this home and we look forward to returning in the future.

Winter getaway

Property met all of our expectations. Large pool was a big plus. While it has been a few years since the home was remodeled it is still found to be in good condition. Great location short drive to all services. I would stay there again.

The pictures do not do this property justice. The property is tucked away on a nice street with biking and walking trails close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. It’s clean, exquisitely appointed, and the heated pool is great! The owners were friendly, available if needed, and great communicators. Highly recommended, and we would certainly look forward to returning.

Ideal!

Quiet neighborhood, great proximity to everything we wanted. Comfortable beds and a marvelous pool. Will look for this unit whenever we return to Naples. Tracy was very responsive to whatever we needed, although there was very little that was not already provided in the unit!.

Extremely satisfactory stay in 3 Palm Bungalow

Pre arrival information and contact ith Tracy was perfect. House condition at arrival impressive, really very clean, and everything as seen on picture. To be honest, even better than pictures. Atention to detail is what best describes this property. Location is excellent, no noise at all, very safe, easy access to everything. House equipment is perfect. We will very probably stay here again.

Great Staycation Home in Florida

We have never stayed in a rental where the owner had so anticipated every need and provided for it. All the little things you are reluctant to buy for a short stay were there - cleaning products, aluminum foil, spices, etc., etc. Tons of beach equipment, pool toys, even bicycles. The house was immaculate and spacious, so that everyone had a place to be together or apart. Everything we were looking to do was within a five-minute drive, including the beach. Owner was super nice.

Beautiful Home & Perfect Getaway Spot!

Such a gorgeous house, perfect for a couple or a small group to enjoy a getaway with all the conveniences of home!The heated pool was *glorious* in January, and all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces were super comfortable. (Having laundry available in the garage was also a great perk!)The photos truly don't do this one justice - look deeper and you'll be able to see how gorgeous the place really is. Very modern, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything you might need.Tracy (the host) was great about communication, providing us with access info before check-in so we had no issues, and the book on-site answered all questions we had.Great neighborhood as well, very quiet and peaceful (residential only) but a quick trip to the beach or any services, shopping, dining, etc. We also found it super easy to order food delivery, although would recommend taking an Uber/Lyft - or the bikes provided, somehow we missed that in the listing but they are in the garage! - as parking at Vanderbilt and Bonita Beaches can be a challenge. Absolutely stunning sunsets, though, and Naples of course has a ton of things to do.Overall a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

Some positives but overall Disappointed

We had a mixed experience..the house is cute and has potential but we were overall disappointed. I always try to provide balanced reviews so first the positives: -pool was large and very nice; well supplied with beach and pool toys etc. -beds were extremely comfortable. -check in process easy. -notified owner the washing machine was broken when we arrived and it was replaced by owner within 24 hours after we said we definitely needed it during our stay. The negatives: -some areas could be cleaner or need replacement; the wooden floors/grout in both showers have mildew stains/mold (wood a bad choice for a shower floor), the outside wooden deck has warped boards, the outdoor screened area had numerous cobwebs and debris. -there is ALOT of construction occurring both on road in front of house and in nearby houses which should be disclosed on the listing. -some pool and lanai furniture showing wear and tear and should be replaced. -the kitchen wall “oven” is really small and not very functional.

Perfect place for 4

It's always a bit scary renting any accommodations for fear of what you might find, but this place but this one did not disappoint. We stayed for 2 weeks, beautiful house and location. The distance to the ocean is 1 mile almost exactly (I run) and is an EASY walk, (make sure you take the windy path). I recommend if you're going to the beach, go to the state park (it's free house has a pass), because there is tons of parking there. If you go to Vanderbuilt there is zero parking, and if you find it, you pay. You can also walk to Vanderbuilt beach from state park, just park in the first lot you come to, it's just a bit more down the beach. House comes with tons of bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella's, beach towels, I mean they pretty much have everything you need. Which reminds me, there wasn't that thing to drill a hole in the ground for the beach umbrella, make sure you get that. As far as house, looks like it's brand new. Could use some extra counter space to prepare food. Perhaps, a portable wooden counter block or something. Fully stocked kitchen with plates, dishes, cooking utensils, Keurig, and everything you need to live. Two (2) huge refrigerators in kitchen, with another refrigerator/ freezer in garage. The house seemed to get warm in the afternoon until bedtime, we couldn't get it below 75. Now, that being said, it wasn't hot in there by any means (it's a small house), and most days we weren't even home. We had a few small issues with pool but the owners always responded immediately. They even came over to check the temp of air to ensure it was working. I would totally rent this house again. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The host was responsive and attentive as well as accommodating. The place itself was really nice, and in a perfect location. The beach was 5 minutes away so we biked. The pool was lovely! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Superb villa and location

Throughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos except with new bbq and pool loungers. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a super vacation in a quiet location. We especially made good use of the park pass to gain access to Delnor Wiggins state park which is a short walk or drive from the villa. Tracy and Jon were great to deal with and addressed any issues within hours. Already thinking about staying again next year

Great home in Naples

Beautifully decorated, very well equipped home in Naples. The owner was extremely responsive; we were able to check in early because the cleaning crew had finished prior to regular check-in time. A local power outage caused by a storm left us without electricity for a couple of hours one evening, but as soon as I contacted the owner, she showed up with 2 brand new flashlights and extra batteries. Highly recommend this property and others owned by Tracy!

It’s was great. The pool was just want we wanted . Close to beaches and restaurants.

We already look forward to coming back. We would definitely rent this house again, as the floor plan and pool were great. Close to everything.

Palm rat haven

Left an apple out to find it half eaten in the morning. My husband looked around the house and found more evidence. Eventually got our money returned but find a place to stay ASAP with a dog. Clearly VRBO Abe owner do not care about health or safety of renters because house was immediately rented again. New renters unaware. Yuck! Never rent here or from VRBO again.

I am in banking and my husband is a flight instructor. This is a home that was purchased and renovated specifically to be a seasonal rental. You will have everything you need.

We live in the same neighborhood and now own 2 rental properties. We love it and it is our desire to create the best vacation spot for you and your family. We are owner operated and are available 24/7 should you need anything. No management company to deal with..ever!
