Welcome to Pinnacle Port, a quiet little corner of the world featuring beautiful white-sand and crystal-clear waters. This family-friendly condo in the C-1 building (mid-rise) is located on the 2nd floor for easy access to the beach and parking lot located in a gated community with 24 hour security. The unit was updated in 2017. The living room features a high definition TV, blue ray player and sofa sleeper. The master bedroom features a king bed, a flat screen TV and ocean view. The second bedroom features a trundle bunk bed (twin, full, twin) with a flat screen TV. The third bedroom features an ocean view with a queen bed and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and has recently been updated. The unit features a wrap around balcony to capture sunrise to sunset. The condo has three full bathrooms, a washer/dryer and Wi-Fi. No smoking and no pets are allowed. Renters must be 25 or older.

Pinnacle Port has much to offer our guests. There is one outdoor pool and one indoor/outdoor heated pool. Outdoor sports include four shuffleboard courts, four lighted tennis courts, and a basketball court. There are outdoor grills available for your use with some picnic tables. There is also a childrenā€™s playground on site. Canoes, kayaks and a paddleboat for use on Lake Powell are available. A marina and boat slip is also available for guests. Fishing off the docks is available with a Florida fishing license.

Carillon Beach is adjacent to Pinnacle Port within the gated community. There is shopping on Market Street including a spa and restaurants. There is also live seasonal entertainment in downtown Carillon.

This resort is close to 30A with great shopping and amazing restaurants or just minutes into Panama City and Pier Park Shopping and entertainment. It is located just 20 minutes from Northwest Beaches International Airport.

This unit comes with 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella set up on the beach daily! March - Oct.

Pinnacle Port Condo

Had a great time, condo location was perfect. Condo was updated and beds were comfortable. Had a water issue that affected the entire complex for 1 day and condo owner not only was responsive with multiple updates, she gave us a 1 day refund. We definitely will be back.

Lovely condo

Loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and being on 2nd floor so didnā€™t have to use elevator. Everything clean and pretty. Have always liked location of Pinnacle Port with access to PCB as well as 30A. Beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacay

Neighborhood was beautiful. Condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. My only issue was the floors could use a good cleaning. You could not go barefoot because your feet would be totally black on the bottom after 30 minutes. The stovetop could use a good cleaning also. Other than that everything was great

Fabulous location

This 3 bedroom condo is in a fabulous location. Access to the beach is just a few feet away. Given the proximity to Camp Helen the beach was uncrowded and fun to explore.

Great stay at pinnacle port!

We really enjoyed our time at Carolynā€™s place and will be back. The view is stunning. The unit had everything that we needed and was so convenient to the beach. Pinnacle port is located at the end of 30a and right at the end of back beach road and Hwy 98 allowing you convenient access to so much.The Publix is so close and itā€™s very easy to get around. We love it!

Great location poor cleanliness.

I found a large almost dead bug in the bunk bed room. The vent on the door to the washer and dryer had a half inch of filth on it. Trash and junk under the entertainment center. Location was great. I would suggest a new clean team and spend some money to upgrade conditions. Then it would be perfect.

Absolutely pleasant and peaceful stay!

We went during spring break and this beautiful condo is right on the water. Which made it super pleasant for our 18 month. When he got hot we walked a minute to the condo and got him out of the sun. The beach is part of a gated community so it was not busy and very clean. The inside of the condo was very clean and absolutely beautiful. Loved the layout with each bedroom had its own bathroom and the kitchen with perfect size we cooked steaks and pork chops on the grills outside and the side on the stove. Will be back to stay again

Best Ocean Front View

My family and I (2 adults/2 teens) stayed at the Sunnyside condo for a week over Thanksgiving break. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony all day long enjoying the ocean views and relaxing. The condo was clean, well stocked for cooking and location was perfect right next to beach walkway. Stairs and elevator were right outside door which was great and gave us easy access. We will stay definitely stay at Carolyn's condo again when going back to Pinnacle Port.

Great Beach Stay

Third time at Pinnacle Port. This was the best unit. Second floor was great. Condo was exactly as advertised. Internet was so so if you donā€™t want to use the public Wi-Fi.

Great location

The property was very convenient to shopping, groceries and stores and we were right on the beach. The check in process was awful. I had to contact them on the way down since we never received access information or door codes and it is a gated property. It requires you to have a printed security access form but I had left my car laser printer at home ( oh wait there is no such thing). We did get in without a printed copy but be warned, in high season they will not accept that. When we arrived there were three portable a/c units in the condo. I learned later that the building unit was on the fritz and was waiting on a part. It was not an issue since it was October but it would have been nice if they had given us a heads up.

Beautiful View

Great stay, great balcony, great view. Condo was very clean other than the floor. There are several beach chairs, an umbrella, floats, and beach toys in a closet. Nice facilities, pools were clean. Provided beach chairs and umbrella rental daily set up on the beach was much appreciated. Make sure to bring all needed toiletries, the only soap in the unit was hand soap in the kitchen. We didn't need them but there were 3 portable air conditioner units in the condo, not sure why. The central a/c worked fine for us. Would recommend and would stay again.

Best location on the beach!

Beautiful and quiet, yet close to everything you need. This condo is clean and quite spacious. The beds are comfortable. This part of the beach is not crowded, so you can truly relax. The location near the inlet allowed us to kayak in the lake and right out into the ocean (rented from Coldwater Excursions)! The owner was very nice and provided all the info we needed for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time this past week in this condo. The location and views were perfect! It has a fully stocked kitchen and all the ā€œextrasā€ to use on the beach. The owner responds to all questions very quickly and we had no problems what so ever. We hope to visit again next year!
