One of the best unobstructed, straight line Gulf Views you will see at Grand Beach Resort! This is a one bedroom with 625 sq ft floor plan. My condo is beautifully decorated with many breakables so please look at photos if you have small children. This is a 2nd floor unit. This condo Sleeps up 3-4 adults ( not more) and 2 SMALL children on the hall bunks. ( 1 queen bedroom and 1 queen sofa sleeper and Bunk beds.
As you enter the Condo you will feel a coastal vibe from a stunning beach decor. Your perfect dreamy beach retreat awaits you and your family.
Located just one mile east of Gulf Shores famous Hangout and surrounded by our Gulf Shores State Park.
Walk to nearby restaurants or explore nearby fishing, biking, and boating.
Enjoy the most gorgeous sugar white beaches or relax by our Resort Pool and Hot tub.
Watch breath taking views and sunrises from your Private deck with heavy Adirondack patio furniture.
The Condo has been painted with beach colors throughout. Renovated kitchen backsplash, new microwave, new small appliances ie. Keurig coffee maker, toaster, Ninja blender and Air Fryer. A Fully stocked Kitchen with new cookware and new dishes.
Blackout curtains throughout.
*No PETS allowed. (No exceptions due to owner allergies). Our Resort does not allow pets from renters.
*No SMOKING or VAPING in my Condo or on patio deck.
*No Parties or unruly behavior. This is a quiet family vacation destination. No loud noise after 10 pm even if checking in late. This condo only
SLEEPS 3-4 adults and 2 SMALL children.
Bedroom has a Queen bed. Hall has Bunk beds,. Full size sleeper sofa in living room.
Parking passes for your vehicle must be purchased on VRBO at booking and are $50 each (Max 2 passes) .. Parking is limited and passes are required to be visible inside your vehicle to prevent towing.

Any broken/damaged property inside or outside my unit caused by a renter/visitors will be held responsible for paying the cost to replace it.
Grand Beach Resort quiet times are after 10 pm and before 8 am. Security cameras are on site. Parking lot is security monitored.
Any purchased parking passes lost, will need to be replaced through our HOA resort manager at an on site cost of $50 each.

The room was perfect and so cute! It was very clean and well kept. Our host was wonderful and easy to get in touch with. She always responded so quickly to all of my questions. We definitely weren't ready to leave.

Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay here, it was very clean and well taken care of. It was across the street from a beach access as pictured, the pool access was great to have. All of the beds, especially the pull out couch were surprisingly comfortable which is a plus! The only minor complaint I have is the 1 trash bag and 1 roll of TP provided, we did buy more which is fine but would've preferred not to spend money on those things. The washer/dryer worked well! We would definitely stay here again!

Demi I appreciate the positive things you said however rating me 8/10 after , I clearly stated in the rental agreement that I only supply 1 of each (toilet paper, paper towel, toiletries and 1 garbage bag to get you started. please refer to your SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT. Also, my housekeeper found a broken decorative starfish on the coffee table from your stay.

We had an excellent stay and would stay here again. The host was super quick to respond to any questions. The property was clean and they had an attendant available for any needs and or questions. The view of the ocean was great even being across the street. 10 out of 10

The condo was cute and across a busy street from the beach, but has a lot of breakable trinkets everywhere. Only two chairs are usable at the table because the other two back up into a corner shelf full of more trinkets. You either take out a 59 ins. plan ,which I did ,or pay a 1,500 maybe refundable deposit then she bills you for a coffee stain on her already dirty rug. She does communicate well cause she blew up my phone during my 7 hour drive back home about a coffee stain that could be cleaned with her rug doctor that takes up half of the closet.

Laura, the rug stain that you left was clearly dried and was larger than plate size. You did not even attempt to clean it and I had carpet spot cleaners underneath the sink. If you had told me then I would have told you. Also, after using a whole can of spray plus the carpet cleaner, which is only 10 inches wide,it would not get the stain out. The rug was just cleaned the end of May. I came in after you and you would not call me back or communicate with me and you did not even try to clean out the spot. You also broke the rules about leaving beach carts outside the door, blocking the walkway where other people cannot even get their carts in and out, and the staff had to come up and knock on the door and ask you to remove it. Which I text you the day before in the inbox so there were numerous things that was not adhere to. I tried to call you once and it went straight to voicemail. So one inbox message is not blowing up your phone. As far as all the trinkets (decor) I have 20 plus pictures on my website that clearly post the across street view and all the trinkets and decorations. If you want to give me a1/5 then that’s fine but you know that most people would at least try to get the stain they created out and notify me. It cost me more than $50 for ruining it and all the hours spent trying to clean it. Not to mention, I had to leave that part of the rug carpet wet for my next guest that was coming in right behind you.

Place was small but absolutely beautiful. Not really for anyone with kids. So many breakable things and so much stuff that there is no place to put your own things. Perfect for a couple. We were on 2nd floor and the elevator was out the whole week we were there. We knew this ahead of time. The construction that was going on was very unsafe! We had company stop for a bit and when they left she was walking out from pool area to parking lot and they started grinding while she was going through and she got a piece of metal in her eye. She didn’t say anything but was totally unacceptable!

Very Clean and decorated nicely!

This condo was very clean and decorated nicely! It had plenty of seating and space for our family of 4. Pam, the property owner, was easy to communicate with and she responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this property!!

Great for Family of Four

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Our children (age 9 and 6) liked the bunk beds. We had plenty of room for our family. We loved the location on the beach—it was never crowded and we never had trouble finding a spot to set up. Great communication with property owner. Highly recommend.

Gulf shores

The host is very kind and made sure everything was ready. Also went the extra mile to ensure we didn’t need anything extra. The place was clean the temperature was very good! The blankets for the sitting area was a nice touch as well as the games. The balcony had a great view. The colors and set up was really pretty!

Great Gulf Shores Location

Loved the condo. Lowed the location. One of the best equipped, especially kitchen appliances and cookware, condos we've rented over the years. Location is great, don't be concerned about not being directly on the beach you can see the waterline from the balcony and walk to the beach in a matter of minutes. And, with this condo on the east end of Gulf Shores near the State Park the beach is far less crowded. Property Manager also responds quickly to all inquiries which is a real plus. We plan to return for another stay.

Summer Vacation

Everything was beautiful. I would mention if you are bringing small children the condo is extremely full of décor and furniture. Although stunning the table with 4 chairs is not set up for use. You cannot use the four chairs unless you pull the table out in the walkway. Less décor would be better for the renter. The closet is full and we couldn't store our things or hand our clothes. The roll away bed is not feasible due to the fact that there is no there to put it up and it takes up the entire closet. Just kind suggestions to make it more user friendly to your renters.

Perfect Location

We absolutely loved this location. It was so close to the beach and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. The pictures of the interior of the condo are accurate. It is very well appointed and had everything we needed and more. We did rearrange a few furniture items to give our family a little more space, but it was easily done. The host provided quick answers to questions and was always very gracious. The road outside the condo was never too busy, but there were cars throughout the day. There was also a construction project across the street that caused a little noise during the weekdays, but it was only heard when we were out on the balcony. The beach across from the condo was not too crowded, which was great. There was never a time of day that we had trouble finding a spot. The entire facility had safe parking and was clean throughout. Other guests were quiet and respectful. We also used the community grills two nights of our stay and they were clean and convenient. The pool was well maintained, but busy. We spent most of our time at the beach instead. Our family had a wonderful stay and we hope to reserve this unit again in the future.

Such a great location! I like that it’s at the end of all of the gulf shores commotion and right across from the beach. The week we were there was very crowded and when you looked down the coast towards all of the restaurants and other lodging, it seemed like it would have been hard to find a spot on the beach. But the public access that is right across from our room was easy to get too and so much less crowded. We were able to walk right onto the beach, grab a spot and not feel like we were right on top of anyone. The room was very clean and cute. It had everything we needed. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. It’s close enough to restaurants, but far enough away that it’s not loud. Would be glad to stay here again in the future!
