Fully furnished, fully functioning kitchen. Maintenance includes, cable, Wi-Fi, a/c, electricity, water, valet & pool service. Including pool towels. Resort amenities, pool, gym, tiki, restaurant, coffee shop, spa, convenient store. Short- and long-term rentals available. Best Corner unit and view in the building. If this one is taken, we have 3 others just as great. Please ask all questions prior to rental. Tastefully Remodeled.
Please read before booking. You can rent as little as 5 day and most places have a mini of 10 days.
The building administers parking. Valet is $30.00 or a Monthly fee paid to the City of Sunny Isles of $ 50.00 a month with Resort ID Parking across the street. There is a $ 450.00 resort fee paid directly to Landlord at least 14 days in advance,
The Atlantic Ocean lines Sunny Isles Beach on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west, with an archipelago of residential finger islands in between. It's connected to Miami's mainland by the William Lehman Causeway and the Northeast 163rd Street Bridge. Note: Pre-stay information is provided to guests after receiving full payment.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS: - Check out before 11:00 AM-Cleaning service will be there at 11:00 am sharp - Before your departure, please tidy up the studio by doing the following: - Remove all perishable items - Take out the trash - Strip linens from all used beds - Place all used linens and towels in a pile - Text the Guest Contact after checking out - Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances - Close and lock all windows and doors - Additional fees will be imposed if the studio is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

We just returned from a one month stay at this lovely condo. This unit is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable and the oceanfront views are stunning. Communication with the host was very easy. We would not hesitate to stay again!

The unit was decent (not great) but the building was a dump. It took 30 minutes to get to our room from the lobby on check in day because most of the elevators were not working. Construction on the pool deck. Construction on the rooftop below us. The staircases said "no trespassing, construction zone" which doesn't even seem to code. Host felt everything was OK and did nothing.

I appreciate your feedback, but I must express my disappointment. Effective communication is key, and it seems we missed that opportunity. We pride ourselves on our many 5-star reviews, which reflect the quality of our oceanfront unit.
As for the building's condition, it has passed all recent inspections, and ongoing maintenance is part of ensuring its longevity, especially in a coastal environment. We even accommodated your early check-in, which I hoped you’d appreciate.
It’s unfortunate that your experience didn’t align with our commitment to our guests. I wouldn’t recommend hosting you again, as your review does not reflect the quality of our property or the effort we put into maintaining it.

Amazing sight and really nice appartment
We stayed there for two weeks and enjoyed every day. We found the appartment clean and comfortable. It was equipped with all useful things such as toilet paper for the first days, chairs for the beach and also the kitchen was well equipped. Maria could always be reached and answered immediately. We can really recommend this appartment.

Enjoyed our stay at the Marco Polo
We have stayed 1 month at the condo. Upon our arrival, the condo was ready and very clean. We appreciated having chair, umbrella for the beach and having Nespresso coffee machine and something to clean the dishes and the floor. The condo was exactly the same as what was listed on VRBO site. Location was great ! Maria replied always fast to any questions I may have asked. So thank you Maria.

Nice vacation
Vacation was great in overall, the building is old and in comparison with neighbor building I will rate 3 out of 5. The condo I will rate 4 out of 5, the bathroom needs attention. I will highly recommend to renovate it. And also there was 2 things which frustrated me. First, on the vrbo website in the description of the condo they mentioned about one fee of 400$ but it's not included in the initial bill from vrbo. I thought all fees were included, and one week before vacation date they added it to the final bill. That's inappropriate. The second it's says that there is a garage and you can park for 50$ per month, but they didn't mention that you need proofs that you will stay at list one month. That's disappointed me. The valet parking is the only option for 20$ a day

The building surrounding this building cost millions of dollars. Only owners allowed no rentals. This is one of the only if not the only building that rents to people that can’t buy for a vacation of a few days making it a 10 star. Also the garage is 50 dollars for 1 day or 30. Must be a language barrier. Also the extra fee is all over the comment and it states please read all comments before booking.

Beautiful!!
This property was amazing! My mom and I came down in April for our spring break and it was everything we needed in a beach trip. Beachfront, ocean view, pool, bar and grill, and centralized location. We were able to walk most places for dinner and the building has an amazing pizza place. The area was very family friendly and had people from around the world. The unit was clean, beautiful, had everything we needed and Maria was able to answer all of our questions quickly before and after booking. She even provided chairs and other things for the beach, which was great as we flew down and didn't have any beach stuff. We were a bit skeptical as the building is older and some reviews were negative, but our expectations were exceeded the moment we arrived. There is on going construction in the building and occasional noise but overall our stay was great. The building staff was also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this unit to anyone! It was also next door to her other unit so it would be perfect to rent both for a larger group. We are hoping to return in the future, with our whole family! This was a 10/10 experience.

Wonderful vacation in Sunny Isles!
We spent amazing 2 weeks at Maria’s condo at Marco Polo resort! The front ocean view studio was very clean and had everything you need for a worry free vacation on the beach! We could enjoy beautiful sunrises on a balcony, and went to sleep under music of waves… Maria is a great host and very thoughtful and warm person. I think that everyone who came here for a vacation will never forget it and come back soon!

From start to finish Maria was very professional and nice. Her condo is beautiful as is the view. The main issue I had was the building it was in and the lack of info on the building. I am partly at fault for booking a unit with no reviews, but I researched for weeks and looked at all of her other properties where she had lots of reviews. All of her other units were in a nicer building and lots of pictures. We pulled up and realized we were staying at A run down Ramada inn hotel. I looked and I could have rented an ocean front unit for 189 a night plus 15$ For amenities that night and I was paying 375 a night. Needless to say I wasn’t happy. I researched for weeks to give my daughter a nice going away send off to college and could have gotten a lot for 375 a night. I was in tears and disappointed. I asked if we could at least get off the hook one night early to go stay somewhere else and I was told no. We left a day early anyway and lost the money and went to a hotel. The unit next door has drilling and hammering as did the unit above us for hours as we tried to sleep in. As we laid on the beach we could still hear the hammering. They can do construction Monday through Friday and trust me the building has lots of construction underway. The units patio had lots of water stains and water dripping from the unit above. Her unit is beautiful but it’s at a Ramada inn hotel (motel) so that’s what you get when you leave the room.

First let us start by stating we are very sorry she feels her stay was not to her expectation. All 4 of our listings which are all re-done & gorgeous. VRBO # 610 2312982-1010- 2200821-636 2162036-611,2093264-are in fact in the same building. The property Leah rented is our family vacation home & if you look at the picture is the best view in the building. We call this room the transformer because it transforms from 1 to 6 guests. We waited for Leah to arrive to make sure she knew how to operate all the amenities etc. Most of the buildings in the area do not allow rentals for less than 10 days out of the kindness of our heart we allowed her to stay for less days. Of course, it will be more expensive the smaller number of days you stay. It is not a run-down Ramada. It is the old Marco Polo which has had many upgrades. She kept texting & calling the beautiful room a multitude of undesirable names which was very sad to us as we have rave reviews for our properties, we rent through VRBO & many other sights. We are super hosts on all of them. This building is ocean front, & this unit is oceanfront corner with the best views in the building. I don’t know what fees & pricing she is discussing because some fees come from VRBO, taxes, etc., but we do not charge $ 375.00 a night. We also don’t understand& why she did not rent the cheaper unit she was discussing from someone else. We told her we had not even been paid at that point as all sights pay days later & if there is a weekend they take even longer. She wanted monies back on monies we had not even collected. The unit next door is also ours, which was vacant during her stay. We rent 610 & 611 very often to families as it sleeps up to 10. We did not have anyone in that unit that weekend. We are not advised when emergency necessary repairs are going to occur. The building has a very strict policy that there is no noise allowed before 9:00 am & after 4:00 pm & never on the weekend & she was there during the weekend. We were never told of any of the above however building on the beach are constantly going through upgrades. They have just replaced all windows & sliding glass doors. If you live or own at the beach, there is always going to be natural occurring corrosion from the wonderful natural elements that occur on the beach. The gorgeous million-dollar owner occupied buildings all around us & this one is always going to have minor repairs from water stains that occur from the potassium nitrate (saltire), saltpete
