The Neighborhood:

Great atmosphere with amazing staff. We absolutely love the condos at Sonoran Sea Resort as they are true beach front condos. We can hear the waves from the balcony and the tranquility that comes along with it.



You cannot beat the location. Walk to some of our favorite restaurants and bars



While we do our best to maintain a comfortable environment, guests may occasionally encounter animals during their stay. This note is simply to help manage expectations, and we appreciate your understanding. Thank you.

Taxis or your own car. Atv and Rhino rentals are close by as well :)

CHECK IN TIME:

Note: Due to a system glitch on Airbnb, other times may appear as selectable options—please disregard them. The unit will not be ready before 4:00 PM.



SELF CHECK-IN:

The condo has a secure keypad entry for a smooth self check-in experience.



CHECK-IN: INSTRUCTIONS:

Will be sent at 8:00 AM on the day of your arrival.



GUEST CONFIRMATION:

Please confirm the number of adults and children in your group, as the resort requires this information.



RESORT POLICIES:

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the entire duration of the stay.



REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY:

All guests must be registered. Unregistered guests or exceeding the occupancy limit is not allowed.



OCCUPANCY LIMIT: This 1-bedroom unit accommodates up to 4 guests (please confirm this based on your listing). For larger groups, please book a larger condo.



RESORT FEE: A one-time $15 fee per group is collected by the resort at check-in (not per guest).



BEFORE YOU LEAVE



CHECK-OUT TIME: As listed on your booking.



LATE CHECK-OUT FEE: $100 per hour past check-out time. This ensures our cleaning team has enough time to prepare for the next guest.



AC GUIDLINES:

Before you check out, please set the thermostat to 80°F. This helps prevent damage to the unit's HVAC system, which has previously required emergency repairs due to incorrect settings.



TRAVEL TIPS:

Border Hours: Open 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Please plan your arrival and departure around these times.
