1556 Crescent Rd is ideally located close to Park City Mountain resort, Silver Star Plaza and across the street from Park City Municipal Golf Course in the summer which transforms into the White Pine Nordic Skiing Center in the winter. Guests can walk only a few minutes to either Silver Star or First Time ski lifts and then ski/ride down within 30 feet of the townhome driveway via the Ligity Split Run! Headed elsewhere…? Guests are only steps away from a Free City Bus stop and only a 4-minute drive to Main Street.

By renting from Luxury Park City Rentals, you are choosing a professional rental management company that will ensure a higher caliber vacation experience. HOUSE RULES

Please enjoy the house and follow these house rules.

No Pets: No pets are allowed in or around the house at any time.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in or around the house at any time.

Occupancy and Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 9 people are allowed to be in the house at any time. No more than 1 vehicle per 5 guests is allowed at any time in the garage or driveway. There is no street parking allowed.

No Parties/No Events/No Large Gatherings: Absolutely no house parties, no events and no large gatherings. If a house party attempts to occupy the property, the group and Tenant will be evicted, and all monies will be forfeited. No loud music will be tolerated, and all music should be turned off at 10 pm.

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. An adult must be always present in the house when the property is occupied. Tenant acknowledges that hazards exist for children.

Slippery and Icy Conditions Exist: The driveway will be plowed, and the entry will be shoveled after it snows, but there still exists slippery and icy conditions, including but not limited to roof snow and icicles.

No Open Flames: Tenant agrees to always have a responsible adult present while a fire is burning in the fireplace. No lit candles are allowed.

No Equipment in the House: Please keep all skis, snowboard, poles, bikes and equipment in the garage.

Governing Laws: Guest agrees to abide by the laws, rules and regulations of the governing jurisdictions.


COVID-19 POLICY

***Covid-19 Policy***: At Luxury Park City Rentals, we want to make sure your stay with us is safe and healthy, so we have implemented the following protocols:

1. Guest Friendly Cancellation Policy: We have made our cancellation policy more guest friendly to allow you more time to make changes and still receive refunds. You can cancel 60 days or more from arrival and receive a 100% refund or if you cancel between 31 and 60 days you will receive 50% refund of the 50% reservation deposit, so you will forfeit only 25% of the reservation if you cancel 31 days or more from arrival.

2. Enhanced Cleaning: Our cleaning crew has been trained and is providing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting of all high touch areas for all homes prior to and after each stay.

3. Contact Free Entry: We will provide you with a key-box code, so no person-to-person contact is needed for entry. Just punch in the code, use the key and let yourself in.

4. Pre-Order and Pre-Deliver Groceries and Equipment: If you book with us, we will provide recommendations and discounts for grocery delivery services, baby equipment rental, and ski equipment rental that you can have delivered prior to arrival without interaction.

5. Hand Sanitizers and Disinfecting/Cleaning Supplies: Hand sanitizers and/or additional disinfectant/cleaning supplies will be in the home when you arrive.

6. Lots of Toilet Paper, Paper Towels and Tissues: We have pre-purchased and will stock all our homes with enough toilet paper, paper towels, tissue paper, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. so you shouldn’t need to try to buy them on your vacation.

7. New Linens and Bedding: We have upgraded our bedding and linens to a 5-star hotel hospitality line utilizing two sets of sheets, towels, bathmats, and special top sheets that are all professionally laundered and replaced between all guests.

Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to research and purchase third-party travel insurance, especially to include cancel for any reason travel insurance, that covers whatever concerns you may have or that you would like to be covered in case you have to change or cancel your trip, at a time when the cancellation policy you have accepted would only provide partial or no refunds.

The house was very roomy and well appointed. Easy walk to lift and fun ski down at end of the day on the liggety split trail. Bus service to town was easy. Hot tub was very nice and welcome at the end of the day.

Perfect for a ski trip to Park City

We had a wonderful week-long visit. The house had plenty of space for 8, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Quiet, clean, in a great location, and the views from the hot tub were incredible. Easy walk or bus to the park city base.

Just how we remembered it!

Fantastic house and location

Check in was very easy, the location was within a 2 min walk of the lift and if you ski black diamond you can ski almost to the front door! The house was lovely with everything you needed. The jacuzzi was fantastic and seemed brand new. Everything was great we would absolutely stay there again!

Great house and property management

The house was exactly as described. Our family of 7 adults had plenty of space, the hot tub was a bonus and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed. Bo was easy to work with and the beds, were very comfortable.

This was perfect! Beds/pillows are comfy, towels are soft and clean, hot tub was perfect, view was amazing, hiking trails are close and easy to get to, fully supplied kitchen, plenty of room, perfect cabin vibes! Will definitely stay again and highly recommend!

At the trailhead

Comfortable and easy weekend escape for my family. The kids loved the hot tub and riding their bikes from the home. My husband and I took turns trail running, starting at the trailhead across the street. Plenty of space, very comfortable beds and family friendly.

What a beautiful ski home in the perfect location. The property and amenities were perfect for our group and the home was actually larger than it appears in photos. It is walking distance from the lift which accesses the mountain. The host was great and very available. We would Definately stay here again!!

Ideal summer stay

Very, very clean. Very well managed. We enjoyed this property during a summer stay and greatly enjoyed the beautiful views, indoor/outdoor living with spacious patios, quiet neighborhood, ideal location (convenient to downtown, bike rentals, bike paths, etc) 15 minutes to Olympic Park, 20 minutes to Deer Valley Hikes.

Awesome location and property

In terms of skiing ski out, this is the best I've personally had. A side trail at the bottom of the mountain literally goes to the front of the house. It is about a 5-minute walk in boots to get to Silver Star lift. The home is very nice and the living room and dining room areas are spacious. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and Bo was very helpful and communicative.

Very nice accommodations. Short walk to the ski lift is a little tough with ski boots, but easier for the boarders in the group. Ski in is off of a black slope. Some of our crew went that route, but with my skill level and age I decided better not try. Overall a great experience, and we were fortunate to have great ski conditions.

Great Stay within Easy Walking Distance to Silver Star Lift

We had a group of 9 staying during February. The house was great and had ample space for everyone. Everything was ready for us when we arrived, including a nice welcome package. The location is great with easy walking distance to the Silver Star lift. The Liggety Split run was closed during our visit (poor snow year in Park City), but is literally right across the street, making the house effectively "ski in". The hot tub was great and we used it every day after skiing. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the house for families or groups.

There's 5 Star and then there's THIS PLACE!

What a wonderful condo! We stayed with our son and his family (wife, kids 10,12). The place is just beautiful - beautifully appointed, rooms, extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen is the best appointed of anyplace we're ever been. Instructions are very clearly laid out in writing with lots of suggestions on services and things to do. It's walking distance to the slopes and base, bus stop (free buses!). And the hot tub? OMG! It's so nice my DIL and I decided to spend one day just enjoying it instead of going out. We cannot recommend this place enough.

A Park City Bus stop is steps from the townhouse and offers free bus service from Woodward to Deer Valley and almost anywhere in between. And this property is so conveniently close to the necessities - it is 1.6 miles or less to the grocery store, the liquor store, Park City Mountain and Main Street with all the shops, restaurants and entertainment!
