This place was perfect! It was clean, quiet, and very welcoming. We did not cook during our stay this time, but the kitchen was such a nice asset. This condo is beautiful, and we already want to plan our next beach vacation at the resort!

Love this condo and the people that serviced it! It was close to the beach, and had swimming pools, pickle ball nets, workout room. Really had a great time & felt right at home! Thank you for the memories we were able to make with our family! ❤️

Only had four towels. Downstairs bathroom was not cleaned. Overall we love staying at this resort. Price is good with no extra armband fees and parking fees. Will stay again!!!!

Excellent condo, with great access to the beach.

Excellent condo, with great access to the beach. 5 min walk with private access to local beach. Clean, organized environment, Three charming bedrooms, with fully stocked kitchen. Overall excellent experience. Highly Recommend. con: gate code across was somewhat difficult, didn’t work with provided code, had to wait couple of hours to gain access.

Attention to Detail

The condo was really cute. The furniture outside was in dire need of paint on the wicker. The trundle had no sheets or blanket. The trundle area had not been cleaned in quite awhile. My coverlet was obviously stained. However, the management did provide tickets to one amusement for my group. The cleaning fee also to be refunded. I own timeshare vacation time. I would say this has never happened to me at any stay. I have owned them over twenty years. VRBO needs to invest in a better cleaning crew.

Maybe it was just a bad week.

This property inside was decorated nice, appeared to be clean. However the patio and deck upstairs had not been maintained, both were a mess. Broken deck chair, missing deck umbrella, rug was filthy and unusable. First night there, we discovered bugs, BTC did send some one over to spray the next day, however we still saw bugs (fewer) the entire 7 days. We had a water leak from upstairs to downstairs, BTC. Sent someone to fix it. The sliding doors upstairs are a menace. BTC did refund a small portion of the rent without hesitation so hopefully they will whip the property into shape.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, and I would definitely stay here again. It was beautifully decorated and spacious enough for my family of 5. The community was very quiet and secure. It was very convenient to just about anything and the walk to the beach access wasn't very far. I did notice a lot of other people having golf carts to use and that would have been great but we managed without one since this unit did not include a golf cart( I didn't even realize that was a thing until we got there and I saw a lot of them) I want to add that we saw a few large bugs ( they looked like large roaches) my sister in law who lives in Panama City informed me they were Palmetto bugs and they are everywhere. The condo was very clean so that was not an issue. The rental company was amazing, I had to reach out twice for some very minor concerns ( the door code didn't work when we arrived) they were VERY helpful and friendly and it was resolved very quickly. Overall the place is amazing and I would definitely recommend staying here!

We called at the last minute needing to switch our condo for the week. The original one we had rented was too small for our family. We are very appreciative to get into this house for the week. This house really gave a beach house feel. I don't know about the open ceiling in the kitchen if that fit in this house, but none the less, the layout and location was great for our family. The finishes could have been better. The screen door would not shut with the exterior door closed. Our biggest concern was the cockroaches though. Being from Minnesota, we don't see those. We definitely had some screaming girls in the house when they'd run across the floor. After we reported then, the house was treated 2 days in a row, but we still continued to see them both dead in the middle of the room and running across the floor and into the walls.

Not what we contracted!

We signed a contract for another unit in Gulf Highlands. We found out that if the owner of the unit we contracted for dropped their contract with bookthatcondo you get another unit. This unit was not like the one we contracted. Evidently they notified us in July about the change through email.? But they called us two hours before we were to be there while we were still driving! They told us we had two hours to get to their office before they close. Email to notify us but phone call to sign contract, we thought this was ridiculous, before we could get into the unit. Needless to say, we will not be using bookthatcondo again. Place was nice but not backyard and sun only in the morning. Dishwasher does not dry the dishes. It was a three bedroom but only the two of us. Front screen door did not close, had to work an outside chair in front of it so it would not bang at night.
