The Setting
This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home with a large sleeping loft sits directly on Lake Wisconsin with unobstructed water views from the living room, main bedroom, and backyard. Step outside, and you're steps away from the water: deep water access great for fishing year-round (piers in from mid-May through mid-October), a fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs, and a wide open lawn sloping right to the shore.

Summer & Fall
Lake Wisconsin is one of the best fishing lakes in southern Wisconsin, and this property sits at one of its most productive spots. Cast from or swim off the pier, launch boats from the nearby Moon Valley public boat ramp (3 min drive), and explore the Great Sauk Bike Trail or Devil's Lake. When you're ready to venture out, the free Merrimac Ferry (1 min drive, runs April through December) takes you across to waterside restaurants including Fitz's on the Lake and Lucky's on the Lake in Lodi. Devil's Lake State Park is 15 minutes away for hiking, and Wisconsin Dells is 25 minutes. The Ferry Crossing Bar & Grill and Mac's Bar & Grill are both walking distance from the house and offer great food options.

Winter
The lake transforms into an ice fishing destination right in front of the house. Cascade Mountain and Devil's Head ski resorts are 18 and 5 minutes away, respectively. Snowmobile trails wind through the region, and Devil's Lake State Park offers spectacular winter hiking. It genuinely is an all-season property.

The Home
Open, bright layout with the kitchen, living area, dining space, and all 2.5 bathrooms on the main level, great for groups who don't want to navigate stairs constantly. Upstairs, the loft is a favorite hangout: a dart board, games, bean bags, a Smart TV, and a spiral staircase that makes it feel like a treehouse. The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove with griddle, coffee grinder, air fryer, pots and pans, and everything you need to cook for a crowd. 250+ Mbps WiFi, washer/dryer, electric fireplace, A/C.

Great for: Ski weekends, lake family trips, friend group getaways, fishing trips, bachelor/bachelorette groups. Sleeps 10 comfortably across 3 bedrooms + loft.

A Few Things to Know
There are stairs from the parking area down to the home (about 6 steps) as well as a full set of steps down to the water. The hillside position is what gives you elevated, unobstructed lake views and privacy from the street. All bathrooms are on the main level. This is our part-time home and we have a dog; guests with severe pet allergies should take note. Outdoor security cameras are at the front and back of the property. For safety reasons, guest boats may not be docked overnight or left unattended. Piers are removed mid-October through mid-May and stored on-site.
