Bonus this house has an amazing entertaining backyard complete with a hot tub and game shed! Close to downtown, Old Colorado City, and Manitou Springs, there is plenty of local shopping and eating close by. Planning a trip to the mountains or a day trip? This home has easy access to Highway 24 and I-25, and is a short drive to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and Cheyenne Canyon.

BEST STAY IN COLORADO!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family get together. Owner was excellent with communication, check in was a breeze, and the house was better than advertised.The location was perfect! And close to everything. The back yard is such a beautiful oasis! We spent so much time on the patio. It was perfect for the six of us. The house was clean, and every detail had been thought of, it was the best stay! We will be back.

Great location and beautiful house

The location was perfect for all we wanted to do. The house was well stocked and the backyard was beautiful and such a relaxing place for mornings and evenings. Unfortunately the previous renters stayed way past their check out time which compromised the owner in having the time needed to turn over the house. She was very responsive to our needs and so wonderful to work with. We would definitely rent this house again!!! Highly recommend it

You found it!

If you’re looking for the perfect place to host a party (with or without pets), you found it! The host is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. We were given options to have snow removed, we were given extra chairs for the party, and we were able to ask for whatever we needed without delayed responses! I rented the house for several nights and hosted my mom’s 60th birthday there. It was excellent!

Close - but not what I expected!

The house lay out was perfect - there are three bedrooms upstairs - one is the master with a queen with attached bathroom. The other has two twin beds and one full size bed - it is not a queen. There is a second full bathroom upstairs. The downstairs has a queen and a bedroom with two twins - that worked perfect! The other part of the basement had a foosball table and full couch with tv. So nice! The backyard had a hot tub, table for 6, and extra chairs. There was a cornhole set and cute garden area. However, the yard had not been mowed, hot tub was dirty, weeds were rampant, and the firewood strewn everywhere. I know this may seem trite, but the host knew we were having a party outside. It's a beautiful area, just not kept up very well. It's the little things that make a place. When we got there, the code did not work and even though we called and left messages, we did not get a response until the next day. Had we not found the back door unlocked, we would have had to find a hotel on grad weekend which is almost impossible! Kitchen was well stocked, but the house was in need of a deep clean to the point that laundry had been left in the washer and dryer. Super cute house, but not what we were expecting!

Great weekend stay

We had 5 adults staying in this home and our host was delightful to work with. The backyard of this home is lovely and they have thought of everything you could want to enjoy time outside. Communication with our host was fabulous with quick responses and lots of information. We had snow while we were here and they quickly messaged to offer an ice scraper for our car and to shower the sidewalks. This home offers plenty of space to work and relax. Home contains all you need and the location near the Broadmoor is great.

Spacious and lovely backyard

We had the best time staying at here. We were there for our wedding week in September. The house was specious and had more than enough rooms and bathrooms for our family. We hosted a rehearsal dinner in the backyard which was lovely with the lights and fire pit during night time. The AC was icy cold just how we like it. The area was quiet ans the house had plenty of parking in the front and on the street. Would definitely stay there again!

Relaxation

Had a great time in Colorado using this as home base and relaxation between activities! Great back yard and well stocked kitchen etc.

Charming place, great location

Loved it—owner was very responsive, house was very well stocked—more staples and treats than anywhere we have stayed, very thoughtful! And the backyard? Perfect, we were out there most of the time and thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities.

The best so far

This was the best property we have stayed in so far. We have stayed in about 25 properties over the last 10 years. The property was beautiful and very clean. Check in and out were easy and reasonable. The owner was easy to reach and prompt to respond. I would definitely stay here again if I were visiting the area with a large group. Highly recommended!

Family Bonding 100%

Wow! This place is perfect for our "now adult" family. Our granddaughter and her parents set up downstairs. They had separate rooms with a Teepee play room off the child's room. Our almost 17 yr old hung out in the TV/game room and outside in the bags pit. We all loved the backyard which was set up so beautifully for family fun. We played games and listened to music in the evenings after visiting all the sites this area has to offer. The host is spectacular in communication.

Perfect Place to Stay in the Springs

Krista was such a wonderful hostess. She has put time and energy into making this rental all that it is. It is comfortable and she has everything you need from stocked coffee for the keurig to catsup to make up remover wash cloths, and that is just the interior of the home. Outside is fully stocked as well from the corn hole game to the garden to the Traeger smoker-grill!!! We had a wonderful stay. This is a great location minutes from Old Colorado City, downtown and Manitou.
