The apartment is comfortable, it has nice views, its facilities are cozy, there are restaurants, shopping centers, and beaches very close by and they are beautiful, but the cleanliness of the apartment is not good. As soon as we arrived, we had to get cleaning supplies, the bathroom was extremely dirty, and we also couldn't use the microwave or the oven, because apparently they have never been cleaned. However, I can say with certainty that if they fix the cleanliness issue, it will be a place I would go to often.

We (family of four) really liked the place. It was roomy and was in a convenient location for places to eat and shop. The beach was a short walk away. The host was communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The location is convenient, it took us about 10 min to gwall to the beach - would be faster without a kid)The community is friendly, clean and safe. The building has a coffee place and a grocery store on the ground floor, which was very convenient. It's not easy to find the garage entrance, ask the host about it in advance.

If you are looking for a place to stay, definitely book here the atmosphere is amazing. The place is so cozy and comfy. You feel like you are home. It is also very clean. Everything is literally at your fingertips, even down to a convenience store. All you need to do is bring your luggage and relax place had everything soap, tanning lotion, beach chairs, your name it it had it again, if you are looking for a place to relax, definitely come here looking forward to booking again

Beautiful Condo Stay with Pool View

Host met me upon check in, gave me the run down of how the condo operates, was very nice and welcoming. Beautiful place to stay with your family located only 1 block walking distance from the beach, onsite park, pool onsite, and even a store on site. My family and I will definitely be returning. The pool view was just what we needed on this relaxing family vacation.

The host was so gracious. We left a jacket there and she promptly went to the post office and returned them to me. She was in contact with me from day one and even during our stay she was always accessible.

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional host ever.! She promised to mail belongings that I had left behind by accident only for two weeks later when she couldnā€™t get a hold of me, decided to leave them on the counter of the post office and walk away from them. The apartment is very rundown they have sheets on the bed that are the wrong size. The faucet in the guest bathroom is barely hanging on. Open container of milk left in refrigerator. Broken lamps only way to turn them off is to unscrew the lightbulb. Horrible Host!

Nice stay. Great overall.

Need to push some furniture around to open up couch in living room and itā€™s a little tricky to open. Fine to sleep on. I actually preferred it as the main bed was a little soft.

The place was very clean and the amenities and location were great. Safe and accessible to everything. The unit was spacious but needs a little upkeep. Cabinet doors on kitchen not closing, backsplash in master bath repaired with duct tape. The drain in the tub was slow-we were told there was draino under sink but we found none. Bedding for pullout couch did not fit and no fitted sheets on the other 2 beds-only a flat sheet used for bottom and a comforter. Asked for more sheets but never got any. Host insisted we had enough. Beach towels smelled musty. With a little maintenance and upgraded linens , this place would be awesome!

Family school April break

Good communication with the owner. I will note couple things that might be helpful for others. The photos had two queen/full beds in the bedroom, but there was only one king bed in the there and one queen metal frame with mattress that folds into a sofa in the living room. Secondly, there was one broken beach chair and three relatively old kitchen chairs on the balcony, and I could not really enjoy a cup of coffee there. The balcony had a great view of the pool though, and I wish I could spent more time there. This was very important to me. There were other minor flaws and the owner will be looking into them. Overall it was a good stay.

COCKROACHES in the kitchen at Ocean Reserve

We appreciated the spaciousness, the ideal location, and the fact that it was well-equipped.However, we encountered a major issue during our stay. We were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the condo. We noticed the presence of numerous insects, resembling cockroaches, mainly in the kitchen. When we moved the refrigerator, we discovered a large amount of dirt and food, which likely explains the presence of the insects. This situation made our stay very unpleasant, especially during meals. We have taken photos that we can send you to illustrate the situation.Our efforts and follow-ups have gone unanswered to this day. No credit or discount has been offeredā€”in short, a host and a location to be avoid: Sunny Isle - Ocean Reserve.

Property is nice and located across the street from the beach! Pool also nice, and parking was free. Unit was clean and the extra towels/bedding were a life saver! However, check in and out was a nightmare. We were given a different unit number and lock code when I had originally booked the property and there were other guests in the unit when we arrivedā€” we were unable to reach the host as it was past midnight by this time. But thankfully after calling repeatedly we were finally given the correct unit # and code for our stay and were able to get in the right condo. However the same thing happened with checkout, we had 2 people walk in the unit using the lock code so I recommend confirming both with the host as soon as you get to the property. The whole condo Bldg seems to be short term / vacation rentals though and the hallways are outdated. Unit was clean, furnished well, and thankfully the total opposite of the creepy hallway carpets.

Nice summer break.

I got a different property that what was pictured. Mine had one queen size bed in the main room, and a sofa bed, which was not very easy to open, nor very comfortable. The building was having some plumbing repairs it seems, and that is the reason why I was switched. The check-in process was smooth, especially since my flight was delayed and I got in pretty late. The people who lived at the place I got had a pet and it seems the make ready was rushed. The cleanliness of the place was below standards. Lots of pet traces (we suffer from allergies) . Dirty fridge, expired foods in the pantry which my kids tried to eat i had to do lots of cleaning the first day! After that,our stay was confortable, and the unit had everything we needed. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart, but everything else was fine. The gym was good, the pool was fine, and the beach (pristine) is super near. You cant beat the location! There is a free shuttle that can take you to Publix or the Aventura Mall, if you don't have a car. (The building has a Mini mart); And there is a public bus a few minutes away that takes you to Miami Beach. Communication with the landlord was good.
