If you are looking for a great place to vacation this is it! Your getaway is located at the premiere location on Sandy Beach, Princesa. Your master features a King size bed with a view to the ocean. The second bedroom is a King size bed. Additional guests will find the upgraded Queen size sleeper sofa offers a great night's rest!

The condo is equipped with Wifi, DVD player, and 65 inch smart TV in family room. The laundry room has a washer and drier and a utility sink. All of the comforts of your home can be found in the kitchen- which is complete with appliances and gadgets, toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes.

Be sure to bring your favorite K-Cups for the Keurig machine. There is nothing like a good cup of coffee while overlooking the peaceful beach in the morning.

Princesa Resort offers 3 pools (one heated)1 Swim Up Bar,1 Kiddie Pool, and a hot tub.

There are plenty of places to lounge. Pick from the pool side chaise with umbrella, outdoor dining tables near bbq, your own private balcony at the condo, chaise lounges under Palapas (palm canopy) on the sand, or in the bar to watch the game.

The property also offers a work out area indoors, full volley ball court, a convenience store on the property and plenty of parking for vehicles and 4 wheelers.

This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.

25 yr old minimum age limit for the responsible person in the party.

This was just what we needed!

The property is super comfortable with all of the amenities you could ask for!! Very nice movie set up, beds were confortable, kitchen was amazing, ac was cold! Overall it was an amazing and the pools and close proximity to the beach were very convenient!

Excellent location, views, and condo

If you want a relaxing stay on the beachside I highly recommend this place. It’s no more than a few footsteps away from the beach. The condo is updated throughout and most importantly has extremely comfortable beds.

Beautiful 2-bedroom condo on Sandy Beach!

My husband and I took my Dad to Puerto Penasco for the first time in 30 years. He was blown away by the beautiful property of the Princesa and Sandy Beach. The condo was lovely and fully equipped to accommodate our stay. We had an amazing time.

Great view

It’s a great condo, with a kitchen that has everything you could need. Plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The view of the beach from the balcony is amazing. The keyless lock was a plus. Overall we had a great stay here. I would definitely recommend booking this condo.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 3days 2nights. The condo had everything we needed to make meals. It was very clean and it was on the top floor, which was a nice bonus. They had several pools to choose from. We lounged at the pool area and also at the beach under the palapas. We tried the on site restaurant for dinner and the food was delicious. We’ll stay here again for sure!

It was great. Great location and view. Safe , clean. We enjoyed it a lot . The only suggestion I have is , if the owner have some basic kitchen and barn room supplies will be great .

Loved it, had a blast!

We have stayed in Rocky Point three times and this was by far the best rental experience yet. This is a true ocean front property spilling right out from the courtyard out on to the many beach. The views were also exquisite. The condo was better furnished and equipped than when we stayed at both "Pinacate" and Las Palomas in the past. This resort felt more like a cozy beach community and less like a hotel than the other places. Owner was easy to communicate and handle the booking with as well. We will be back soon.

Efficient entry experience. The condo could use deep cleaning . I Am somewhat of a clean freak . The carpets and rugs could be cleaned or replaced . The guest bathroom had an offensive smell unless the fan was on . The Princessa itself and grounds were great

My stay in this property was awesome, it was easy to find the building, once you arrive to the 1 security you already feel welcomed, after you get to a second check point that scream to me SAFE! The guard have your access ready, and he makes sure you know what way to take, parking is right next to elevator, everything is clean and sanitized to a high standard, overall great place to stay in Rocky Point, thanks Joe you made our stay awesome, The Reynolds-Martinez family :)

My first visit to Rocky Point was at the Princesa de Penasco- and I fell in love with the location, architecture, peacefulness, and activities the beach had to offer. I stayed at each of the other condos as a guest and ended up purchasing at the Princesa.

I am a licensed Realtor in Arizona and we know about serving my clients. I am a professional and care about the comfort of my guests as well as taking care of the condo. I have gone through great lengths to update the condo and make it a very enjoyable getaway.

I am a licensed Realtor in the State of Sonora, Mexico as well. Having an active real estate license in two countries is not an easy task. It is important to keep strong relationships with all parties involved in each transaction. I am able to maintain the relationships needed to make the transactions as smooth as they could be. My service for purchases has been excellent.

Ultimately my goal is to invite you into my home on the beach so you can relax and enjoy! If there is anything special you would like in this condo we can arrange for that. If you want a romantic getaway or a special birthday request please just let me know.

The property is furnished with love and convenince. Please make this your future rental year after year.

It sits right on the beach on the 5th floor. Spectacular views from the balcony overlooks the Sea of Cortez and the Port.

Puerto Peñasco is a great place to vacation. It is your home away from home. Many people that live here call there little paradise close to home.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

You sleep in until the sound of the waves wakes you up- then you put on our sunglasses and hats, make a cup of coffee and walk down to the water to pick up shells or look for critters on the beach. I will try out different properties I pass, for instance, the Sonoran Sun has a great breakfast buffet, so I'll have a breakfast and walk back down the beach. This is super relaxing for me and quite the work out too!

I normally throw a pork shoulder in the crock pot in the morning and have a late lunch. Visit the Princesa bar, lay by the pool or under la palapa. I enjoy the high tide and going in the water with the waves! Always be careful to wear your water shoes!

If shrimp is on the menu for dinner just drive near the Malacon/old Port and see my shrimp guy, JESSE red, orange and blue building just after the movie theater and just before the main port entrance- with palm leaves on the roof. Then come back by Ley market on Constitution and No re election streets and get limes, chips, guacamole, and beer. Cooking these shrimps in a little butter with some seasoning hits the spot!

At night I like to dine in and then head to Wrecked at the Reef or the Tikki bar at the Sonoran Sky... normally run in to someone I know as I'm here often.

Princesa allows you to enjoy days like these without the crowds, the noise, the long trek to the water, & lack of lounge chairs... Princesa is the smallest of the condos ( 260 units) and the size allows great personalized service from the staff.
