We had a wonderful stay here! The house had plenty of room for 8 adults and an almost one year old to spread out. The kitchen/living room were a favorite spot to hang out, play games and eat together. The location was close to most of the tourist activities we wanted to do throughout the week. We were able to easily park 3 vehicles in the driveway.

The home was perfect for our ladies' getaway. About a five minute drive to The Broadmoor, 10 minutes to Manitou, and 10 to Downtown Springs. The beds were comfortable, and the cooking arrangements were quite nice. We did notice not enough coffee cups or wine glasses, but were able to procure some of our own. I think the owner will remedy this next time.

We had a large group staying to celebrate a family wedding. The house was perfect with plenty of locations for visiting and privacy if needed.The host was very accommodating and responsive.Excellent stay!!

The house was perfect for our family of eleven. We had everything we could need from kitchen to bath. It was spacious. The location was in close proximity to everything except for the Royal Gorge which is an hour south of town. We would definitely rent this again.

The house is perfect for family. The proximity to the zoo, Garden of the Gods, Manitou springs could not be more perfect. The view from the backyard at night is amazing and the yard is large (artificial turf) so the kids LOVED it. There is not a large dinner table but the island seats at least 6 people to 8 people. We spent alot of time outside. There is wildlife in the area. The home has several cameras outside which appear periodically checked as the owner noticed the kids had "written" on the back patio, but it was sidewalk chalk so no harm. The owner was nice to warn us of the wildlife some of which could be dangerous. It was appreciated. I would highly recommend this house. It was very clean and beautiful.

Great place

Everything was great at house. Rooms great, property great! For what we were doing the internet could have been better. We were a photograph team and having to upload pictures so it took longer then we expected but over all great place.

Beautiful Home & Views and comfortable stay

We had such a wonderful stay here in Colorado Springs! The home was comfortable and had plenty of room for our family of 9 which included our family of 4, the grandparents and my sister’s family of 3. The home is well stocked and located within a short driving distance to all of the things to do in the COS area. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week and we enjoyed most of our meals at the house. The home has a beautiful view of mountains and the overlook of the city from the driveway. If you find yourself here on the 4th of July, you will have views of all the local firework displays from the driveway. We were greeted on our first day by a Mama Doe and her twin fawn and continued to receive visits from them around the driveway throughout the week. Kevin was an incredible host throughout the entire stay. He was quick to respond to any questions or issues we had during our stay as well! If we find ourselves back in Colorado Springs with a group this size, we will definitely stay at Kevin’s home again!

Great house!

We had a fantastic stay! My husband and I volunteered for the Senior Golf Open and the location was perfect. Our children and grandchildren joined us for part of the week and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house has luxury amenities! Highly recommend.

Fantastic stay and convenient location

This spacious home was located on a private road, but so close to everything. The house was well equipped for our weeklong stay. We enjoyed the fireplace on the cold rainy days and nights, and the back yard when the sun came out. There were plenty of super comfortable beds and large bathrooms. This house had views and wildlife right in the front and backyard.

Bach Party

Great place for the family!

We stayed here to attend graduation at Colorado College. Extended family in attendance so plenty of space for everyone to have their own room, which was fantastic. Big bathrooms, lots of space. Very clean. Great outdoor space (we did not use the hot tub) and appreciated having a grill there. Very good communication with the owner; quick to respond and answer questions, and help with any issues. Great location. We were close to downtown and CC and Broadmoor. Quiet, residential neighborhood. Would recommend!

Great house for big groups!

There is a great house for a big group of adults that don’t want to share beds. Lots of space and the hot tub is a bonus! The owner was easy to communicate with and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous Home with Amazing View!

We had an amazing experience staying at this property in Colorado Springs! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you need but tucked away in a peaceful and scenic spot. The home itself is stunning: beautifully designed, spacious, and immaculately clean. Communication with the owners was excellent. One of the standout features of this property is the view from the second floor master bedroom — it’s simply breathtaking, especially at night when you can lie in bed and see the twinkling lights of the city sprawled out below. The property is well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the comfy blankets in the basket in the front room, to the coffee provided, to the black make-up towels, and the well stocked kitchen, we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend this rental for anyone visiting Colorado Springs — it is literally minutes from EVERYTHING. I'll definitely be back!

Family House for Wedding Weekend

Amazing!

I run a team of roofing inspectors/sales team in Missouri and we went on a team building trip to Colorado. The property was exactly as advertised and exceeded expectations. Communication was great and this place served as a perfect base camp for our expeditions. I would definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay if you have a large group! We had plenty of space, hot water (even for 12 girls), and easy access to all the things we wanted to do. We all felt safe at this location and host was very responsive to our concerns.

A perfect base to explore Colorado Springs

This is a brand new house. It's spacious and well-equipped with high chair and portacrib. Small herd of deer share the yard! Nice view to the east. We had 12 in the house as it turned out. Beds very comfy. Second floor master suite is huge. Additional master on first. Owner was very responsive.

My neighbors are so friendly and always put a smile on my face. But the reason I chose to build my house in this location was when I walked up to its peak and witnessed the beautiful views and nature all around me.
