One of the best unobstructed, straight line Gulf Views you will see at Grand Beach Resort! This makes for the most beautiful, quiet, beach getaway. This is a 2nd floor unit. Elevators will be CLOSED starting Sept 8, 2025 due to construction renovation. There are steps with a landing just outside my door 2 doors away to the parking lot***This condo Sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 small children. ( 1 queen bedroom and 1 queen sofa sleeper. Bunk beds in hall for 2 small children).
As you enter the Condo you will feel a coastal vibe from a stunning beach decor. Your perfect dreamy beach retreat awaits you and your family.
Located just one mile east of Gulf Shores famous Hangout and surrounded by our Gulf Shores State Park.
Walk to nearby restaurants or explore nearby fishing, biking, and boating.
Enjoy the most gorgeous sugar white beaches or relax by our Resort Pool and Hot tub.
Watch breath taking views and sunrises from your Private deck on new Adirondack patio furniture.
The Condo is newly painted throughout. Renovated kitchen has new backsplash, brand new microwave, brand new small appliances ie. Keurig coffee maker and Air Fryer. A Fully stocked Kitchen with new cookware and new dishes.
Blackout curtains throughout.
*No PETS allowed.
*No SMOKING or VAPING in Condo or patio deck.
*No Parties or unruly behavior. This is a family vacation destination.
SLEEPS 4 adults 2 small children.
Bedroom has a Queen bed. Hall has a Bunk beds,. Queen sleeper sofa in living room.
Parking passes for your vehicle must be purchased and are $50 each Max 2 passes.. Parking is limited and passes are required to be visible inside your vehicle to prevent towing.

Any broken/damaged property inside or outside my unit caused by a renter/visitors will be held responsible for paying the cost to replace it.
Grand Beach Resort quiet times are after 10 pm and before 8 am. Security cameras are on site. Parking lot is security monitored.
Any purchased parking passes lost, will need to be replaced through our HOA resort manager at an on site cost of $50 each.

The value was there, the construction dumpster full of household trash was not good. The smell was bad and should be removed. The condo was cute but had too many pillows and large decorations for my taste making it feel smaller inside

Great for Family of Four

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Our children (age 9 and 6) liked the bunk beds. We had plenty of room for our family. We loved the location on the beach—it was never crowded and we never had trouble finding a spot to set up. Great communication with property owner. Highly recommend.

Great Gulf Shores Location

Loved the condo. Lowed the location. One of the best equipped, especially kitchen appliances and cookware, condos we've rented over the years. Location is great, don't be concerned about not being directly on the beach you can see the waterline from the balcony and walk to the beach in a matter of minutes. And, with this condo on the east end of Gulf Shores near the State Park the beach is far less crowded. Property Manager also responds quickly to all inquiries which is a real plus. We plan to return for another stay.

Gulf shores

The host is very kind and made sure everything was ready. Also went the extra mile to ensure we didn’t need anything extra. The place was clean the temperature was very good! The blankets for the sitting area was a nice touch as well as the games. The balcony had a great view. The colors and set up was really pretty!

Sweet, beautifully decorated small beach condo. Close to the beach with a beautiful view. Well stocked and a “HOT” hot tub outside for our chilly nights.

Nice place but small and cramped

It was a cute place, but there is too many pillows and too many decorative items. We couldn't put our stuff anywhere. We felt cramped the entire time. No way this place sleeps 6. A small family tops! A little upset there was only one trash bag for the entire week and less than 1 toilet paper and paper towel roll. For as much as we paid you would think more of that would have been supplied. As cute as it was - would not book again.

AMAZING!!

What a beautiful place that looks just like the photos. A great view with easy access to the very uncrowded section of the beach. Owner was great to work with and we would definitely stay again. Perfect for our mother/daughter getaway!! Thanks for a great trip!

Short getaway

Enjoyed the 3 days we stayed with my wife ,niece ≠phew. Room was very clean & just out of the busy condo area with traffic but still close to everything. Short walk to beach with a clear view of the Gulf from condo. Would stay again & recommend to friends.

Summer Vacation

Everything was beautiful. I would mention if you are bringing small children the condo is extremely full of décor and furniture. Although stunning the table with 4 chairs is not set up for use. You cannot use the four chairs unless you pull the table out in the walkway. Less décor would be better for the renter. The closet is full and we couldn't store our things or hand our clothes. The roll away bed is not feasible due to the fact that there is no there to put it up and it takes up the entire closet. Just kind suggestions to make it more user friendly to your renters.

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved this location. It was so close to the beach and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The pictures of the interior of the condo are accurate. It is very well appointed and had everything we needed and more. We did rearrange a few furniture items to give our family a little more space, but it was easily done. The host provided quick answers to questions and was always very gracious. The road outside the condo was never too busy, but there were cars throughout the day. There was also a construction project across the street that caused a little noise during the weekdays, but it was only heard when we were out on the balcony. The beach across from the condo was not too crowded, which was great. There was never a time of day that we had trouble finding a spot. The entire facility had safe parking and was clean throughout. Other guests were quiet and respectful. We also used the community grills two nights of our stay and they were clean and convenient. The pool was well maintained, but busy. We spent most of our time at the beach instead. Our family had a wonderful stay and we hope to reserve this unit again in the future.

Beautiful.....but....

Very pretty condo, but definitely recommend that one takes pictures of everything before because afterwards you will be accused of breaking the MANY pieces that overwhelm the place that is done in all WHITE. Dont bring kids, dont bring your husband, dont actually stay there....because something will get dirty and you will end up the bad guy. If it's a small group of ladies then it's perfect. I spent the 1st hour of our trip moving all the decor as beautiful as it was, to the pantry for safekeeping. The remainder I spent chasing behind everyone making sure no one touched, sat, or used anything. From the white sheets, blankets, couch, bar stools, patio chairs, throws, ottomans, towels,......It was as white as snow, and therefore off limits to us all. Definitely not something that should be used for a rental....unless purchasing the insurance. Owner was very prompt and beach was directly across Street (not busy) and very beautiful and quiet.

Great rental

My daughter and I stayed for a couple of days and absolutely loved it. This condo was spotless and very well taken care of, not to mentioned the wonderful decor, such a cute place. The bed was so comfy we slept so good and felt right at home. It’s a great location as well, just a mile from the hangout but in a very quite area. It also has a beautiful view of the ocean and the nature preserve that is right across the street. We will definitely stay here again!! We loved it and Pam the owner was very attentive to all my questions.
